  • I found Express 2 Vegas on Groupon. They had an awesome deal for a round trip, but I was only returning from Vegas. I was looking for an alternate way to travel to and from vegas since my mother does not like to fly. I initially spoke with Brian who gave me the price and information on the bus, the attendants and the general travel for the bus. When I called to confirm my reservation before leaving for vegas I waited two days for a reply. When they finally returned the call they said they were very busy because of the Groupon offer. On the 24th of June I called and left a message, I wanted to confirm the departing hotel and the time. I got no reply until I called again on the 25th. I was told that they had changed the departing hotel from the Hyatt Las Vegas to the Hard Rock Hotel, but the departing time was still 3:30pm. I was told that someone would probably be calling me again with the information. I said that was fine they could leave the information on my voicemail, I'm in vegas, afterall. Had I not contacted them to confirm my reservation I would not have known about the hotel change since no one in the office bothered to call me about the change. I was also told that we could check our baggage with the bell desk and that it would be loaded from the bell desk. The day of departure I received a call from the bus attendant telling me they would be late and the bus would be daparting for L.A about 4pm. I was not happy about this and let that be known. When the bus showed up I spoke with the attendant who told me that I would have to bring my own luggage that they were not going to load it from the bell desk. The driver and the attendant were very nice. The bus itself was very nice. The seats were comfortable, the movie was dated, but that was fine, I was reading. When we got to Ontario we, the other traveler and I, were told that an SUV would be taking us the rest of the way. The bus needed to finish getting it's upgrades and the bus driver needed to sleep. This was fine with me. An SUV did not show up, a Nissan Maxima (I think thats what it was) showed up and the driver loaded our luggage into the trunk. The other traveler and I just looked at each other. The drop off point is the Hyatt on Sunset. When we get to the hotel I see that the name of the hotel is the Andres, not the Hyatt. The driver tells me that this is the Hyatt, or it used to be. The name was changed. Of course, my sister is looking for the Hyatt. When I confronted the driver about this he said, basically, I do what the office tells me to do. They should have informed you of the changes. I finally get home around 11pm and I get a call from the Express 2 Vegas office. The driver told him about the confrontation and he wants to speak to me about it. . .at 11pm! Really? Beware the office if you use this service. There were NO voicemail messages left for me at any time regarding any call I ever made.

  • Chauffeur was awesome, met me at baggage at LAX. Had a brand new BMW 750Li, water, newspapers, mints and the chauffeur even offered me chocolate.. YEAH, you heard me, Deluxe chocolate. Awesome service, we use them all the time. Best in So Cal by far. We use them nationwide.

  • I was dissatisfied because I rented about a twenty foot truck. When I arrived they said they did not have it available and instead gave me a much larger truck. It was so large that it did not fit on my street but they did not seem concerned about it. However, they did offer a free dolly but I had to pay for the insurance because my insurance company would not cover that large of a truck.

  • Made reservations for pick up at home and delivery to home from LAX. For pickup- the driver had to call me three times because he could not understand English. When he finally found my place he complained bitterly about where I live. For pick up from LAX I made a reservation 2 weeks prior. Arrived at LAX to be picked up. Was Told driver would be 15 or so minutes. One hour and 35 mins later no van had arrived. Fortunately another customer was waiting. We live very close to each other so we called, canceled our reservation, and took a taxi home. Now we'll see if Prime Times honors their commitment of -On time or don't pay, or of my cancellation. Arrived home at 130 am instead of the 10:00 pm as anticipated.

  • The rate was a flat rate of $29 for each part (to and from). No extra fees; no metering ticking. No other people to pick up!! The driver ("Morning Star") was right on time to pick me up for the trip to the airport. When my plane was late arriving, she checked with the airline to be sure she would pick me up on time. She stayed in touch with me by cell phone. The total experience was wonderful and I plan to use Torrance Taxi every time I travel from LAX!!

  • They picked us up in a limousine styled Silver and Black shuttle van with a driver dressed in a black suit, like you would expect in a formal limousine service which they also can provide. To categorize this as a shuttle van really doesn't do the service justice. From the inside van you would think you are in a limousine but it doesn't cost quite as much. We were picked up and taken to dinner and from dinner to a dance club and from there to another club and eventually back home. Whenever we were ready to leave one place the driver was consistently right outside the door. He knew his way around very well and he was very courteous and helpful.

  • She delivers what she says she will deliver, whether it be price, quality, or anything else. She gives you the best advice possible, and knows about all the cruise lines. She is very knowledgeable and takes good care of her customers. She also keeps in touch to follow up after the cruises. She'll also keep in touch just to keep in touch.
