  • Excellent service. Melissa was super to work with, she answered all of my questions and we were able to set up a cross country transport quickly and easily. Driver arrived on time for pick up and car was delivered to my home exactly when scheduled in perfect condition. Many thanks to EAS and Melissa. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  • It went terrible. The car sat there for 9 days and no updates were provided throughout. I underwent significant discomfort not having my primary transportation and no rental car was offered. Finally when I contested, they offered a few oil changes, but asked me to sign a very restrictive release that would have caused me to relinquish all rights to warranties on the car. I refused their offer. I left several messages for the dealership general manager and never heard back. Very poor quality service and the car squeaks in the front that the service staff is unwilling to acknowledge. Will never purchase a car from this dealership again.

  • It was complimentary. The maintenance is included in my lease. I got an oil change, and they replaced my wipers. It was a standard oil change check up. It was great no complaints, scheduling was easy I did it on their website. They called me to follow up and confirmed the time. They had an appointment available within a day or two of getting it serviced. I dropped my car off in the morning. They had a shuttle available if I needed it. They did a very nice job with my car, so I'm a satisfied customer there.

  • I needed a bigger car cause I got a dog. I was shopping around and they had a managers special on the demo car. I was ableto get it with a low down payment and low monthly payment. It was a pretty low price. I was out of there quickly. The salesman was professional and the finance people were easy to work with. I've been happy with the car so far. When my lease is up I will return there to see what deals they have going on. They were great. a

  • It couldn't have been better. He did the repairs at the convenience of my own home. All parts ordered were gone over before purchasing so no upcharging. Very honest and quality work with great communication. Highly recommend!!

  • I can't believe any company can stay in business with the customer service they have. Honestly over 40 phone calls and 50 mile trip to their shop and NO one ever bothered to call me back to schedule an appointment. I hope I can be there for their going out of business sale!

  • It was my first time to relocate out of state and United Freight of America did an excellent job in making my move as painless as possible! They transported my car to Florida without a hitch! Guy did an excellent job. He was not like the other brokers and auto transport companies who deluged me with a lot of calls, text and email messages, even scaring me, just to get my business. The representatives in California and the driver who brought my car to Florida were all very professional and trustworthy, too. I did not worry when my car would finally arrive because it was there the night before I landed in Florida. It was easy coordinating with the driver regarding the bank transfer so both parties were happy. I highly recommend United Freight of America. I am soooo glad I listened to my gut when I decided to choose United Freight of America. I will definitely recommend this company to others who are planning to have their cars shipped anywhere.

  • We kept taking it back and they are not doing anything about it. There is a draft in the car. You cannot hear people in the back seat to the front seat because of the air flowing thru. They could've found what was causing the noise in the door, when they replaced the door. I know that it is not the weather stripping, but we can't figure it out.
