    We kept taking it back and they are not doing anything about it. There is a draft in the car. You cannot hear people in the back seat to the front seat because of the air flowing thru. They could've found what was causing the noise in the door, when they replaced the door. I know that it is not the weather stripping, but we can't figure it out.

    I will just say that this is a family-owned business. They are polite, professional and fair. I drove from Thousand Oaks to Pasadena, after speaking with Mr. Akramian by phone, as I was impressed with his honesty.  I was not disappointed.  My car was completed in two days (dropped off on Wednesday and completed by Friday). I was able to also rent a loaner car (PT Cruiser) for a nominal fee. I cannot say enough about how beautiful my car looks. Mr. Akramian and his wife are as charming as they are honest and I can recommend highly their services.

    Paintless Dent Removal
    I saw this guy’s truck park with his advertising and I called him. I drove the car over to his truck and he said he could fix the dent I had. He came out a couple of days after on the date and time we agreed upon and he did a wonderful job and we are very pleased. The work was magnificent and he said if I did not like the work he would not charge me. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend him.

    I don't know how much the cost of the service was off the top of my head.  My deductible was $1000 which is pretty high.  I postponed the repair for a bit because of my deductible.
    SoCal Auto Body was able to give me a free estimate, worked with my insurance company, ordered parts and got me right in.
    My rental was for 5 days and it was fixed in that time frame.  My car looks flawless.  I felt very comfortable and knew my car was in good hands.  They have another shop that has been in Camarillo since 1981 so it was good to know. They are a family business and have a great reputation.

    I had received an initial appraisal for the accident damage and repair work needed by the other driver's insurance company.  When I took the car into Gold Coast, they told me that the damage was far greater than the appraiser had indicated.  They could tell immediately that there was much more damage beyond the obvious . They reviewed the appraiser's initial estimate and advise me that the insurance company quote was for some used parts rather than new.  Gold Coast explained that they would do a more extensive evaluation of the damage and be in contact with the insurance company, which they did.  Mario and his team kept me well informed and communicated with both myself and the insurance company. The initial appraisal from the insurance company was less than half of what it actually cost. Mario ensured that the insurance company appraiser would agree to and accept the additional cost of the work needed, which they did. Mario and his team at Gold Coast were fantastic.

    From the time that I walked in to get an estimate to the time that everything was completed and I checked out in the office, the Gold Coast team was exceptional. Everyone was very pleasant, polite and professional.  They set the bar for excellent customer service.  I would highly recommend them.

    Their prices are excellent; far more reasonable than the local Honda dealer. And, they are specialists in all Acura and Honda vehicles. We have always driven away satisfied with their work and for that, they have earned our trust and repeat business.

    Schiro's Collision Repairs
    These are the most professional and easy to work with people in the business. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with different body shops in the past due to insurance recommendations. At other shops I was lied to, put of for several weeks with excuse after excuse about missing parts (I found out they were waiting for used parts to become available!! and the work was less than perfect. I learned my lesson and for my recent accident I insisted that I be allowed to use Schiro's. They treated me with respect. The work was done quickly and I would defy anyone to see where any damage had been done previously. I have brought several others to this shop abd they agreed with me.

    I couldn't be more happy with the results of using Conejo Valley Auto Body. They replaced my bumper and fixed a dent in the trunk lid. Then they painted it. They did it all on schedule and it is very nice.

    Overall the work was excellent. They gave me very fair prices. In the case of the fender repair another shop quoted $1,900. Conejo Valley saved me $600. In both cases when the work was completed the cars looked brand new. The cars come back very clean. I highly recommend this car body repair facility. I would not use any other.

    I was referred to 101 Collision by State Farm Insurance after someone hit my car while it was parked in a parking lot. They are a shop that does work with State Farm, so since they were the insurance handling the claim I decided to go there.
    First of all, their office is the cleanest and most professional automotive office I have ever been in. It really set the tone for a professional and competent atmosphere. They examined my car and gave me and State Farm an estimate for the repairs and we scheduled a date to begin the repairs.
    They did a great job. It turned out to be a little more work than planned because they found more damage once they began removing pieces of my car, but they took care of everything. All the bills went to State Farm. The paint job looks great and you can't even tell that I was hit. The office kept in touch with me with updates throughout the repair and despite the extra work they finished before schedule.
    I would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't get hit again and need their services.
