The owner is incredibly professional, an excellent communicator and very prompt about calling back whenever you need. We own a rental house in the Omaha area, but live out of state. One of the reasons that we are able to manage this property is because of Shane Rokahr and his staff. Shane is always forthcoming about our needs at the house and generous with his time and recommendations. His observations about the yard and the house have been invaluable and we sincerely appreciate that he takes care of our house like we are family. In addition his staff is courteous, hardworking and polite. Whenever I call Shane about any household issue, just to ask for his expertise or advice, he is always incredibly helpful and such a great resource for us. I booked the 18 pt. service and have since been blown away by this service. The van rolled up right on time, the technicians were professional and extremely thorough. They managed to wipe out my entire list and more in a matter of hours when I used to spend days meeting individual vendors to just get through 3 things! FI setup an appointment for an estimate before service was to be completed and they never showed up. I called and was told they didn't show up because they do not service my area. I would not have been upset if I was told that up front but they didn't try calling to tell me anything and just didn't show up.

AMr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.

DIt is to long a story to write here. I am 80. Live alone and hire repairs on my own. This group had an interpreter for the man estimating . The cost given was $400.00. I said to much. Then it was “how much you pay”. I will find other means for future repairs.

AVicente did a really great job rebuilding our fence after it was knocked down. He is affordable, honest and does high quality work. He is taking Covid precautions seriously and always wears a mask. We also hired him to clean the gutters and he did a great job on that too!

AAmazing hardworking team. They were friendly, responsive, punctual, and easy to work with from start to finish. Exceeded our expectations by completing the project in one day at a reasonable price. Our backyard was a jungle and now we are happy to say that we can actually walk though the whole thing. Would highly recommend!

We are small business firm, family owned since the year 2000. Work is either done with a fixed price via a contract or by charging an hourly rate plus materials. Please feel free to contact us for hourly rates as they vary depending on the type of work being done. We subcontract for large scale jobs. For example, we subcontract for work on large tall trees, and for deep excavation of holes for retaining walls.

FI bought my house in November - 2016 that has 6 trees. It appeared that they had not been cut for quite some time. In the spring of 2017 I was referred to by a contractor who had done work for him, so I agreed to have Efrain come over and provide an estimate. I was quoted $2,100.00 to cut/shape 6 trees. I expressed my concerns to Efrain that I wanted all the tree branches cut off and shaped. Efrain told me he had done these trees before long time ago. He said the couldn't trim them as much as I wanted because it would kill them, There were 4-5 workers that cut the trees, which only took about 30 minutes. When they finished I did look at their work; it looked okay to me (no more branches resting on the shed roof or wires), but I'm not a tree expert either. Since then I still see and have dead branches hanging/falling out of the trees, which could have hurt someone. I disagree with his decision now that I'm more aware of tree trimming. I referred him to a friend that lives in Concord and she also was very disappointed with his work. I would not recommend him to anyone. Regards
