    George Bigley MD
My appointments with Dr. Bigley almost always to well.  He tends to get backed up so try and make an appointment either early in the morning or right after lunch. His staff is also very good..

    John Lagios MD
Dr. Lagios is a very meticulous researcher of what’s wrong with him. We learned through him that he had a leak in his brain that was allowing too much of the spinal fluid to leak out into the body, and we ended up having a month’s worth of various surgeries over UCFS; United Company & Family Services not under the care of Dr. Lagios but once that was done after that he got under the care again. Dr. Lagios subsequently observes him several times a year to see if he is having any recurrence. The treatment has been working very well. He is a wonderful guy. Even between visits if we have questions or concerns, he’ll take our call and get us in right away. He has been wonderful to work with, and we find him to be meticulous. He does not blow you off like a lot of doctors do with our complaints. He really pays attention to what we are saying and investigate. We keep going to him for that reason. His treatment was very effective.

    Vacca, Dr. Dante F
My overall experience with Dr. Vacca and his staff was awesome! My surgery was scheduled for 3/23/12 and his staff made sure all insurance needs were taken care of and made sure I had all the instructions I needed for the surgery. The morning of my surgery Dr. Vacca came and talked to me prior to the surgery to make sure all my questions were answered and to reassure me and make sure I was comfortable. The surgery went extremely well with no problems at all. While I was in recovery Dr. Vacca came to see me and let me know he had decided to keep me overnight due to other medical issues I have which were affecting them being able to control my pain. Once moved to my room a few hours later, he made sure that I was comfortable and my pain was being controlled. I had a good night in the hospital and was able to get a fair amount of sleep. In the morning Dr. Vacca came in and checked my bandages, etc. and made sure I felt well enough to go home, which I did. I was released with orders for what I could and could not do for the first few weeks and an appointment to follow up with the doctor. On my follow up appointment I was released from treatment as I was healing very well. Dr. Vacca told me how to continue with my recovery and to call with any questions or problems. I highly recommend him and will definitely see him again if needed.

    Doyle, Dr. Timothy J
I like him because he listens to me.  He doesn't add more medications explaining the rationale for it.  His treatment has definitely helped me because I haven't gone to any other neurologist regularly.

He is kind, thorough and available.  I would see him again for minor things, but not major things.

I always arrive on time or slightly early for my appts., I usually have to wait at least an hour to be seen by the nurse, although last time it was only 25 minutes. Then there is another wait to see the doctor or nurse practioner usually 15 to 20 minutes. The office staff and the nurse are very freindly so I put up with the wait. After my last appt. I asked to change suppliers because Bennett is often out of my supplies and never gets my billing correct. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem, when I called back three weeks later the person who handles that was out of the office. I left a message she did not return my call this went on for a month my calling every week and no return call, finally I got ahold of a person they said my records were lost so they couldn't fill my request until they were found. Finally they found my records earlier this month but they still have not forwarded my perscription to the new supplier and they still do not return my phone calls.

This is the most unprofessional Doc I have ever seen with the worst God complex of all Neuro Docs I have been to having a Neuro disease for the past 27 years I have seen quite a few.  To have a Doctor question the integrity of a patient should be against the law.  Not once but over fifteen times during the apt that it took him over 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to me.  Wow like the patients time isn't worth anything. My suggestion is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SEEING THIS GUY HE SHOULD RETIRE AND LET THE YOUNGER TAKE OVER, HE IS NASTY AND AWFUL TO SAY THE VERY LEAST

I found them very unprofessional. I had my medical records sent from Texas to them and I had a doctor referral who have listed my symptoms and when they called me back, they basically said just keep on taking your pain medication, we won't see you. Then I asked if they could refer someone else that I could go see, said no and that was basically the end of the conversation.
