    I contacted Bruce Bauer to repair my old Whirlpool dryer (it was no longer producing heat). Bruce fixed another appliance of mine about 10 years ago and I liked his work then, so I called him back. He quickly figured out the problem, repaired it with parts he had in his van, and it was good to go. Took about 30 or 40 minutes. He also looked at the broken knobs on my washing machine and gave me some good (free!) advice on how to take care of that problem. The price of the dryer repair quite reasonable. It absolutely pays to hire someone who knows what he or she is doing and can do it effectively and efficiently!

    Boris came and cleaned it, new thermostat installed and freon added. The next day it was still not cooling. He came back, put another new thermostat in and again added freon. Second visit no charge. Working well ever since. This is a built in Sub zero, more cost effective to repair it than replace it.

I've also purchased appliances here and they are consistently friendly, with good prices, and locally operated for a long time. This is a much better option than a big box store.

    Fully repaired and reminded me of the age of my refrigerator and that it was doing well by outlasting the average lifespan. But that I should be prepared to get a new in the next few years. Repairman was very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

    Repair work went fine. He did a great job. Administratively, Did not receive call within specified time of part arrival. Had to check up on part orders when they arrive, which had arrived. But did not get processed promptly. I waited an extra couple of days to get it repaired.

    Chris the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. After I explained what I had replaced he suggested the next logical step would be the igniter. He tested that and sure enough it needed replacing. He had the new one in within minutes. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    At the time of purchase they didn't explain that I could have complications. I even had to buy some parts separate, they didn't come with all the needed things. I ended up having to have them come back out to do repairs to being everything to code.

They are not cheap and there is nothing cut right on their prices but they are reliable and they are consistent. They are a little pricey but they are good. They know what they are doing. I would recommend them.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    The first time I called them, they stood me up without calling to tell me they weren't coming. The second appointment I made, they showed up in the time window. The tech rep was fantastic. The problem was the motherboard which she had in her truck. What I learned from her is I was within 5 minutes of being stood up again. I've had good luck with Sears in the past and was shocked by their lack of empathy during this process.
