    I have made quite a few purchases of furniture, appliances, rugs from them since I’ve lived in Reno. They have good prices and good quality things for the price. The sales and delivery people are always polite, helpful, and prompt.

    The salesman was very helpful and took time to explain about the different types of mattresses. He was personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back and ask for Tom when I shop for my next mattress.

    The bed came with some sort of warranty that would allow it to be replaced should it break down. After 3 or 4 years, it started sagging. I called to complain, they sent a bed inspector out in due course, and they credited my account with $600 or so and I bought a $700 replacement bed, which seems to be holding up pretty well. I was a little surprised that they didn't try to blame the user of the bed (I do) and use that as an excuse to reject my claim. Instead, they just came through on their warranty. It makes me very pleasantly disposed to RC Willey and likely to shop there in the future, which I have, and do.

    Robby is very knowledgeable and professional. We are in the process of  building a new house and have hired Robby again. She has helped with basic interior design of entire house. She has guided me through the process of choosing cabinets, bathroom and kitchen tile, wood flooring, furniture, and paint. I will also purchase  my window treatments and furniture from her again.  I totally trust her and she is wonderful to work with.

    We moved into a new house and needed some flexibility in delivery since the close date was not firm.  The owner Tim, was very responsive to schedule and everything was delivered on time.  The one box spring was to tall for out master suite bed and he exchanged it to one we liked.  No questioned asked he again was very responsive to our needs.  One thing to note is he does not deliver as part of the base sale but he will work with you.

    Fantastic.  Over achieved my expectations. Opened the store early on a Saturday morning after I explained I had to take an exam in a half hour.  I sat one more time on the sleeper sofa I was considering.  Order was processed and paid for in less than 15 minutes.  Received the sofa at pick-up door in back on the following Friday.  Extremely happy with the service, the product and the style.  Highly recommend this store and staff.

    JUNIPER HILL FURN & ACCESSORY
    You have to order the furniture and then it is shipped from the east coast with a delivery estimate of 8 - 10 weeks.  The couch was a floor model so was delivered very quickly, the credenza was also delivered fairly quickly as we ordered it in December just at the right time so it was placed on the truck and delivered soon thereafter.  However, after 12 weeks we are still waiting on the desk.   A predominant problem has been "pulling" information from our salesperson vice her pushing the information to us.  My perception is that after I have ordered the furniture and payed half the sales price (which is non-refundable) I am an afterthought.    For example, our desk was supposed to be on a delivery last week and I had to email and ask for a status and only then was told it did not make the truck and that the salesperson would check on it....48 hours later I still haven't heard from the salesperson.   Perhaps, we are not spending enough money to receive the appropriate attention, but the bottom line is that we are taking our future business elsewhere.  I still have furniture to purchase for the family room, kitchen and bedroom and I feel that I can get better service for my money elsewhere.   Macy's does a better job selling towels than I get at Juniper HIll.

    Miserable experience. Blame the customer. Lied to my face. Never got our stair right after the second going on third attempt. I asked them if they had their own installers and then sales woman said yes. They do not. They hire contract labor that was at my home until 10:00 pm one evening. Many more attempts with failures. Never got it right and wanted to try a third time. Ruined the paint on my stair rails and scratched my wood floors. Left my house trashed and dangerous with hundreds of staples all over. Overall a miserable experience. We elected to part ways rather than let them try again with the potential of more home damage.

    Ashley is a company full of tied hands. We bought a dinning hutch and couch from the company. Everything went well until the furniture was delivered. When the hutch was placed in our dining room immediately we found problems. The doors were extremely difficult to close, the hardware and doors weren't properly aligned, and there was a permanent coating on the glass. Paint thinner removed a little of what appeared to be stain but much of it could not be removed. Then upon inspect of the couch it turns out that the mover scratched the cough upon moving it into the couch. After realization of the problems we contacted the store. At which point they informed us we would have to wait a month for a service technician to come and look over the furniture. After talking to the store manager they agreed to replace the furniture; which would arrive in 7-10 days. However, during that time period the couch cushions had already gone incredibly soft. Upon contacting the company they said we their hands were tied and we had to wait for the corporate office to contact us. At the current time they still have not contacted us. Do not buy from Ashley. They are unwilling to help customers, and have substandard quality furniture. It took our previous couch almost 8 years to go as soft as the Ashely couch did in one week.

    The tech came out and inspected it and they took it to the shop for repair.  We were without a chair for weeks.  They brought it back to our home and the controls stopped responding on my chair., Again they came out and repaired this.  Next my chair extended and would not return to the closed position at the end of May 2013.  This time the tech finally could fit us in on June 12, 2013.  The motor on my chair had failed and could not be repaired.  It had to be replaced.  We have not had this furniture a year and the motor is burned out on my side I work 5 days a week and do not get a chance to use the chair enough to burn out the motor.  I did not hear from them.  I called them July 16, 2013.  They said the motor came in on July 2, 2013 and no one had set up an appointment to come out and repair the chair.  I advised them that at this point they have a no lemon clause in the contract and I am not comfortable with keeping the product as the warranty is going to run out, my husband is disabled and I cannot take a chance on him being trapped in a chair that will not close.  I was told they would be out on July 24, 2013 to take pictures of the product and consider store credit exchange.  The tech was a no call no show and we have not heard from R C Willey since.
