  It looks effortlessly put together. I love it.  I'm new to having a designer.  So I was a little nervous about the whole purchase of the big stuff.  For example my sofa - this was my first big girl sofa.   Bridget assured me that this was something that we were going to own for the next 20 years. Her presentation included this incredible sofa with a chaise the size of a twin bed.  I picked everything, the fabric, the wood. it was made for us and shipped in like 6 or 8 weeks.  And now our odd narrow living room doesn't look so odd.  It has a sofa that fits the room.  And we live on this thing. I mean we eat on it, nap on it, my friends kids like to come by just to sit on it.  They are weird. And the fabric looks as fresh as the day we bought it.   The day the couch was installed, I saw the tiniest scratch on the leg.  I called the girls at MGD and they were so helpful.  The leg was fixed the very next day!  When I spend money on something special, I expect a certain level of attention to it.  And Bridget and her team delivered.  You should sit on my couch and find out!!

  I ordered some custom-made furniture that was made by some Amish people that don't have a phone, The store had to mail them the order, I was warned it would take a little while, I got the furniture it was perfect. Truly beautiful. The craftsmanship was as good as it could get. The people who made it really knew what they were doing and spent a lot of time on. I couldn't praise the quality of the merchandise any higher. Truly top notch. The store was extremely polite, professional, and explained everything in advance. They also have a showroom full of furniture for those who don't want to wait to have it made.

  When an issue came up with installation, Gibraltar called the designer of the item. When it turned out that the fireplace wouldn't work for our house, Gibraltar immediately gave us a full refund. Zero hassles. I would do business with them again. Very trustworthy and prices are less than elsewhere for the same items.

  Wow. And wow again. Free delivery and set up, which, in this case, meant a rooftop deck on the third floor. The furniture is GORGEOUS. Ordered it on Friday and it was delivered and set up by Tuesday by appointment so we didn't have to wait around all day.

  I worked with Taylor Hurst - who was not only professional but also very responsive. He also went the extra mile in the ordering process and on delivery day to ensure the process went smoothly. The delivery staff, led by Hector Rogelio, was exceptional. They not only exercised extreme care in bringing the furniture in without harming my floors or area rug, but they wiped down every surface and shelf of the new furniture as well as using a vacuum before they left to clean up any minor dirt their installation might have caused. The attention to detail and customer care? Exceptional all the way around.
