    There were two different people that showed up. One did the washer and dryer, one did the refrigerator. They- I would just say that I've been a loyal fan. I would recommend them to anybody. If you want to buy appliances, They are interested in having a servicing agreement, Sears is the only way to go.

    It was very good. I don?t know how they are as far as pricing goes because I didn?t really compare them to anybody else because they are one of the only companies that work on that type of oven, so I was limited to that company. They were punctual. They were very courteous. They gave me a call when they were twenty minutes out, so their communication was excellent. They were professional. They were well priced, it didn?t seem like I was getting over charged or anything like that.

    He ordered parts for oven door, and fixed out eclectic stove top. then out of courtesy he determined the problem with our home heater although he knew it was beyond his expertise to repair. the diagnoses will help us in determining what the a/c repairman should be fixing. He seemed to be very thorough.

    I called J.I.M. Appliance Repair around 8AM and they scheduled a same
    day appointment window of 11A-2P. Technician arrived at 12:30P
    (Wonderful). He diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. He went to
    his truck and actually had the part. He installed it quickly and was done in about
    45 minutes. I am very satisfied with this company and will definitely use
    them again. i also will refer them to my friends and neighbors.

    Munguia's Refrigeration and Appliance Repair
    This was a provider sent by my home warranty.  The repairman came for the first visit as scheduled.  The repairman pulled the oven away from the wall, and said it wasn't working because it wasn't getting air circulation.  The microwave needed a new motor; he said he would order it and come back to put it in.  The next day, the oven was not staying heated.  On April 15, the repairman called me at work and said he received the motor for the microwave, but thought it was too big so would I call him with the microwave model number; at that time, I told the repairman that the oven was still not working.  That evening I telephoned and left a message with the microwave model number.  By April 22 I had not heard anything, so called again and asked what was the status of my repairs.  I did not receive a return telephone call.  On May 3 the repairman showed up at my home in the evening, said he had lot his phone so could not call me.  He had brought the motor.  He took about 5 minutes installing the motor; I asked him about my oven and, without looking at it, he said I would have to call the home warranty company for them to schedule a return visit.  Before he left, I turned on the microwave and the turntable was still not turning.  He turned it on himself, said "I installed a new motor, so I don't know what is wrong with it."  As he was walking out my door, he said that I needed to call the warranty company so they could send him on a return visit to try again with the microwave.   Epilogue:  The home warranty sent out a different company, and the wires to the new motor for the microwave turntable had not been connected.

    I have a Jenn-Air fridge that was sporadically heating up.  I call this company and they sent a technician out the same day.  I was pleased with that.  He spent roughly 3 minutes on it and said that my vent was super dusty, charged me $80 to vacuum it and said that should fix the problem.  Didn't look any further for any other problem.  Well, it didn't fix it. So I called back the next day and again he came out that same day.  He spent maybe 10 minutes on it this time and said my fan motor wasn't working and that it needed to be replaced.  He ordered it, came back two days later.  I was late to leave when he came back so I didn't watch him to see if he replaced the motor or not because I was getting ready.  He said he did, which he may have, charged me now a total of $416.  Still not working.  I called again the next morning to have them come out again. Now I have to wait until Monday.  I started this process on a Tuesday which would make it a week of a bad fridge and over $400 spent.  I made the appt for Monday.  My husband started looking online for reviews of this company.  ALL were bad!!! I debated to put my $400 spent toward them still trying to figure out the problem or cut my loss and I chose to cut my loss with them due to all the reviews.  I called to cancel my appointment with them, explained my fustration and let them know that I have read all the reviews.  All they could say was "ok."  I got no apology or a what can we do to make this better....nothing.  Lesson to learn:  Read your reviews BEFORE using a company.  This is a horrible company.  DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

    Ernest Major Appliance is not a reputable company. They lied to me about their availability, used non-approved materials, and refused to honor the warranty on materials. They also refused to come back and will not return phone calls. When I asked them why they were refusing to fix my refrigerator and lying about several things, they said they just didn't want to come back! The overall exprience with this company was frustrating, costly and non professional.
