    Kleyn Design + Build
Great! Zach is so communicative and nice. He renovated the entire garage into a room with a pull-down ladder leading into an attic space! So clean, and he worked very quickly for a great price. He is a very communicative person to work with and lead a team.

    CL Simco Services
I am extremely happy with Lance Simco's work. I like his simple way of billing , which is per hour, not an estimate. Lance is very punctual, polite and professional. When I called him to set up a time to look at my bathrooms he got back to me right away, unlike some companies I called who never called back. Lance did a fantastic job repairing some water damaged areas of the walls , repaired a loose area on the laminate counter top in the larger bathroom, various toilet problems were repaired. He was very resourceful at solving the various problems that came up along the way in these old bathrooms. He was very good at helping me make decisions as we went. He recommended a good place for me to get flooring for my bathrooms. My two bathrooms are working great and look fantastic now! I am so glad I found him to do this work instead of a large impersonal company.

Lance is awesome. I initially needed his help building a recessed shelf. He finished it in half a day and I was so impressed by his skills that he ended up remodeling my bathroom, installing laminate floors in 2 bedrooms, building a wooden gate, re configuring a wooden patio, installing sliding closet doors, patching a bunch of holes in the wall, and painting random stuff. He has perfect communication skills, exercises good judgement, and is probably the best problem solver I have ever met.C

    Dan the Handyman
I needed to have safety grab bars installed in the bathroom for my disabled sister who recently came home from a nursing facility.
Called Dan on Monday, May 4th at 1:26 p.m.  I asked if he does that type of work and, if so, when could he do the job.  He said yes and he was available to do the work that  evening at 6:00 p.m.  I said great but told him I needed to check with my sister?s home and I would get back to him right away. He said okay.
I called him back at 1:33 pm and got his voice mall.  I left a message stating it was okay for him to come over to do the work that evening. I told him to call me back so I could give him the address.
With no return phone call from him, I call him again at 5:13 p.m. He answered and apologized for not calling me back but said he dropped his phone in water. ???
Anyway, I asked him if he was still interested in doing the job. He said yes but he could not do it that evening.  He said he would do it the next evening at the same time 6:00 PM. He asked me to text him the address.  I told him I will do so and would appreciate
if he would confirmed he received my text.
At 5:50 pm, I texted him the address and the scope of work to be performed.  Install five grab bars for $125.00. (Very Reasonable I might add) I also wrote in the text that he confirm he received the message.
I never received any confirmation back from him.
So not knowing if he ever received the information or if he received
the information was coming to do the work, I called him the following day, May 5th,
    at 4:38 p.m.
I asked him if he received the text and if he coming out to do the job.  He said, yeah, I talked to you this morning right?  I said, no you did not.  He said, well I talked to you sometime during the day, I said, no you did not.  Then he got really angry and rude.  He said I can?t get back to everyone!
At that point, I told him to forget doing the job.  I hung up.
Strangely enough, he immediately calls me and leaves a six second voice message stating he would be at the address.  He said,
     6 oclock ,right?
Four minutes later, he leaves another voice message. He apologized and said he was having a bad day.  That was fine but then he closes the message by saying  "you bug a lot."
Despite his reasonable pricing, Dan was not professional at all and demonstrated poor customer service skills in this instance.

    Marco Montes
Marco arrived on time with his helper David. The two worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. The first coat of paint didn't have time to dry the first day, so they returned and finished the next day without any complaints. They put all of the trash were I requested and even did a little extra without asking for additional money but I paid them for the work.

Tom installed the kitchen faucet while his assistant worked on the popup drain.  The kitchen faucet had some corrosion so it took a little effort to remove, but Tom did not complain or charge extra for it.  The job was completed pretty quickly.  They covered under the sink when they were working down there and cleaned up after themselves.  He also emailed me the invoice for my records when the job was done.  I will definitely call TNT for future home repairs.

    Dan the Handyman
Dan normally does not do work in my area, but came anyway. He was punctual, friendly and professional. I originally thought a gate would need to be replaced, but he suggested a repair which was much less costly. He also repaired an interior door that would not close properly.
    He was fast but thorough.

    HandyMan Terry
Terry did a great job with my projects - replace kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and cap gas line.  The kitchen sink project proved to be more labor intensive than we originally thought due to the way that the current sink was installed.... but it all worked out in the end.  Terry was on time & very professional.  I have already made plans to use him again to tile my fireplace & hearth and have recommended him to several friends.  I'm so pleased to find a local handyman to help me out when I need to make some repairs.  Two thumbs up!!

    Pinto Refrigeration & Appliance Service
Incredible service. Came out on a very rainy Sunday for which not only did he not charge me anything extra, he was completely gracious. He had the part, and I was up and running. Will use this very nice gentleman for electrical, plumbing and HVAC in the future.
