    Extremely well. The built in refrigerator���s compressor and other equipment went out the week before Thanksgiving. Jesse assessed the problem, replaced the compressor and other parts and had the refrigerator up and running in time for the holiday. He warned that he may have to return a couple of times for an adjustment. But it���s been about a month and a half and the fridge works great! Jesse���s an excellent and knowledgeable repairman, plus he���s just a super nice guy! Highly recommended!

    After confirming the heater problem, he noticed an unusual loudness of the dryer. I asked for his quote and he said "$160 to fix the heater, and the noise $80". I commented that it was perhaps wiser to buy a new one, and he agreed with me. In the end, I decided to fix only the heater. Why the job would cost that much - $240 to fix both issues - is beyond me. Their labor rates are through the roof. The technician fixed the broken heater in about 20 minutes, but did not clean up his mess on the floor.

    Awesome! They said they would have someone out within 90minutes and this is 130pm on XMAS Eve. As I went to empty the dryer for them, I found my daughter���s Can Shoe stuck..(she should have used the dryer insert!). At any rate, I WILL hire them again based on their willingness to send someone about 25miles on Christmas Eve to help me. A+++in my bok

    Excellent job overall. The initial response was excellent and the technician was available quickly. The concise diagnosis was that the main pump motor on our Kitchenaid dishwasher was broken. The total estimate (parts & labor) was at the high end ($400), but Kitchenaids are a bit more expensive in general, and this one has a custom front panel, so replacement cost was over $1000. The part was ordered and obtained in a day or two. The technician was prompt and the actual replacement job took about an hour. Very satisfied.

    I think they were fine.  They diagnosed the problem, they ordered the part, the part came in when they said it would, and they did fine.  They could've been a little less expensive, but other than that, they were good.

    Excellent. Meir knows exactly what he's doing, is efficient and friendly. He will let you know what's best for you even if it does not result in the biggest revenue stream for him. The same goes for Linda who handles their customer phones. There was an ongoing conversation about Linda and Meir on that relatively new Nextdoor website which is set up to allow neighbors to communicate a year or so ago. Meir got about a dozen rave reviews over the course of two or three days -- many more than I have seen for any other vendor.

    It wasn't outstanding. It was good. I got lectured. He was late. He was a person that didn't work anymore in the field. I suspect they were trying to say he was able to lift heavy things and stuff. He was running behind and didn't follow up and stuff because he had another call around 5:30-6:00. He was running behind so he didn't do all those things he was supposed to have done. His punctuality was not good, but I think they were just having a bad day. There was one other person that came and I suspect he was in his 60's or more. It took two hours. He had to physically remove it. There was a lot of extra dust in there. The first time he was running behind because the person that was supposed to come wasn't in the position, or is good at lying and wasn't there. The dryer works.

    They opened up the motor section and determined that the problem was a missing gear tooth. It was an older appliance, and not worth the cost of fixing it, even if the part could be found. (The model was discontinued, ,so it was not to be.) They took their time to assist me and didn't charge me anything.
