    They're very nice, practically members of the family. I trust my car there. It's hard for a woman to take your car in. Three times, the dealer told me I had to have something then and I took it to them. I said, "Well, I'll come back." I didn't need it right then, the brakes didn't need to be done right then. The tires, I got a couple of thousand miles off of them. I don't go to the dealer anymore, the Toyota dealer. I've gone to them several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I will have my car towed to them whenever it needs it. They're very nice people, do a good job, do not try to sell you stuff you don't need. They go with the automobile club, they're one of those people. They're punctual getting it back to me. They got a candy dish, I gave them the candy dish. The people are nice, the prices are good, they don't sell me stuff I don't want. They're practically family, they know me by name, they wave at me when I come in.

    Excellent Auto Care and Tire
    We have been customers here since they were a Precision Tune, so about 13 years now -- they are always very professional, friendly and courteous.  We take all of our vehicles there, both of our daughters used to take their vehicles there, as well; they have never tried to sell us on products or services we don't need, and they have never tried to sell my wife or daughters on unnecessary service, either.  They even let us take my wife's vehicle when it was done, then pay for both of them when mine was done -- they always ensure we get our AAA discount for repairs, and give coupon discounts for oil changes and services.

    I trust their opinion that that the struts had to be replaced.  They know I have limited income.  I am limited mobility, and need to use an electric scooter when I am out. So the scooter presents a problem, because with it, Toyota csnnot take me home. because theycannt deal with the scooter. So I take a walker ( which is not easy for me to use.) The service people first come to y car with their computer, and they fill out the service order saving me a  walk into the building. Then they have the shuttle car  pull up right next to mine so I don't have to walk any where to get it. Then when I get home, my driveway is on a slope, so the shuttle person pulls up close to my garage.  Then often they will get my wheelchair from the garage. The wheelchair is the easiest   for me to use to walk around. They then bring my walker up to the garage so I don't have to haul it up there.  All persons at this Toyota are helpful way beyond expectations.

    The service was excellent.  The workers are very courteous.  They had my car a little over half a day.  They will give you a time or day when your car is finished and they are done by that time.  They provide a car service when you drop off your car.  I have been taking my car there for six years.

    I recently found out about Big Dawgz Garage from a friend. I needed a service for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and wanted to support a local up and coming business. My jeep is at 74K miles ( yes I know I drive a lot) so I figured I would get it serviced a little early. The price was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained exactly what they will service and inspect and asked if I had any questions. Shortly after I left the shop I got a phone call. My rear differential had a leak and the Kevin, the tech working on my Jeep, decided to pull the cover to fix the leak. Upon removing the cover he noticed some really bad wear on the gears in my rear end and strongly recommended I contact my local Jeep Dealership since it was still under power train warranty that ended at 75K miles. Had Kevin not decided to go above and beyond by taking care of that rear end leak I would have never known there was a problem. I wouldnt have taken it to a dealership in 900 miles since I just had it service and my rear end and front end would eventually had blown. Kevin at Big Dawgz saved me the cash it would have cost to rebuild my front and rear ends and helped me keep my Jeep running for years to come.

    I took my car in for a smog test.  It failed a test and the check engine light was still on.  I paid all this money and the car just needed to be driven, to reset the computer.  They replaced the oxygen sensor and it didn't need to be done.

    There was nothing to fix and no charge
    We did learn that on this model, it starts in NEUTRAL when it won't start in PARK
    The car has failed to start in PARK one time since then, we just started it in neutral.
    This is a head scratcher, might take it to DEALER if future issues

Service is also quick and the amenities they have here are wonderful! I'm actually looking forward to my next purchase at the dealership.....how many times do you here that in the car industry!

    Black'S Towing, Murrieta, 'California
    , I had left the key on in order to remove a flag from window. on Monday July 7, 2014.
    I was distracted and did not notice the key being on. The lights were also on.
    When I went to use the car the morning of 7/9/2014 I found it would not start. I had to get to dialysis.
    My daughter came and took me and then picked me up at 1pm.
    I had  a dental appointment at 3pm that day. I needed my car because I have to use an electric scooter to get around,
    and my car has the lift for the scooter.
    So, ont the way home from dialysis, I called AAA. She said they did not have  one of their own vechicles but she
    would call contractor they use. I got home at 1:25 pm, and just as I got into the house I received a call from AAA that
    a driver would be at my house at 1:40 pm.
    A Driver from BLACK'S arrived promptly at 1:40. He tested the battery and said I only had one volt instead of the needed 12 volts.
    He said I had to take it the place where I got the battery.
    He had been told I needed to be at the dentist at 3pm, so he called the battery place himself, and told them my situation.
    The battery place said they were busy, but would try to squeeze me in. When I arrived at the battery place, they had a bay waiting for me. A test of the battery found I needed a new one.  Because of the BLACK'S driver's extra service in calling the battery place and explaining my situation ( I am hard of hearing and would have had a hard time discussing situation with the battery place)'
    I even had time to go to In 'N Out  for a hamburger, before getting to the dentist's office.
    The BLACK'S driver was most curtieous, and efficient. He ran a omputer chek of the bsttery, and patiently explained to me the situation and what I had to do.He saw my need to use my scooter to be able to go to the dentist. He also recognized the help I needed because of my hearing, and thus he paved the way for me at the battery place.

    I like them very much. Their staff is friendly. They do a good job and they're thorough. They keep you notified when it's time for maintenance. They have a credit program where you get credit off of things. You don't pay as much for the next service.
