    California Custom Creations
The installation went very well. Paul works fast. The job only took a day and half. He took care of the ordering and picking up the doors i picked out. He got trim to match my other doors. He cleaned up well when the job was done. Note, he doesn't do the painting so you will need take care of that.

Darryl worked with us to make sure we ordered the correct door, coach us to do whatever prep work we could do (remove shutters, remove stucco, etc. (to his standards!), and then did the stucco work on the outside of the house after the installation, which took three trips. He fit us in on Saturdays, in between his larger jobs. Always on time, always a pleasant, timely communicator.

    Peninsula Doors Inc.
I am so very pleased with the workmanship and service from Peninsula Doors. I must have gone everywhere in the South Bay and Peninsula looking for a good door company...most only do it as a sideline to window replacement, or just interior doors, or the big box stores. Finally, after months of research I came across Peninsula Doors, and I'm so glad I did. They really specialize, and know what they're doing. Selecting doors and getting on the schedule took some time. My install date was pushed out once by the manufacturer not delivering when expected. Finally, maybe 2 months since first contact, came the day to install. 1.5 days turned into 3 days, but the level of attention to detail was phenomenal. My doors before were 50+ years old and not in good shape, sticking, drafty, etc. The new doors are beautiful stained solid wood, with beautiful matching trim and thresholds. They fit like a glove and keep out all noise and drafts...I just love how they look and work, and I know Peninsula Doors will help with any issues I might have in the future. Peninsula Doors also installed a new security door I found elsewhere, and they did a really good job making it match upon install. This is a small company of just a few guys, who care about what they do. Real craftsmen. I found them very reasonable to work with, and polite, tidy and prompt. Highly recommended.

    Case Design Remodeling
They are very professional. The job is well done. They have a four-hour minimum. The original thing I called them for wouldn't take four hours so they asked what additional work I had if any. I gave them some and they happily did it. They have a four-hour minimum., They aren't really handyman but they will do your handyman jobs. The price was reasonable. I was happy.

    Modern Lock & Security
Generally well. The locksmith arrived in an unmarked van, so I didn't know it was him until he parked in front of my house. It was obvious I wasn't a locksmith because I made several misinterpretations he had to correct.

    Richard S White Maintenance
Richard had a cancellation and we were in the neighborhood of his next appointment so he squeezed us in. He was very professional and easy to work with. How was efficient and timely doing the work but did quality work without rushing. Had the correct tools etc with him. We were pleased and had him give quotes on another project (retrofit lighting to led). Based on our lighting complexity he said we needed an electrician. Appreciated that he knows what he can do and what projects we should contract someone else. Will definitely use him for other services in the future.

    Pacific Construction & Design
We were referred to Pacific Construction & Design by a friend who hired them before and he was happy with them. We purchased a home in Reseda and we wanted to have a complete remodeling before we move in. as part of the work, we wanted to take down the wall in the dining room in order to get a complete open space between the kitchen, dining room and living room. Jack provided us with a design that included an engineering plan on how do it. Jack, with the engineer designed the plan on how to do it. The remodeling that we did with them was the complete remodeling of the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms. Jack, the project manager, was experienced and visited us very often to check and see how the job site is progressed and providing instructions to the employees. We want to also write, that we were very impressed with the workers. They were several crews for different tasks, and all of them were professional and honest. We love our new home and we are very happy that we chose them.

We had to repair a serious water damage in the house that affected the kitchen bottom cabinets. Eli and Moran were very easy to work with and had come up with a very affordable solution. We couldn't be happier. working with the insurance wasn't easy but these guys worked really hard to bring everything back together in no time, right before the holiday season. We can't thank you enough guys, thank you very much and happy halloween!!!

    GerRepair and Design
Ger Repair was thourough from the beginning of the project to the end. We could depend on him to do his job each time. He made sure to clean up after each job. We appreciated this very much. He communicated effectively of his next steps and if any changes needed to be made.
He finished the project efficiently and on time. We are thrilled with our new door. It meets our needs and we especially enjoy the extra touches he suggested. We can't wait to use his services again for our next home improvement project.

    Cosentinos All About Home Repairs
Consentino was so busy telling me how great he was the entire time that I was expecting a stellar job.  My biggest problem is that he did not want to take the time to do the job right... must have had other jobs to do that paid more.
Kitchen faucet:  Asked me where I bought it then gave me attitude when I told him on-line.  He did not bother to use silicone to seal the faucet or bother to install both bolts to secure it to the countertop.  He also did not remove a plastic ring on the faucet that allows you to move it.  How do I know?  The faucet came loose within 3 months and when I removed it to repair it there was not a rubber seal, so water was leaking from counter top splashes 2. Only one bolt was installed... not sure what he did with the second one, but I had to buy a new one to secure the faucet. 3. When I lifted part of the faucet (it is one of those with the wrapped wire around the spout... it still had a plastic anchor on it from shipping... no wonder I could barely get it to turn.
Door Bell: Didn't bother to install it correctly so all it did was go "thunk" rather than chime.  Had another handyman come out to replace it as I thought I had bought a dud and he told me that Consentino needed to actually adjust the door bell button...something that he should have known.
Screen Door;  He did not want to take the time to install the heavier pet screen that I bought and complained the entire time.  I also paid him to fix the door latch and align the door.  That was ok.
