    Glendale Pediatrics
Glendale Pediatrics is wonderful, we have gone since my daughter was first born.  Her main doctor is Dr. Henry, but the entire staff and other doctors are amazing.  They take the time to talk to you about what is going on, take the time to communicate with your child.  Office is nice and friendly and clean.  They have 2 waiting rooms which I think is great.  The "well" room and then the "sick" room so when visiting for check-ups it cuts down on exposure to germs.  They also take same day appointments if your child is sick as well as Saturday morning emergency appointments.

The front office is very courteous and efficient. When I have been to Dr. Henry for more serious things (like when my son developed asthma) to minor things Dr. Henry always listens, I never feel rushed.

    Glendale Pediatrics
As a first time parent, everything freaked me out. I frequently called their office for any and all issues and concerns. The nurses are courteous and the doctors are amazing. Dr Henry and Dr Feuille always explain everything and make sure you know everything and extra about your baby's health and care. Highly recommended!

They are fabulous there. They have great assistance and doctors. They take care of you very well. It doesn't matter if it is on the weekend or in middle of the week, they will get you in.

    Piedmont Pediatrics
She helped in diagnosing an infection, clarifying information from a previous doctor. Gave insight with behavioral question on my children -- very helpful (and hopeful). Also gave referrals. I was quite pleased. Our first visit, we are happily returning.

    Saad, Dr. Nadra (Monica)
Front Office - They are polite enough, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. My only real complaint is that I have been placed on "hold" only to be hung up on way too many times. Facilities - I love that there are seperate sick and well waiting rooms. The restroom and waiting areas are always clean. Medical Staff - I really like all the medical assistants and they are always gentle and loving with my baby. Dr. Saad - Takes as much time as needed so that you feel well informed, cared for, and clearly understand the situation and course of treatment. Before my daughter was even a patient she gave me her e-mail address and told me contact her if I had any questions. When I said that I was a new mom and had about 100 questions a day, she said that was great because a concerned mother was a good mother. Wait time - The down side to Dr. Saad giving such personalized attention and service is the sometimes long wait time. But it is well worth it.

    Kaiser Permanente Medical Group
I switched to Kaiser over a year and a half ago but didn't have time to make an appointment till recently and continued paying out of pocket for my thyroid specialist so I would not run out of medication. Boy do I regret not making the switch sooner! Kaiser is a model of efficiency. It turns out that I could have even brought my old prescription in from an out of network doctor and they would have filled it as a courtesy. Because I ended up in a dire situation of needing to update my prescription, they were able to give me a same-day appointment with a physician who wasn't my "primary care", who then proceeded to give me an entire well-woman check-up (saving me money becuase I only had to pay for one appointment). Prior to Kaiser, I was with UCLA Medical Center which would have sent me to the emergency room in the same situation (this actually happened to me there when I needed the day-after pill and hadn't had my first check-up with my primary care physician). The thing that really stands out about Kaiser as opposed to every other hospital I've been to in the US, is their cheerfulness, and efficiency. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for an appointment or lab test-- not even enough time to go to the bathroom! Also, the staff and doctors seem genuinly happy to be working there. The endochrinologist I found was super supporitve, and caring-- and spent nearly an hour with me! Nearly every other Endo I've seen has been hostile and has tried to give me a death sentance becasue I had thyroid cancer in the past. I walked out of his office feeling like a million dollars; he wasn't concerned about choices in treatment I had made in the past, even reassuring me that I made the right decisions, and admitted that the research is constantly shifting and that doctors don't always know he best courses of action. If you're looking for a doctor who will throw every test in the book at you just to make a little extra cash, and doesn't want to risk not using the most extreme interventions, then Kaiser isn't the place for you-- but if you want a doctor who will treat you like a human being, and not a disease, and is willing to let you make choices about your own health, then I can't recommend Kaiser enough. It is probably true that if you're really concerned about something, you probably need to push to get a little extra attention, but I prefer that to over-medicating (or worse, refusing to see you unless you follow their course of action).

    Pediatric Associates Medical
I like ALL the doctors there. There was a short time a couple years ago when I lost my job/health insurance and had to go with another provider. I searched and tried several in Burbank and none could compare to Pediatric Associates! i was sooooo happy when I was able to get my old insurance back and return to them 6 months later. they are very thorough but not alarming. My daughter was born at 32 weeks and the care I got for a preemie was excellent as well. you would never guess she was a preemienow:)
