    Safe Shot Indoor Range
I bought a new Glock 19 Gen 4 at Safe Shot Reno (a glock dealer) NV. I paid $740 with tax. I knew it was a bit high, but i figured I was safer buying from a dealer and not off the internet and they had one in stock. I walked downstairs to the range and it jammed on the 10th round. Hmmm. Cleared it and it jammed again. At this point I called the salesman down and when he took the slide off a piece fell out. I had to show him as he didn't even see it. They don't offer refunds or returns so I am stuck with it. I felt like a sucker. On top of that they even charged me $26 for the 12 rounds I shot at their range donwstairs testing the gun. Unbelievable. They said they would keep the gun and send it back and "see what Glock says". I first thought to let them do it but did not feel like they were being fair and i could easily send the gun to GLock, and I would do it that minute. They were going to let it sit on the counter for 2 days before doing anything. I should have suspected something when i asked about a Glock and it wasn't in the showcase. He then went in back and pulled this one out. Sent an email reporting my dissatisfaction and never heard back. I dont know if it was the plastic ammo they make you buy from them or if it was a faulty gun. Eventually got it repaired by Glock, but I would have though Safeshot would have stood behind the product they sell especially as it was not even out the door when it fell apart. Besides the plastic ammo that may be re-loads (i dont know) safeshot has a nice facility, it is just WAY overpriced. I think they really cater to tourists who want to spend an insane amount of money to shoot a "machine gun".
