    Me and my husband decided to build and add a new garage space at our house and we started to contact few contractors for that project but we weren���t happy with any of the offers we got from any of them till we heard about RoseGold Builders & Design from one of our friends so we decided to call them and check what they can offer us. Adam who came over to our house was very professional and very experienced. After our second meeting, he came back to our house and provided us with an excellent quote for the entire work and we accepted it and hired them for that. The remodeling project went much better than we excepted while any of the small issues that was raised during the work, was handled professionally by the team. The new garage space was built and finished within the promised time frame that Adam gave us and within the agreed budget! The new space looks wonderful and very functional. Adam is an excellent contractor and we will hire them again. Highly recommended company for any home remodeling project.

    From giving the estimate to doing the work, everything went beautifully. Gus walked us through various options for our storage needs, did the designs very quickly, and was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The work was done efficiently and well. We would definitely use OrganizeIt again, and, in fact, recommended it to a neighbor who was very pleased with her results.

    Creating Clarity LLC

    We had two jobs . The first was the packing and removal of 70 boxes of high quality books. Creating Clarity made arrangements for a charity that specializes in book disposition to come pick up the books after they took care of packing them. We felt good that they would go to a good cause.
    Next they tackled our garage. In one day a 4 car garage filled with stuff is now clean and clear. Jamie and Jaime helped me make decisions about what I needed to keep, what should be donated and what was junk. They brought in Mario and his crew (they were amazing)  who knew exactly where to take donations (with tax receipts), recyclables, and trash. Then Jamie and Jamie organized what was left.
    We were feeling overwhelmed by the clutter and could never have done this ourselves. We highly recommend Creating Clarity.

    Ron���s Hauling & Clean-Up & Tree Services

    After prepaying $149 for the service back in March and setting up an appointment with Pauline who works for Ron's Hauling & Clean Up, we were counting on this provider to honor our standing appointment in Torrance on 7/28/15 between 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m. provide help with a garage cleaning, as well as shelving installation. On the morning of our appointment, approximately 8:00 a.m., my husband and I placed a call to Ron, the owner, to confirm our appointment and inquire as to when the workers would be arriving.  Ron informed us in that phone call that due to a couple of cancelled appointments in our area, that he wasn't planning on coming out to service our job because it wasn't worth it to him to drive out from San Fernando given we were based in Torrance.  When I pointed out that that this was a breach of our agreement and he advertises "service in the Torrance area" he rambled on about how he needs to stay in business and he would try and look into rescheduling our appointment on a day when there were other appointments in our area. Say what??? I mean, that approach could go on forever; right?  How is that supposed to sit right with a customer:  "Your appointment is only good as long as there is no other cancellations in your area."??  Pul-eeeze.  Again, I consider this a breach of good faith on Ron's Hauling and Clean Up and would strong discourage anyone from using this company.  A reputable business owner isn't going to break a standing appointment with a customer and punish a customer due to cancellations by other customers in a particular area.  Our position is that Ron's Hauling shouldn't represent that they service the Torrance area and make appointments with customers in the Torrance area if they have no intention of driving to Torrance on the day of an appointment due to other cancellations in the area.  What nonsense!  If he's worried about staying in business, burning customers and not honoring appointments is a sure way to ruin a business!   

    I found Ron's attitude very unprofessional and am insisting that his company reimburse me the $149 that was prepaid back on March 28, 2015.  We did not receive the service that we paid for and our appointment was not honored.  Don't waste your time trying to hire this company.  They don't hold up their end of the bargain.  I give them an F in terms of providing any sort of service, as well as an F in holding to any standard of professionalism and courtesy.

    My thanks to the whole team - Ron, Tony, Jesus and Juan!
     My husband and I have our gargage full of expensive supplies for doing stained glass, hot glass and restoring vintage phones.  Nothing was broken or damaged.  These things required very careful and fiddley handling.  They are hard to clean,  hard to maneuver and require very careful storage.  The team did this beautifully.
    In addition to doing the regular garage, they also got up on ladders to clean and vaccuum our overhead storage - this had not been done in 16 years - you can imagine....
    As a result of a reroofing job done last year, there were crunchy pieces of asphalt in the tracks of the garage door.  Team Ron cleaned the tracks out and lubricated the door for me - it is quiet and smooth again.
    .....  and don't forget Pauline, who is your first contact with the company - she is organized, cheerful and very accommodating.  She has an excellent phone manner and was very patient with me - I have a hearing problem.  I understand how frustrating this can be for the person on the other end of the line.  Pauline just took it in her stride.  Thank you.

    Easy scheduling (although I had to book a few weeks out). They called a few days before to confirm and give a 2 hour window, then called morning of appointment to let me know what time to expect them. They were right on time. They helped me select an ideal layout for the racks, and had them installed in about an hour. Very professional and very smooth. I asked the installer if they would honor the Costco pricing on the accessory package, and they did. Only complaint is that they did not sweep up after. But overall very pleased.

    From the moment I called OrganizIt! I was impressed.  Gus returned my call within an hour, and made an appointment to view our garage.  During the consultation, he gave us many good ideas about how to proceed.  The floor installer arrived ahead of schedule, and with his crew,did the floor in a very efficient manner.  Everyone was very pleasant and polite.  The next day, Tony, Gus's chief installer, installed the cabinets and bins.  Again, the workmen arrived ahead of schedule, and were not only very professional, and efficient, but very pleasant.  The work was done on time and on budget.  The results surpass anything we could have anticipated.  We are very pleased with OrganizIT!, and would definitely use them again.  I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their organizational skills--and, in fact, already have!

    She appeared to be understanding of my concerns about privacy if she was working with filing all of my personal bills and papers. But, she didn't follow through with the liability insurance info or contact info for references. Subsequently, I received a call from Melissa to set up an appointment, but I have not received info I asked for and the other lady agreed she would send "No problem". Note: As you can see this big deal was from October 2013 and I did not contact them until late January 2014 to ask for info.

    Melissa showed up promptly at 9am and didn't stop until our two-car garage looked amazing four hours later.
    She started by asking how we wanted use the garage and what we wanted it to look like. The next step was to move everything out of the garage, sorting as we went. We divided everything into a trash pile, a keep pile, and a garage sale pile. Finally, we moved everything we were going to keep or sell back into the garage.
    We started with a garage that had boxes covering so much of the floor that our garage was totally useless, and we ended with a garage that had everything nicely organized against the walls, and the center of our garage is completely empty.
    Melissa also recommended ideas for how we could reuse our existing shelves and baskets so that we could minimize how much extra shelves and bins we would need to buy to organize our garage. She also had ideas on how to dispose of all the trash it turns out we've been storing in our garage for two years.
    We were extremely happy with Melissa and Confusion Solution. We've been living with a useless garage for two years, and in four hours, Melissa transformed it into a useful space.

    After accepting the bid, we cleared out the garage of everything except the washer and dryer.  We have been in this house since 1974 so you can imagine the accumulation of stuff that was in it.  This was a perfect excuse to get rid of a lot of things.  Gus and his helper arrived on time and spent the next nine hours seemingly non stop until the work was 99 per cent done.  Gus encountered a problem with a pipe sticking out from the wall, but he was able to cut a hole at the bottom of the cabinet to complete the installation.  The hole is at the bottom of a corner cabinet so it is not visible.  His partner came out the next day and within an hour completed the electrical work.  Overall this was a very pleasant experience.  Gus and his partner are very pleasant to work with.  We are very pleased with the way everything turned out.  We highly recommend Gus and Organizit for garage remodels.
