Cleaned out my attic, sanitized, sealed air leaks, replaced insulation, and sealed all squirrel access holes. Written estimate with all parts of the job listed. No hidden costs or estimate revisions. AMillennium Termite & PestThis company is on the ball. My appointment was scheduled very quickly. The inspector was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the captured bugs as flying ants (not termites) and proceeded to inspect our attic, which was next to the room in question. AEcoGuard Pest ManagementTrap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. AAfter smelling something dead, on a Friday morning, I contact 5 places and no one would commit to do the work. My husband found ATCO by searching the web. We talked to them on the phone and David from ATCO Pest Control was the one that serves us. He came on time and explain upfront all the terms and what he was going to do. Then, he went underneath the house, (not an easy thing to do because everything is narrowed), and located a dead rat near the heat vents. He also located the points of the entrance where they come. He placed several traps. Then, explain the post-work we will have to do in the near future. He acted very professionally and, we are very please with his work.
