ADOMCO PLUMBING INCThe company quickly sent a specialist out to pump the septic tank and asess the source of the problem. It took some time to find the septic tank in our back yard so he inserted a TV camera through the access pipe at our house to locate it. He had to dig down 24 inches to uncover it. The specialist quickly pumped the tank despite the fact that it had not been pumped for at least 15 years. He also inspected the outflow part of the system to see whether there were further problems. After inspection of the tank and its outflow, he suspected that there were problems with the distribution system to the dry wells and/or with the dry wells themselves. He recommended they do a TV inspection of the distribution boxes and, if necessary, of the dry wells. However, before leaving, he discovered a significant inflow of water from a leaking toilet. We agreed that I should discuss the situation with the company owner, whom we spoke to the next day. After we explained the problem with the leaking toilet and volume of inflow, he said that he believed that excessive inflow was the source of our problem, not a clogged distribution system. He told us to wait two weeks to see whether the problem recurred. After two weeks, the water level in the septic tank was normal. So, no further work was necessary. It would have been very easy for the company to urge us to do the TV inspection of the distribution system, because some water flowed back into the septic tank when we emptied it and the water contained debris. However, because the owner diagnosed the problem correctly, we saved several hundred dollars and may have avoided having to replace one or more dry wells at the cost of thousands of dollars. I also used this company to repair the leaking toilet, which they did quickly and inexpensively.. As far as we are concerned, this company is responsive, competent and honest. ADOMCO PLUMBING INCOur septic system was not functioning correctly and we didn't know whether we just needed repairs or if we needed to have the entire system replaced. We called Domco and explained the problems we were having and made an appointment to have someone come out and take a look. Eric showed up early on the day of the appointment and checked out the problems we were having with our leach field. He called in to the shop to consult with his boss and together they diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. Eric then had to return to the Domco shop to pick up additional equipment to make the repairs. He came back to our house and worked all day installing a new distribution box and cleaning out leach lines that were completely clogged with sand and tree roots. We're hopeful that Eric's repairs will be all that is needed to get our septic system back to working order.- Nancy F.

ANot only was the job done efficiently and excellently but John squeezed me in 5 days earlier than any other plumbing service. He did not charge me extra for the emergency call and came the same day I called. I was very concerned over the damage it was going to cause. He was a lifesaver and the job was done quickly and cleanup was excellent! Thanks for the service and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AWe're new to septic and knew it hadn't been pumped for more than 5 years so we wanted to be sure we didn't have any issues and could rest assured for a few years to come. Chuck's was fairly priced and they young man who came out did a great job of explaining the system to me and gave solid recommendations for maintaining it in good shape. He was not high pressure with his recommendations and was very polite and patient with a septic newbie. Chuck's also recommended I locate the tank accesses before because they charge to find them. A nice money saving tip they could easily have not mentioned. The price shown represents tank pumping as well as a gallon of bacteria and a $25 off coupon.

AMr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.

CThis review replaces a previous review written as the work was nearing completion, after the field supervisor was freed from a larger assignment. With his hands-on leadership, the project was closed out in a few hours, and the county inspector approved the work. It was a rocky road. This three-day project expanded into three weeks. While the initial team started well, the work was slowed by equipment failures, reassigned workers, and poor team communication. The work failed two county inspections due to insufficient management oversight, and was resolved by redoing a lot of the work and tearing up more of our yard. Two sprinkler lines had been broken and improperly repaired. After I spoke with the owner of the company, a senior leader ensured the sprinklers were fixed, and the work area cleaned. The owner and managers are using this experience to further train their staff on their field practices.
