    KNITWEAR DOCTOR
It was so easy. They have a great website. I called to ask you personal questions and Galia, The owner explained everything very easily to me. I printed out the form they have on Their website and sent it to them. I got a call right away with the price quotes and was able to pay with credit card over the phone. I got my items back within three weeks. They are very professional and highly qualified with a service that is difficult to find.

    HAPPY HANGER CLEANERS
Happy Hangers gets a glowing review because their customer service is as great as ever! Xan and her husband Henry are the nicest couple to deal with, along with being very professional and caring about the clothes you bring in for either dry cleaning, pressing or alterations as if they were working on their own pieces! My husband and I would never take our wardrobe to any other cleaners but Happy Hanger because we are always Happy Customers when we leave! Their service is fast and their pricing very fair, we highly recommend this business!

    PREMIER SUEDE/LEATHER & SPECIALTY CLEANERS
When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!

    Jacoby Company, Inc.
Phenomenal work... I hired the Jacoby Company for my new condo. As a first time home buyer, I literally didn't even think of window treatments or how complicated the process could be. My place is a three bedroom with REALLY high ceilings which made it even more difficult. While Gary worked on the measurements, Cory spent the time conceptualizing design options and the flow of each room. Literally, over my head, I just cared about my new place looking good and price. *I made it very clear a specific budget that I felt comfortable in, and Cory was great outlining the various options.* I literally spent a week or two working on pricing with multiple vendors and the Jacoby's prices checked out. The Jacoby Company weren't the cheapest, but Cory worked with me on price points while the most knowledgeable about my taste on interior style / design. The installation went smooth, the rooms look flawless, and Gary went above and beyond with his service. Not only did the Jacoby Company install all three bedrooms, Gary spent 30 min with me setting up my "nest", which was a moving gift from friend. He even got on the phone with the air conditioning company. Total class act and not something that most companies would have dealt with.

Honestly, I can?t express in words how happy I am with Jacoby Company Inc.   Cory is amazing!  We had just moved to a new place and wanted to upgrade from our decade old tan IKEA curtains.  Needless to say, we were a bit naive on style, pricing, color, and basically everything.  She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions multiple times.  I never felt that she was annoyed at my indecisiveness and she was able to be honest and to the point without making me feel like an idiot.  In the end, we took a leap of faith and got shutters, even though they were not what we were thinking of getting to start with and were definitely more than what we paid in the past for IKEA.  They were installed a few weeks ago and I was blown away!  They are GEORGOUS!!!  I am so happy with them!  They look and feel and work perfectly.   I couldn?t be happier.  I highly recommend Cory and her team, especially for those that struggle with design like me.

M's. Jacoby came on schedule to assess the job and discuss it with me. She was very clear about materials and prices. The installer came as scheduled to confirm measurements taken by Ms. Jacoby at our initial meeting. The shutters and blind arrived on schedule and the installation went smoothly and perfectly. I was especially impressed with the care the installer took to make the shutters and surrounding woodwork perfect. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend Jacoby Company to anyone. I will definitely use them again when I do the rest of my house.

Cory and Gary were a complete pleasure to work with.  We had lots of windows to cover, and Cory was amazing with her sense of style and experience.  She had lots of suggestions and very quickly the treatments were ordered.  Gary did the installations, and he is very professional, neat, timely and organized.  The entire process was a success for us.

This project required a lot of expertise I did not have about what works where, and Cory made it easy.  Darkness in the bedroom was a big problem and Cory explained what needed to be built into the window solution to make it really dark.  Other rooms needed filtered light or privacy some or all the time.  She had a coordinating option for every problem.  The finished items were installed expertly and on time.  The installers showed me how to operate blinds, shades, and drapes, and offered support and a return visit if I need it.

His estimate was remarkably reasonable. He told us he would do the alterations right in our house, without removing the drapes. We are just taking care of some preliminary tasks so that we can have him come back and do the work.
