  • Taxi this is not -- no license was visible, totally unprofessional, just some guy with a car and a phone, came to the wrong street, kind of scary. Would not recommend this service unless you are okay with just anyone driving you around.

She is very good at anticipating problems and always follows up. Even though we were strangers when we met, she's always treated her clients like family and dedicates her self to providing the best travel experience possible. It's like having a guardian angel.

  • It went well. Used them for my trip to Ohio to take me to the airport and then pick me upon return. When I told them I had more luggage and the baby stroller the fee went up quite a bit but was reasonable. They are very classy and responsible. The driver was extremely professional and courteous.

  • I made the appointment by telephone; the operator was polite and professional. They even called back to confirm the details and to let me know they had it on the schedule. The driver was on time (early, in fact - important when you are catching a plane) professional, and the car was clean. I would use their service again.

  • I originally saw a deal for $85 All-inclusive (no extra charges) round trip transportation to and from Airport terminal. Claimed to be on Angie's List. I was not told the  Deal excludes tax and airport fees. The limousine service I normally use the total cost including all fees plus amenities like water is $130.00. Everytime I asked about something I was told there was an extra charge for that. When we arrived back at the airport there was noone there to meet us. I had to call for the limo to come there. Noone helped with our baggage. The driver stated there was an extra cost to meet us there and help with baggage. My wife was not feeling well and there was no water or anything in the limo. I asked if we could stop and was told there would be an extra charge.

  • Owner of company himself drove us to LAX and was prompt, courteous and deserving of straight As.
    Another driver picked us up for the return trip and my girlfriend thought he was rude to a women driver in the parking garage.
    He also took us  to Valley Village through downtown LA because he thought the freeway was too crowded.  It was at least 10 miles out of the way and took over 11/2 hours.

  • I had the worst experience with this company AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.  First, they said that the cab would arrive in 5 to 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes, when I called them, they said another 3 to 5 minutes.  I was now late for the airport.  The cab did arrive in 3 to 5 minutes.  When I said to the drive that he was late, he told me he only got the call 5 minutes before he arrived.  I gave him the address which was a private company at the Burbank airport.  He started going up Cahuenga (which is the route my iphone map showed) but then got on the freeway and started going away from where I needed to be running up the meter.  He told me that he knew where he was going, that he was the best and most experienced driver the company had.  I asked him to turn on the airconditioning and he said it only worked in the front seat so he wouldn't.Now we are going the wrong way away from my destination and he won't turn on the air.  Further he was arguing with me the whole way about where he was going at the airport; going to the main terminal, instead of the address of the private company.  Finally he turned around and went all the way back to where he should have gone in the first place, after running up the fare by over 50%.

  • Great, great, great. We hadn't used a travel agent in ages, and now we'll always use one. We paid nothing, and Cissy saved us about $1000 on our cruise to Alaska, thanks to deals that are only available to travel agents (much better than anything we found online). We had fairly strict parameters regarding time, ports, location, etc, and Cissy did a great job of laying out all of our options, letting us know availability, finding the best deals, discussing options for shore excursions, and doing everything in a very timely fashion. She even called us over the weekend to let us know when availability was dwindling so that we could have the best options available to us. 

    If you're not in the Los Angeles area, no worries. We booked everything with Cissy via phone and email. She saved us time and money, and we had a wonderful vacation.

  • Horrible. We paid for r/t service. They were fine getting us there. Coming back, we waited for 53 minutes! One van refused to take us since he just wanted to go home. We stood out there as van after van went by, none of them going near our home. Supervisor showed up, apologized, told us to call cust.serv. this morning. They were rude, indifferent, and insulting. Told us we "should" have used their competition, Super Shuttle! I never heard of such a thing. They owe us a refund, or a voucher for future travel: "We're on time or you don't pay." Well, they weren't on time, and we paid, and we want our money back. I've never encountered a company responding to a customer-service problem by saying, "You shoulda used the other guys." How unprofessional can you get? Avoid Prime Time at all costs!

  • THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, CLEAN, AND EFFICIENT. FROM THE TIME I CALLED MY RIDE HOME TO TELL THEM WE HAD LEFT LAX, TO THE TIME WE ARRIVED, IT WAS LESS THAN 30 MINUTES! IT WOULD TAKE TWICE AS LONG JUST TO DRIVE MYSELF ON THE FREEWAY! THEY'RE REALLY GOOD! I WON'T EVER DRIVE MYSELF TO LAX AGAIN! I ARRIVED RELAXED AND ON TIME-IT WAS A GODSEND!
