    Green Remodeling & Beyond
I purchased a 2 bed house in North Hollywood and completely redid everything. Ilan and Adam have done an amazing work. Being on time, keeping the place and delivering. They pulled an amazing job. My place looks like a showroom, which is what Ilan had promised from day one.

Kathryn Walters Paper Hanging & Removal
Kathy was spectacular. She had to really work to get the old paper down and she just went at it like the pro she is. She was right on time, did a flawless job and is coming back tomorrow to do,another job for us.

    Linda Rosen Interiors
It went very well as I knew it would due to my prior work with Linda. The thing I like most about Linda is her ability to really help fine tune the selection of colors and fabrics and make it all work together. No long drawn out process like it would be if i selected these things myself! Linda helped me avoid the angst by holding my hand thru it. She has awesome color selection abilities and I trust her implicitly. My wall paint and my cabinets and the Cesar-stone and backsplash all look amazing! I can hardly wait to get the curtains/shade delivered because Linda has the ability to see the end, but unfortunately, I don't, which is exactly why I used her for this project. She helped me stay in budget and really worked her magic again! So happy!

Sell It Fast! Home Staging LLC
Sell It Fast! is the Rolls Royce company for preparing homes for rental or sale in the Indy region. Could not be happier with the results. I have additional properties in the Indianapolis area and look forward to working with the very enthusiastic and talented Ms. Bannister again. Timely, professional and excellent value for the services provided.

Alon and his Floor Appeal crew do tremendous work!  The project started sooner than we had hoped, which was fantastic!  The crew fixed our ceiling and installed pre-finished hardwood flooring in our 2200 sq. ft. home and it only took 1 week from start to finish.  Everyone was professional and did an excellent job moving and handling our belongings with care.  The floor install itself is flawless and has totally transformed our home beyond our expectations.  Floor Appeal was incredibly easy to work with and also was very understanding when it came to dealing with our insurance company as this job was a result of an insurance claim.  My husband and I would recommend Floor Appeal to anyone and will definitely be using them for any future needs.

So Cal Builders & Design Inc
My wife had to travel to England to take care of her sick mother for a few months, which gave me the perfect opportunity to surprise her with a new kitchen. We have a fairly old country style kitchen, and it's starting to show it's wear and tear. I had a plan to do this for several months, but I figured now would be a great time to do it.
I called So Cal Builders and Design to remodel the kitchen. They did a fantastic and quick job! They presented an excellent designs for the new kitchen: new cabinets, a kitchen island, with granite counter top. They also gave a good time frame to finish it, giving me extra time before my wife arrives home.
They made the kitchen look exactly as how the designs were. When my wife came home she was so unbelievably happy to see the new kitchen. It was a real great project, and it really was worth the cost. Thanks so cal builders and design for your speedy and awesome job!

Cherryl Alan, owner of The Cherryl Alan Design Group (aka Cherryl Alan Designs), is a decorator who sells furniture and accessories. She can use some of the items you already have to transform your home. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional. Countless unreturned phone calls, not showing up for scheduled meetings and not even returning calls after not showing up. Her staff is just as unprofessional. Paying for items I never received. Selling me 'new' items that were damaged - a lamp, a coffee table. Also, after they do their 'installation', they claim they will be there for you after the fact. That was not the case. Also, her handyman built a wooden deck for me on my balcony. Apparently he used indoor stain and now the deck has to be sanded and completely refinished. I would never recommend Cherryl Alan or her company. Unless you are a celebrity, (she touts all the celebrities that she has worked with) don't expect quality service or professionalism. Buyer beware.

    House Candy
First, we sent the dimensions of our room with locations of windows and doors to the provider with a rough sketch.
HouseCandy then turned it into a floor plan and chose images of items put together on a page so we could see how they worked together in terms of colors , patterns and form. Each design concept was accompanied by the cost of the items and a total cost for that particular concept with a high-cost and a low-cost option.
We had several iterations by email where the provider sent suggestions for us to consider, and we ended up with a concept that was a combination of some of the high cost and low cost items.
House Candy provided details of where we could source items if we wanted to purchase them ourselves, and ordered for us the items that were from the high-end designer sources.
It was all very easy, and House Candy was very accommodating to our tastes and budget. We are very happy with the result. We love our new furnishings!

    Pristine Construction Inc
I put off remodeling my kitchen for years, because I had no construction or design experience, and was intimidated at the prospect of tearing out an important part of my home and having construction done while I was living and working there.
I found Pristine Construction by its positive Angie?s List and Yelp reviews, and when I met owner Nathan, he put me at ease about the process, and had some great ideas for making changes to the kitchen. Even though it wasn?t actually the lowest bid, I went with Pristine because they inspired my confidence.
The crew, all very friendly and polite, showed up right on time at 8:00 a.m. every morning, worked all day until about 5 or 6, and cleaned up after themselves every night. Mike or Nathan checked in every day to oversee the progress.
I also had them replace all of the wood flooring throughout the entire house, and, because I had to use my office and couldn?t stop work for too long, they managed to move everything out, replace the floor and baseboards, and move everything back into the room in a single day.
They tore the kitchen down to the studs and completely remodeled it, while I was working in another room at home most days. The work started right on time and finished right on schedule [in just 6 weeks] and on budget, and the kitchen looks fantastic. Even though I only had a limited galley-shaped space to work with, my sleek, modern kitchen looks like something out of a magazine. I am happy and thrilled with my new kitchen, and it looks even better than I imagined it would.

    Jacoby Company, Inc.
I just purchased a condo and moved in about a 5 months ago. I have had a hard time trying to decide what paint color to pick for each room and I didn't have any window coverings. I was asking around to all my friends about who they would suggest I talk to about window treatments and I got a few suggestions to contact Jacoby Company. But of course, I did my research and came to find out Jacoby Company was voted Best of Houzz three years in a row, highly recommended on Yelp and they're number 1 on Angie's List. Inevitably, I knew Jacoby was the right company to call. I called right after doing my research and spoke to Bree who I came to find out is the daughter of Cory & Gary Jacoby. How cute! A true small family owned business still exists today. I felt pretty lucky to find them.
Cory came out two days later with Bree and they both went over my needs and wants. Cory also told me that she has a paint consulting service where she charges $375 an hour to come up with each rooms color design plan. I signed up for that immediately! I didn't want to hire an interior decorator but Cory was the closest thing to that without a hefty fee. Cory picked the perfect paint colors for my walls, ceilings and moldings. I even have accent walls now...who would have thought!
She then went over each window treatment plan for all my rooms ( a total of 4 rooms). In my Kitchen, Cory & Bree decided plantation shutters would look the best. They were right! I love my shutters. The quality of the shutters are impeccable. I have gone into Home Depot to just see what they sell and nothing compares to the quality of Jacoby Company shutters. I also really appreciate the fact that Jacoby shutters are made in Los Angeles and the wood is from the Mid West. Finally, I found a company that supports local manufacturing.. being that I am a local jewelry manufacture myself.
In my Master Bedroom and Living Room, we decided to do drapery. In the Master, Cory designed gorgeous blackout drapery with a  sheer and in the Living Room we did a sheer drapery. Being that my windows are very high, drapery was the exact thing the condo needed. Drapery makes the place look larger and  complete.
In the Guest Bedroom, we picked wood blinds. I didn't need that room to be a focal point and didn't want to spend the extra amount for drapery.  The wood blinds look perfect.
Overall, I am extremely happy about how my condo looks now. To top it all off, I never had to worry about the installation. You know with most companies that is something to be concerned with. I care about craftsmanship and with Jacoby Company, Gary the owner is the one who installs. Except for my shutters which was done by the craftsman himself, Gary did the rest. He was on time, extremely nice, professional and he cleaned up after himself. This is so rare to find in a  installer! Jacoby Company was fantastic and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone in need to paint consulting and window treatments. I will make sure to keep referring you guys. Thank you for making my condo feel so special. I can't stop getting complements on how my place has turned out. I know Jacoby is to thank for that! Don't choose another company to work with. You get what you pay for!!!
