    The grill was old and filthy and they made it better. They were prompt. I was able to use my grill as it was clean. I wasn't totally impressed with them as the service was just ok. I thought they were going to replace some of my broken knobs and stuff, I feel like they just kind of cleaned it. I was not there when they were there and maybe my grill is to old for parts but when I spoke to them over the phone they were gonna do that, so I was bummed. It took them about three weeks to come out as they are pretty busy.

    When we discovered that we had a gas leak in our BBQ, we checked Angie's List
    and found Lou. Even though he was in Orange County he said he could help
    us. After examining the BBQ he discovered that we needed a part that he
    didn't carry with him so he was helpful in finding the part and also
    rescheduling another appointment before he had to leave on a trip, so we
    wouldn't be without the BBQ for too long. Once we received the new
    parts he repaired the BBQ, cleaned it and it's as good as new. We should
    also note that Lou is a very nice guy, easy to work with and very

    Filthy Grill did an excellent job cleaning my grill. I hired them to do a deep detail cleaning of my 3 year old grill. I had never had this done so I didn't know what to expect. They also checked for any maintenance issues but found nothing that needed to be repaired. When they were finshed my stainless steel propane powered gas grill was gleaming, almost like new.  Tom sent out a two man crew and they showed up clean and professional looking. They were very polite and went about the work. They left no mess and were very mindful of my deck furniiture, etc. as well as the surrounding areas that they performed the work. I would hire them again the next time my grill needs a detail, or if I need any repairs. it was a breath of fresh air to hire someone and be 100% satisfied.  This appears to be a truly honest company.

    We just moved to LA and needed to hook up our gas grill to our gas line. A service man came out and took pictures of what he needed to do. He came back in a few days and didn't know what to do. He took more pictures and said he'd be back. When he didn't return in a week, we called again and another service man came out. "I take pictures" and he left, appearing a few days later, with no parts and the work was not completed. This scenario happened again at least twice with other service men, more pictures, and a lot of head scratching over the course of a month. The work was never completed. My husband's cousin visited us, said it was an easy task, and he would do it for us. A trip to the hardware store for $10 of parts, and about an hour later we were grilling burgers! No "I take pictures", no waiting, no head scratching, no $45 deposit. The grill is working like a charm, no thanks to West Coast. We called West Coast to resolve the matter. The phone staff is great at sales and reassuring you that "someone will call you". Well, guess what. No one ever does! The service men we encountered were good at taking pictures and procrastinating, but were unable to do the job. This is not rocket science. Our grill was connected to our gas line at our previous house, so reconnecting to a different line should not be a big deal! We called West Coast over and over. We have not heard from anyone, even though phone people told us we would be contacted to resolve the issue.
