  • We had old clogged pipes in two different areas of the house so we called Tony’s for help. Tony came out the day I called to give a consultation. A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! At the end of the day Kevin and Juan did an incredible job of cleaning! Drains are working properly again and we are thankful to have found a plumbing company with so many great workers! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen. We are appreciative that Kevin and Juan figured out a way to fix the problem while trying to save us money. You won’t regret hiring Tony’s Plumbing!

  • The job went very well.  The owner, Nir, supervised that portion of the work involving excavating, cutting, and then tying into the existing 4" underground drain.  The tie-in was water tested before the drain was reburried.  Thereafter, the very experienced crew fabricated and installed the gutters and downspouts.  This work also was water-tested for proper flow.  The entire effort was completed in about 6 hours, and the work area was swept clean.

  • My house was sold to me a few years ago with the understanding there was a minor root problem in the main sewer drain near the parkway.  Knowledge of the root problem weighed heavily on my mind and I eventually looked to trench-less technology sewer pipe repair as the perfect solution. The guys executed the work expertly and were great with my dog and all the neighbors who came by to check out the project on a Saturday morning.  Just as others have said, they were prompt, cheerful & courteous. Also, they kept the dirt on a tarp and completely and tidily replaced it afterward. The camera inspection before and after the liner installation convinced me this was a professional repair.

  • I contacted Brett  Earl of Fix and Build Construction because I saw the
    work he did providing an outdoor patio/living room for my co-worker who
    lives in Torrance.  The work was top quality, with efficient drainage,
    retaining walls, and beautiful landscaping.  Unfortunately, Mr. Earl,
    although professional and responsive to my inquiry, was not available
    for the concrete/masonry work I requested.

  • The whole operation went amazingly well.  Mark is a very fast, hard worker and, with some assistance from Junior, the job was finished in six working days.  They cleaned up all the mess daily and patched the walls and stucco as necessary when they were finished.  Even though he had to do some unanticipated work (e.g., water supply line rerouting for the toilets and replacing a section of the mainline),  Mark still brought the job in for the estimated price.  He only charged us for the new toilets, not the installation cost.
    All in all, we are extremely happy with the new plumbing and the new toilets and would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Patriot Plumbing to all the members of Angie's List.

  • I have been recommending Bob and Marc Plumbing for close to 5 years to my friends and neighbors.  However, the last three (3) times that I have used them I have had problems. Not with their plumbing skills, but with their service and consideration
    of their customer.
    The first of these poor experiences was approximately three months ago.  I had a blockage of my main sewer line and needed it cleaned out.  This occurred on a Sunday and I called Bob and Marc to have them send someone out.  They said they would contact their service man and have him come as soon as he could (this was late afternoon).  Approximately 7 or 8 PM I had not heard anything so I called to ask when their service person might arrive.  I was told they would have him call me to give me a schedule.  Shortly after that the service man called and told me that he was busy with another job and would not be able to come until about 9 PM. He asked if it would be acceptable if he came the next day (Monday).  I said that would be acceptable.  The next afternoon I called to see what had happened and was told that no one had come and that they knew nothing about someone being scheduled to come.  It appeared that the service person had never informed the office that he was to come to my house and he had not come in to work that day.  I chalked this up to a poor employee and did not think any more of it.
    A week or two later I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate on the cost of having the main sewer line lined to eliminate any further problems.  I scheduled an appointment for a Monday about a month later (the only time I had available during the regular work week).    The Friday before the appointment to get the estimate I called to make sure that they were coming out the following Monday.  I was told that they had a bigger, more important client with a problem and that I would have to reschedule.  I expressed my dissatisfaction that I had to call to discover this, but I went ahead and did as they asked.  When they finally came out they explained my options and gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done.  We set a date for a Monday about three weeks later that they would do the work (again the only time I had free during the regular work week).  I also discussed my dissatisfaction with the events that had transpired in regards to being told that they had a more important job and having to reschedule the previous appointment.  He said that he was sorry and that it would not happen again.
    When I got home on the Friday before the work was to be done I found a message on my phone saying that, again, they had a bigger, more important, client that needed work and that they would have to, again, either cancel or reschedule MY work.  I called them back and just cancelled the whole job.
    The day after the original appointment day (i.e., on Tuesday) I received a call asking if they should come out that day to do the work.  I declined and again expressed my dissatisfaction with the service they give their customers.
    I do not know why their customer service has deteriorated.  Maybe they have been so successful that their workload has grown faster than their personnel so they are not able to keep the commitments that they make.  Perhaps I am old fashioned, but I feel
    that if you make a commitment you should carry it out.  I also find it inconceivable that I was the unlucky recipient of the only two random occurrences of this happening.

  • Mitigation Inc. promptly responded when I reported evidence of water damage under the kitchen sink.   
    They immediately detected the related broken line as well as additional broken lines under the crawl space.  They also detected a large cavity leading to the crawl space.
    They promptly replaced all broken drainage lines.
    I advised them that I also had an ongoing problem with leaks in my copper lines.   Hence, they repiped the entire house... and at a fair price.   This involved knocking out walls and ceilings, and later repairing/repainting them.  Also, they installed new fixtures in all the bathrooms and other areas.
    Then they plugged the aforementioned cavity leading to the crawl space.
    They worked diligently to get the kitchen work covered by insurance.  After that effort proved to be unsuccessful, they gave me a fair uncovered price for the work.
     
    Due to my successful experience with Mitigation Inc, I highly recommend them for a variety of your home needs.

  • I called on Friday and spoke with Dino who offered to come out the same day! I could not do it that day and he was able to send someone out for Monday between 8 and 10 in the morning.  Mark showed up even earlier than 8, and was extremely helpful, professional, and detailed in his explanation of what the estimate was to cover and the reason for it.  He stayed for 11 hours to complete the job and did a very comprehensive job, kept the area clean and was very helpful.  I really appreciate the job and understand why Patriot gets so many good reviews.  Honestly, the last plumber who came from another company barely looked at the crawl space, spent 10 minutes to get the estimate, and was much less professional.  I am very happy that I called Patriot Plumbing!  Thank you!  And, yes, it was more expensive than I expected for today but it was an excellent job!  You get what you pay for.
