    SIRRIS ABATEMENT & EQUIPMENT
We were very pleased with the job done by Sirris. The work crew arrived promptly as scheduled, set up associated ventilating equipment, and removed 8 bags of material from our attic. Clean up was done immediately afterward. Later inspection confirmed quality of the work performed.

The technician, Arnold came on time for the appointment and found that the toilet flange had if rusted away and that we had been leaking for a couple of years. The floor by the toilet had become saturated near the toilet and mold had developed under the linoleum. Arnold removed the linoleum in that area removed the mold and treated the floor boards and left dehumidifier with us for a few days to dry out the floorboards. The B was punctuality in picking up the dehumidifiers. He couldn't make the pickup time he originally stated and I had to text a number of times. Overall was very pleased with wirking with Arnold.

    Jose's Painting
Jose and his crew did an excellent job and always conducted themselves like gentlemen. Jose was very patient and helpful in making the color choices for the paint and stain. I have container plants around the house. They took pictures of how they were arranged. They moved them away from the house before starting and put them back where they originally were when they were finished. They tidied up at the end of each day. They thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed, leaving nothing behind. Jose and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with their work.

on 12/8 the estimator arrived a little late and after he checked the project and offered $2700 for the estimate, which is about 600 dollars higher than another contractor. What was really the bummer is that this estimator said he could not start the project until 3 days later because by law he was requested to wait for 72 hours so the customer would never have a chance to change the mind after the project started. I never heard about such a thing before and the other contractor never said they could not start the project and I had to wait for 72 hours for an urgent project like this. I had an awful pipe burst and our family was out of kitchen for so long already and could not wait to get back to our normal life by having the contractor finishing the reconstruction of our kitchen area. What is throwing me off more is that my issue was supposed to be covered partially by the home property insurance company and when I asked this company to provide an estimate that was more in the format wanted by the insurance company (itemized cost estimate), I was told I had to pay them another $220. Another contractor which we actually used for this project finally did not ask for any additional cost for preparing the estimate and sending to the insurance company!

Overall this company is a rip-off. And not trying to generalize, however, I do personally find a lot of companies with so called good reviews by Angie's list are not that good; I think they are just using the good reviews to get more business and then charge their customers more. I used Angie's list to find an appliance repair company and it was also a rip-off. That has started to change my view on angie's list. I used to think this could be my good source for good providers and now I am lost. I am still looking for a good plumber for my future needs but I feel Angie's list might not work out for me anymore.

Called to get an estimate on removing asbestos tiles in my home. He was good about calling back and came when he said he would. Took all the measurements and said he would email me an estimate. I emailed him and asked if he could give me a separate price for the kitchen and another room and he said no problem. I never heard another word from him. If he didn't want to do the job, I would have liked to know why. Tired of people like this wasting my time. I can respect your personal reasons for whatever but, to not ever call back is chicken s**t!

    KMI mold inspection
It went AMAZINGLY WELL.  Mr. Khaksar is a highly certified and experienced mold specialist.  He is also very professional, competent and a pleasure to work with.  His team (Manuel and Charlie) are very, very experienced and take great pride in their work.  They all work very well together.
The bedrooms were properly sealed off, signage posted and negative air pressure created using HEPA filters to keep any wayward mold spores within the 2 rooms affected.  Everyone was properly dressed in protective suits, masks, goggles and such.
Day 1 - started on demolition
Day 2 - cleaning, sanding and application of cleaner
Day 3 - application of mold prevention solution
Day 4 - re-building the closet and dry-walling the bedrooms
Day 5 - painting and re-paneling the redwood wall.
At all times they were extremely careful with the house protecting the wood floors and other areas not impacted by the remediation.  When they were finished, it looked like the remediation had never occurred!
Mr. Khaksar and his crew worked a Sunday in order to ensure the work was completed prior to closing of escrow.  For that alone, we are so grateful.  He was also very patient with us explaining every step of this rather complicated and serious process.
I would highly recommend KMI Mold Inspection to anyone who requires testing and remediation in their home.

One source representative visited my house  on 20th Jul for visual inspection. One source representative collected samples and took
pictures from my duct without my knowledge and written permission and they sent me an invoice of $410 for testing service and authorization letter to collect the sample after collecting samples without my written permission. When i refuse to pay the invoice so Mr. Chuck threatened me to put lean on my property and file a fake complaint with city, so i paid the invoice in full. I believe that One Source Group violated my privacy and collected samples without written permission, so they should refund my payment and
destroy the samples and they should stop unfair business practices.

    Mold Masters Inc
The technicians inspected the apartment and tested the air and walls in several places searching for evidence of water damage and mold contamination. After providing me with extensive testing results, they proceeded with mold treatment and eradication in the affected areas. Then they tested the air and walls again to make sure the treated areas were safe. All mold contamination was remediated per IICRC and EPA current industry standards. While I wasn't able to view the work while in process myself, the tenant, an unaffiliated plumber, and my agent all said the work was done in a completely professional manner and in a timely fashion. Mold Masters provided me with an estimate before the work was done and provided the test results (and how to read them) right away. I was pleased with their professionalism and willingness to work with an owner who was out of state.

I spoke with Chuck on the phone who gave me quotes for lead, asbestos, mold testing. I thought he would be performing the testing, instead  two guys from AAA arrived. That was fine that someone else performed the testing. I just didn't know until we got to our escrow property. I think it should have been mentioned in the phone call. Also I wish I would have known earlier on that the results are not released until you pay. I was waiting to get the results first and then pay but then I found out that you pay first then get the results. The way it worked out, I didn't get the results until a day 1/2 later. Just know to pay first in order to get your results. Overall we were satisfied with the inspection. Chuck was accommodating when I had to cancel then re-schedule the appointment.
