  • He is phenomenal. He is a good guy. Overall, my last visit was excellent. He is just very thorough. He doesn’t miss a trick. He doesn’t sluff me off real fast like most doctors. We really don’t have to wait for him either. I would recommend him. If somebody could get him, they would be lucky. He was actually recommended to me by a doctor, and I could see why.

  • He's the best doctor I've ever had! He's extremely attentive to his patients--he's like number one in patient care. I've never experienced someone who's better in terms of followup and just taking the time to listen. He's caring about whatever is going on and he's very proactive.

  • It is always excellent because they have everybody. And so, I have chosen to do all of my respect within the same medical group. They were through back and forth. All of my doctors that I have had there have been very good and I am being followed now by 2 or 3 of them. And they are all fine. They are very conscientious, following me on a couple of things. I am very happy with them.

  • Dr. Barsoum and her staff were great. Very professional and thorough in taking history and listening to my questions. Like their use of technology. Test results are available on a patient portal and Dr. Barsoum will answer routine questions via email.

  • I have had three Rheumatologists since being diagnosed with RA. Dr. David Silver, Dr. Renee Rinaldi and Dr. Wallace. While I had some issues with either behavior or dependability with the other two doctors, I can always count on Dr. Wallace. He is available to me, either in person or by email. He helps to manage not only my RA symptoms but also I can consult with him about other medical issues that may or may not be related to my arthritis.
Unlike the other two doctors I mentioned, he does NOT hold your ongoing medication hostage by making you come in for testing unless he really thinks it's important. The other docs wanted me to come in quarterly to have access to meds I will need for life. That's A LOT of appointments, a lot of time and a lot of money!
I really feel like Dr. Wallace cares and that he is very realistic and honest about how he manages my care.

  • He may be a good clinician. I don't know.  I went to this doctor for a year and he was so abusive towards his medical staff, right in front of me, that it made me uncomfortable.  This didn't just happen once but every time I went.  He was also usually running behind schedule, so the wait was often an hour.  Not cool!

  • They were very professional. Actually, everybody there was very helpful. I had to get records and stuff like that. I would give them an "A" in terms of the environment overall. The staff was friendly there. I had to get these records and they were really highly receptive and very nice to me. I think they were really professional for surgery. My mother was with me too and she knows how to assess places like that. She thought it was really great too and how they came out talked to us and explained everything what was going to happen. It was good from the beginning to the end.

  • Dr. Grosch was a really nice guy.  It was worth the short wait to see him.  He examined my ears and told me I did not need him, I was correct about what was causing the issue and it was nothing serious.  Then, his staff refused to take my money (a $40 dollar co-pay) and said they would bill me after submitting it to the insurance carrier.  All in all, this was a nice doctor's office visit.  Did I mention, I hate going to the doctor, any doctor?  I would use this guy again.

  • We have all the doctors there. The things that we like the best about them is the after care, support care provided as well as the medical care. We would have yoga there for free. They have support groups. They have tai-chi and they have other kinds of things to help the patient in their recovery. It is really amazing and wonderful.

  • I first saw Dr. Shapiro approximately 3 years ago for treatment of my pollen allergies. I had previously undergone immunotherapy (and quot;allergy shotsand quot;) with another provider, but was advised to stop when I was pregnant. During our first visit, Dr. Shapiro said stopping treatment during pregnancy was unnecessary; and that he advised starting treatment again. I did, and am happy to say that my horrible allergies are now under control.
I have found Dr. Shapiro to be very knowledgeable, personable, and professional, as is his staff. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to receive shots, but it's usually not too bad.
    I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro.
