    Green Star Construction
Great. We would definitely recommend Jay and his team. The work was very high quality, the guys were a pleasure to have in the house, they were reasonably priced, trustworthy and highly skilled. They turned up when expected and Jay took a lot of leg work out for us by bringing samples to us and using his trade connections to purchase items at a discount. Very happy to recommend them. We have further work to complete at a later date and we wont hesitate to employ them again.

He did a great job, is very trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to call him back for any plumbing issues in the future. I can not remember the last time I experienced such care and professionalism from a contractor. This guy broke the mold!

Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service
The 800 number was promptly answered at 8:30 pm and the person who took the call gave me a planned plumbing service time that fit my schedule the next day. A call from the dispatcher provided me with a heads-up when the technician was on his way from the previous job a few miles away - right in the middle of the scheduled time window. The technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, clean/tidy, competent and professional.  Everything went as well as it could have given that one of my kids had broken the dispose-all by putting metal objects down the sink.

My sewer alarm went off this morning. The sewer ejection pump which pumps sewage up to a level where it can gravity flow out to the street was not working. The plumber arrived in under 90 minutes. It turns out that the float on the pump was stuck. He was able to get the float working and he made sure to let the pump cycle repeatedly in order to make sure that the float wouldn't just get stuck again. The service was quick but I appreciate that he took time to evaluate the fix and make sure the problem would not be likely to recur. The plumber was nice guy and easy to deal with.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Novato
We had a huge leak in the ceiling. They had to replace a pipe and dry out all of the wet areas. They did an outstanding job and we would definitely use them again. They were very professional. The pricing is a little high, but the quality of service is well worth it. Scheduling was not an issue and they were very responsive.

    Samson Plumbing
It was perfect and great.  They came out immediately.   Two of them worked like a full day.  They got the water heater, it was kind of a difficult job but it was perfect.  It was kind of expensive.  I was desperate so I did feel a little bit taken advantage there.  Their work was great.

    Roman's Plumbing
We were referred to Roman's Plumbing by a friend here in Tiburon. From the first call to them, the initial visit by Roman and subsequent emails the process of defining the project was clear and the resulting proposal reflected exactly what we wanted to do and incorporated our previous research. The day of the installation they started work when they said they would and they completed the work efficiently and successfully in just a few hours and hauled the old hardware away. I would highly recommend Roman and his company to anyone and we will definitely use them if we need plumbing work done in the future.

The problem came with the billing. Though the work itself took less than 45 minutes, it seems it took the plumber 15-ish minutes to write the invoice. Unbeknownst to me was the fact that Gotelli charges the customer the hourly plumbing rate of $130 from the time the plumber arrives in his vehicle until he presents her with the invoice which means I was being charged $130 per hour while the service tech wrote my bill. I was informed when scheduling the appointment that the customer "shares" the cost of travel time to the residence which was charged at a quarter hour. My math went as follows: 43 minutes to repair the leaky faucet plus 15 minutes for travel time equals 58 minutes. So I was expecting a flat $130- hour fee for "labor." But I was charged for an hour and fifteen minutes labor which means I paid $32.50 for the invoice to be written. No thank you. I tried twice by letter to address this with the president of Gotelli to no avail. I'm not inclined to pay $130 per hour for a bill to be written. I was sort of surprised it took so long to write the invoice until I realized that I was being charged for that time. I suspect Gotelli will take issue with my accounting of events but I've carefully reviewed both letters I wrote to her to resolve what I felt was an overcharge as well as her response. The details are as accurate as possible. And needless to say Gotelli did not reimburse me the requested $32.50 which is what I calculated as the cost of writing the invoice. I have since lost faith in Diamond Certified companies. Meanwhile I've found two excellent plumbers who are reasonably priced neither of whom charge travel time. They'll have my loyal business till the cows come home.

They are really good. They are very good at monitoring my stuff. I had to join a club but they are right there. They did an excellent job. They were very on time. I've also called them on a Sunday for plumbing problems and there were no extra charges. They are excellent. My furnace was shot and they got me rebates and worked things out. They honored a coupon that I found online and it wasn't even for that. It was supposed to be for refrigeration which I don't have but they honored it anyway. They were excellent. I just had the inspection done yesterday on the furnace and there was only one little thing they have to fix. They were very on top of it. I called them today and they will be in tomorrow with all the tools to do it. The plumber actually gave me some personal tips about what I could have done differently and how I could fix it next time myself. They didn't charge me because it was Christmas or something. They are good and at the same time, they are on time and effective. I didn't do comparison shopping.

    Samson Plumbing
    1. Clark Samson gave me an invoice# 472740 for $500.00 He charged me $100 for materials and did not have any receipts for the materials. Materials were:
    brush on refinishing epoxy kit,
    putty knife
    1.5 inch paint brush
    steel wool.
He left me a can of the brush on epoxy and no other purchased materials listed on his invoice.
He told me that the total cost for materials was $67.75, but stated that he added a 30% mark up as he never agreed to give me materials at his cost.
I recorded his times when he arrived and departed. Total time was 2.5 Hrs. @ 100 per hour.
He charged me $400 for labor time. In this charge he billed me for $100 to search the internet for materials to repair the tub, but did not tell me this until he gave me the invoice.
I paid him $318.00 for his service. $250 for labor and $68.00 for materials that he did not provide me the receipts.
He is dishonest and his work is poor.
