    Well - Patrick was amazing. Very informed, intelligent, competent, efficient and communicative. He suggested that we clear the codes and see if they came back up. He drove it 27 miles, and no signs of codes. Instead of replacing nearly $4000 of parts, he checked various sensors, cleaned cable connections, road tested and rechecked. Of course, he could not give me any guarantee, but, since I needed to get back home, suggested I try it, and just watch for the check engine light. Driving back to CA (400 miles) then to Desert Hot Springs and back (another 300 miles) - the light never went back on, and the van drove perfectly. Of course, I will be taking it to a local mechanic, now that I have the luxury of time to further look into the problem, but I'm thrilled with the service I got from Marshall's - the time it saved me (probably 3 days), to say nothing of the potential $4000+ charge ($150 actually paid to AAMCO), compared with the 3-4 hours and $95 to Marshall's.

    Steve Nix didn't try to "upsell" us at all. he replaced the belt and did diagnostic tests to clear all the warning lights. He checked all the fluids and made sure everything was functioning correctly. He charged us what he quoted and we were very happy that the problem was solved so quickly.     Diagnosed the SRS warning as a problem with drivers side seat belt latch. The Acura Dealer said it might be  the air bag and offered to replace it for over $800. Morris Automotive said the new seat belt would be around $200.
    The check engine light was for the transmission (Acura dealer offered to replace for $8000!) and referred us to Paul's transmission for repair.
    I cannot believe how much money we saved by accurate diagnosis(nearly $9000). Sal was great! I'm never going back to the Acura dealership in Calabasas.
    I waited for tests to finish, and Morris employee dropped me off at the hospital nearby for an X-Ray, then picked me up again. It was just great!

    I am SO DELIGHTED with the quality, professionalism, and customer service provided by Brian Kalinowski and his team at All Pro Body Shop, that I am recommending him to all my family and friends whose cars need body work.
    Brian is a member of that rare breed of owners who put their "all" into their businesses; knowing that, in the end, reasonably priced, quality work; coupled with fine customer service and attention to detail; will build a strong and loyal customer base. He can certainly count me as one of these happy customers!
    To elaborate: late at night about three weeks ago, I backed carelessly into a thin concrete pillar in a cramped parking lot. Crunch! My insurance representative suggested All Pro Body Shop. What a find. Not only did Brian's team do an expert job in fixing this damage, but, in addition, I asked Brian for an estimate for repairs to pre-existing body work, for which I would pay out of pocket. I knew he gave me a very reasonable estimate on these repairs, because I had ALREADY received estimates from 3 other body shops.
    I couldn't believe my 2007 RAV 4 when it was finished. It looked better than when I bought it (from a used car dealer)! He even repaired small scratches and nicks well beyond the scope of work we had agreed on, with no increase in my out of pocket costs.
    As a mother of five grown children, I have had to deal with a number of
    body shops over the years. There is simply no comparison.
    This establishment "hums" with efficiency, order. and pride of workmanship.

    Here's the process for service:

    1)  You get a card in the mail telling you it is time for service and to contact the dealer.

    2)  You email the service agent.  No response..

    3)  You call the service agent who confirms that you are indeed due for service.

    4)  You show up at your appointment (they don't offer to pick up the car as they promised when you bought it) and they tell you that you don't need service after all.

    5)  Since you are there, they offer to do a quick once over anyway. 

    6)  End of day they call to say they need it another day due to computer issues.

    7)  End of second day they call to say the car is ready and they can deliver it two days later.

    8)  Car is delivered without any explanation as to what was done.

    9)  Receive a survey on service with the option of responding anonymously (chosen) or requesting to be contacted (not chosen).

    10)  Answer honestly.

    11)  Within minutes receive a call from same service agent (not management) questioning survey response.

    12)  Check the Land Rover website for someone to report this to - find there is no contact information.

    13)  Write comments on yelp so others can make an informed decision.

    14)  Buy a car somewhere else.

    We have taken our cars to this Honda Service Center since 2010. Although sometimes it is true, you do pay more to get the car repaired or serviced at the dealership, the staff and service here at Miller Honda have been exemplary. We have a 2010 Insight and a 2004 Pilot so I guess you could call us "Honda People". We have a lot of miles on our vehicles and need to keep them in really good working order so we rely on the guys at Miller Honda to keep tabs on our cars and help us maintain them. They keep great records and are very honest about what actually needs to get fixed at any given time. They break down the service cost so that is is easy to see where your money is going and they always use genuine Honda parts. They used to wash your car as part of their service, but the last time we were there we were told that they have eliminated that service. All in all, if you want a solid repair place that really helps you keep your car running in tip top shape, I can strongly recommend Miller Honda Service.

    Love this place! We were dealership repair people, until I found Alabama. George is thoughtful and professional and it is worth a trip in just to see his jewel encrusted office- no really. We go to Alabama Brake and Alignment for brake and alignment services on both our 2004 Honda Pilot and on our 2010 Honda Insight. it is especially worth noting to me that if your brakes do not need service, they actually tell you! They have done brake pads for me, as well as a complete brake repair and I have no hesitation in recommending them for both small and large jobs. They do not let you drive away until the alignment is perfect and their pricing is spot on. Can't recommend them highly enough!

    I did not find them expensive; I remember thinking that I would have to spend more but I did not.  They showed up, and quiet honestly seemed unprofessional, but the guy who did the work pulled out the stuff and did exactly what I needed done.  My kids had spilled vinegar in my husband’s car, and I hate vinegar, he got it all out of the carpet and upholstery; it had not one cent of vinegar so the guy did the job well.  They showed up in a dilapidated truck without a name on it but he did a good professional job.

    I have been using them for 20 years I think. I used to go to them more regularly but I got some new cars and I haven't had to go in for a while. I can say that they are amazing, that's why I have been with them for 20 years. I always sit in the office when I get my car done and everyone who comes in, they know because they are all long-term customers. They are really nice and honest. They'll say: and quot;You can get this fixed but if you are going to sell the car don't bother.and quot; or and quot;You can wait a while on that.and quot; Their prices are really reasonable. I actually found them off the AAA list where they do secret testing of different auto shops. They are awesome; the best mechanics you can possibly get. They specialize in Toyotas and Hondas and they always use the factory parts. They are really, really nice guys. You can go in and talk to them and its really great.

    I had a Rav4 that had over 230,000 miles and it could have kept going but I needed a bigger car so I got rid of it. I went in every 15,000 miles and they did the maintenance work. They changed out the timing belts and did everything.

    All the people that I saw were long-time customers that they would call by name. They knew that I had just had a kid and they knew my whole life story, basically. They are just like old friends and every customer who comes is is just like that. I would use them again. In fact, can I nominate them for something? A and quot;Page of Happinessand quot; or something? They are awesome.

    They are excellent.  They park and come inside and meet you and help you into the car.  They are very kind and caring.  To me, I felt they were a blessing in a very painful situation.  When I had vertigo the driver left everything she was doing and came and stayed with me.  The cars are very clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable.  They do a great job.
