  • The office staff was cold and distant at best when I arrived.  They were more interested in talking to each other, then to me.  I spent some time with the doctor going over my general health and history.  There was nothing remarkable about the visit other than i was asked if I needed my yearly gyno exam.  I informed her that I already have a physician for my gyno and it has been taken care of.
Not long after my appointment I received a bill for the services.  Because my insurance pays for a yearly physical at 100% i was confused and contacted the billing department and the office directly.  I was told that this was not a yearly physical and that i needed to pay.  Period.  The people I spoke with were rude, unprofessional and told blatant lies.  I was told more than once that once a claim has been submitted and processed that it could not be re-billed.  I contacted my insurance company who tried several times to contact the office and was treated the same way.  I left several messages for Dr. Kornder to call me back.  I still have not received anything other then a threat of collections.  I was also informed by my insurance company as to the charges and chart notes from Dr. Kornder's office, and they listed information and issues that I never discussed with Dr. Kornder.  This seems fraudulent to me and I am referring my concerns to my insurance company for further review.  I have paid my bill to avoid being sent to collections, but plan on getting to the bottom of this.  I would not recommend this office, or doctor.

  • She is wonderful to us. She is very busy so you have to know how to work her system. I have lupus and my husband has a heart condition. She just takes good care of us. She talks a lot and she is extremely personable. Your have to learn how to get a word in edgewise. I am a talker so I can relate to her. Her staff is wonderful. Sam is her right arm. There are just the two of them and they work hand in hand. They almost finish each others sentences. They walk very in sync. They are very organized and we haven't had any problems. Sometimes it is hard to get hold of her  because she is very busy. She also runs a concierge service so we pay per month for her to put us as a priority.

  • X-ray tech was quiet, didn't say much. Doctor came in, said I had one, possible two broken bones. Not friendly at all, kind of felt like I was wasting his time. Said tech would bring me a boot. Neither of them ever smiled or asked if I was in pain. Tech came in, put boot on my foot and started to leave. I had to call him back and tell him I couldn't walk, too much pain. Had to ask for wheelchair. That afternoon went to orthopedic surgeon who determined I had 3 broken bones and several torn ligaments. Was appalled that Urgent Care staff expected me to walk out. Had splint put on so never used boot. Have been on crutches 6 weeks.

Received bill from Urgent Care. $130 for a $40 boot. Cold, impersonal, ripoff. Never going back.

  • My last appointment went fine. He has been my doctor for a while. He does really well with communication. The reason that I continue to go to him is because he takes the time to answer the questions I have. He does not seem to be rushed when he is in the room and he is a pretty busy guy. I kind of get that open dialog with him which I think is different than some of the other doctors that I have been to. The nurses are sweet and very nice.

  • I've been a patient of Dr. Jordan's for 18 years and she remembers everything about me, even if I haven't been in for a long time. She takes as much time as I need (probably why her availability/punctuality gets a B!) and is generous with referrals, etc. She is an all-around classic general practitioner like they were before medicine became big business.

  • I recently moved across country from Boston, where I received extensive annual executive physicals. I tried Dr. Hwang for the first time and found him very engaging, attentive, and willing to take as much time as necessary to discus relevant medical issues. I like the fact that he is old enough to be experienced and young enough to be current.

  • Always late every time I went to see him. Seemed very disorganized. Also has a quirky personality and is difficult to understand. Also seems "old school" so I don't know how up-to-date his medical knowledge is.

  • He's very honest and I need to be spank sometimes when I'm doing the wrong things and he's pretty good at that. His personality is something that not everyone could deal with. He's been helpful. I have been with him for 20 years. Technically, he's very skilled. He understands the patient really well. That's what I like about him. His bedside manner could probably be improved a little bit. He likes to give it to you straight and some people don't like that. He understands what I need. He's prescribed things that have kept me going. He analyzes you and understands what your problem is. I've never had a problem being able to get in there and that's because he has a great nurse. Her name is Andy and she organizes Dr. Hoppenfeld. The two of them together do really well. They work well together. I like the way that the organization works there. He works best with older people.

  • The doctors are very good. They have a lab on premises and x-rays. They have eye care facilities and other doctors there that they can refer me to. They are very professional. Their punctuality is pretty good for a doctor's office.

  • Dr. Daya's office is very friendly and personable. Although it is difficult to get an appointment to see him. He is very popular and tend to book very quickly. I look forward to seeing him and getting his perspective on different ways to approach any medical problems I may be having
