    R & R Landscape Services Inc
Extremely well. Ray's crew did a great job following the plans/instructions. It was helpful to be home as much as possible to answer questions and solve problems as surprises arose. But the crew is experienced and versatile. The project went as well as possible.

    Water Heaters Only Inc
The team got on it right away, and the installer even made an extra trip in order to help get the hot water running again for us the same day. (You don't know how much you miss it until...!) Very appreciated!

    McMahan Plumbing
David had one of his guys at my home at 8:00 AM the next morning and the whole job was completed less than 24 hours after I first called him. They did a really nice job and I could not ask for better service. These guys know what they are doing and take great pride in their work. Highly recommended.

    JMS Express Plumbing
Excellent work; friendly, skilled technicians; timely arrival at our home; warm, friendly office staff. What we were mainly looking for was a new plumbing contractor for our family home, after we lost the one we had since 2008. We wanted to find a team that could take on a big job, if needed, but also would not turn up their noses at a something as small as a toilet installation. Their plumbers came on-time, they put in the toilet, they took away our old toilet, and they left our master bathroom the better for their working there. The charge was very reasonable. We were very happy getting to know Theresa in the office and learning about owners Joe and Michelle Skolnick and their field supervisor Javier Portillo via their YouTube video. The video is easy to find via Google/other. JMS uses the latest diagnostic and task-specific tools to keep down the costs for the customer, which we find very reassuring. They take the shortest path to the cause of a problem and have the technology and skills to implement the right solution. If you live in the Valley or adjacent areas, they should be on your short list of best plumbing firms.

    Water Heaters Only, Inc
Our water heater was rusted out pretty bad so we knew we had to do something.  We had been talking to a few contractors about replacing our old school tank with a tankless and then we had Mike from Water Heaters Only come by.  He is very personable, professional and genuinely knows what he is talking about.  He showed pictures of previous tankless water heaters he personally has installed and they looked great.  Water Heaters Only price made sense so we went ahead and hired Mike to come back the following day and do the install.  He showed up the next day with everything he needed and was ready to rock!  It took him just a few hours to complete and he did a bang up job.  Our install looks just as good as the the pictures he showed me the day before.  He is a really cool guy who knows what he's doing but also is sensitive to listening to his clients.  We discussed the placement of some of he copper tubing that needed to be placed and it turned out great!  As I found out by chatting with him on the job Mike's been a plumber for over 25 years.  He went above and beyond and secured a few pipes that had a consistent water hammer.  He left the job site clean and the unit is, so far, is working perfectly.

    John E Floyd
John seems to have a style of everything gets poured out and it looks like chaos, but the outcome is good and he takes care in clean up (and I'm quite picky in clean up).  He was prompt with initial contact to confirm a time, and timely with the appointment.  What I greatly appreciated was John's professionalism in service, his honesty in what he could take care of and the time it would take, his constant work to get the job done, and I felt very comfortable in his knowledge for future jobs (which will range from plumber to electrical).  I will use John again.

Rooter Alert Plumbers & Sewer Contractors
It can be hard to find someone who cleans/clears drains. I called with my coupons and everything, and they called me back and asked for more details. They then called back again to schedule service for the next morning. Fast!
And sure enough, their guys were there half an hour early the next morning.
They cleaned out our clogged drain, ran a camera down the drain and showed me what the obstruction was and faxed me an estimate of the cost to fix it.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice, the scheduling was prompt, the service call was prompt, and everything went very well. The guys were great. I would definitely use this company again.

    Edrooter Sewer & Drain
I had paid $149 for a "Hydro-Jet" to remove roots in my house drain. The man put a video camera in the drain and told me I didn't have any roots, so there was no need for a hydro-jet. He saw a "low point" in the drain where water was collecting, said it would cost "$350 for his company to mark the location of the low point, but he would do it for $200 cash, no receipt." So I am puzzled. 2 months ago a plumber from Angie's list showed me a mass of roots in my drain and recommended hydro-jetting. Today I paid $149 for hydro-jetting, only to have the man not do any hydro-jetting and ask for more money.
On 2/24/14, I contacted EdRooter with the form on their web site, and I also called them and left a message, asking them to refund my money.  As of 3/1/14, they have not replied.

    Supreme Remodeling Inc
We?ve been planning to build an addition to our small home for some time now. We?ve had a lovely 1200 square foot house that we felt is just too small. We are planning to have 2 or 3 kids and we didn?t want to buy a bigger house. We love the neighborhood, it?s close to my work and buying a new house is just too much to deal with. We called a few contractors in the area, we got a bunch of quotes and we?ve finally decided to go with Supreme Remodeling and add a 950 square foot addition to our home.
I?ve talked to Micky and ask him if we could see a few of their past jobs and they were happy to give us a phone number and an address of a client (with his approval of course) and we were very impressed. Not just with the final outcome, the guy seemed to be really happy with their service and communication. Patrick (He was the project manager) has shown us the new floor plan before they started the construction work and it looked great. They start working on it a few days later. Patrick was very kind and patient and answered all of our questions. He always returned our calls quickly and he was very easy to talk with.
The work included new drywalls and new smooth stucco. Upgraded electricity and plumbing (to support more rooms/baths/toilets) and new Milgard windows and doors. They?ve installed new hardwood floors and it looks just great! very modern and clean. I love it! The new kitchen is spectacular, with new cabinets and tiles - it?s gorgeous.
They?ve also Remodeled 2 more bathrooms and the master bathroom with steam shower and freestanding tub. Thanks to Micky who was handling all the finishing - everything looks spectacular.  I want to recommend Supreme Remodeling to anyone who needs a home contractor.

Rooter Alert Plumbers & Sewer Contractors
UPDATE: Part 3 of my Review.  When Darryl finally got here, things went fine.  But first Tom from Rooter Alert called and cancelled his appointment at 2PM Tues, I called their office to find out why, they connected me to Tom, who thought we had a backed-up septic tank, although i had told their office the clog was in the main-line drain near the house, then I told Tom the septic had nothing to do with it; we just need our main-line drain from the house cleaned out, and he said he would put me first on his list for 8AM Wed, but then I got a message late Tues that they would have to re-schedule tomorrow from 8AM to 9-10AM, and they asked me to call them back to confirm, but their office was closed when I called with no way to leave a message, so I called them Wed at 8AM and they said someone would arrive at 9AM.  I was prepared to call them at exactly 9:30 to cancel the job because I would have to leave, but Darryl arrived at 9:28 - 2 minutes to spare!
The moral of this story: Rooter Alert does good work, but it's nerve-wracking getting them to actually come!
