    In short, Abraham was very polite and easy to deal with in the preparation stages of the project but not so much when issues with the installation were pointed out to him. The installation, while not horrible, has some flaws that are difficult to overlook. His response to my concerns was unprofessional and inexcusable.

    I wish I had seen the review of 3/2/2016 before my project. My experience was similar in many ways and I most certainly would not have used this supplier otherwise.

    We contracted him to install Silestone Quartz countertops upon our new kitchen cabinets and upon a ten foot long short wall.

    His crew seemed more interested in the speed in which they performed the installation rather than accuracy. On the short wall installation, the countertop is not level across the seam and, even though I pointed this out to the crew lead, Omar, during the installation, he dismissed my concern insisting that it would be taken care of after the top was glued down - it was not.

    Abraham was not present at the time of installation and was very reluctant to come out and review this issue with me, but eventually did so. When he arrived he was obviously not interested in listening to my concerns. I made the extra effort to be polite and non-confrontational but to no avail, he dismissed my issue insisting it was trivial and then, in an outburst, ran out of my home. His behavior was very unprofessional and inexcusable. He later called and apologized but made no effort to offer a solution.

    Additionally, on the kitchen installation, the countertop overhang is not the same from one side of the kitchen to the other. This was an easily correctable flaw and, had crew been more concerned with accuracy than speed, it could have been caught during installation but now would require a complete redo. Again, not a horrible flaw but difficult to overlook. To be fair to Abraham, I did not bring this last issue to his attention but have no intention of doing so now especially since his reaction to the other issue.

    I should not have allowed him to continue with my project after seeing the quality of work and should have been more insistent and vocal during the installation process, that���s my mistake and I will have to live with it.

    I hope others will learn from my experience.

    Pier was prompt in his arrival.  He got right to work and kept us abreast of the progress and gave input on the needed repairs.  He is a great communicator.  He spent two days doing the previous mentioned repairs.  His quality and professionalism is exceptional.  He is prepared when he arrives and does not waste time.  As you can see from the above list of items there was a variety of needed repairs.  He was qualified and skilled in each area.  The finished product was very desirable and looked better than the initial product when the house was new.  He has an eye for perfection and the skill to match his eye.  He was also very aware of safety issues with regard to the repairs and made sure those issues were first on the list.  When he finished the job he cleaned the area and left it the same as upon his arrival.

    After inheriting a condominium, Alan Stringer, company owner, stopped by on or about Jan 18, 2012 and offered to repaint the walls, doors, cabinets, closets, kitchen and bathroom all the same color with gloss enamel paint for $400 including paint. Since I had to return to Oklahoma, my brother met with Alan on Jan 28, 2012 to let him in and assist w/ furnature moving. Alan worked throughout the day, and upon my brother's return late that afternoon, the painting was complete. After my brother inspected the job he paid Alan $400 via a check that later became different problem with Alan.  Alan inistanced on being paid in cash since he was going out of town over the weekend (this was never disclosed up front...while the banks were open to cash a check).  Alan finally took the check, and the following week called my brother saying that his bank would not process the check due to the illegibility of the check. So my brother cancelled the check and mailed him a second check, which Alan claimed never to have received.  This caused my brother to cancel the second check, and drive down from LA to hand deliver a third check. Alan attempted to cash both the second and third checks.
    During the week of Mar 17-24, when I went back out to CA to prep the condo for rental. My handyman and I, while replacing door knobs and cabinet knobs, realized that the Alan never prepped the high gloss surfaces before he painted. All the paint on the doors and cabinets started pealing off in sheets. Several attempts were made to contact Alan, but the calls were not returned. I ended up paying the handyman an additional $200 to prep and repaint all of the doors and cabinets.
