Ceiling Fan Installation reviews in Studio City

After checking the switch that I thought was bad Doran told me it was working properly and told me not to replace it, saving me money by not doing a needless repair. This week when I had an electrical power outage that affected only part of my condo Doran suggested I call DWP. I did. Doran then called me, twice, later on, to be sure that I was alright and that the outage had been fixed..

Everything went exceptionally well. It took several days to do it all. They ran into some electrical challenges but figured it all all like pros. No complaining or giving up. Very likable, trustworthy and respectful guys. I stayed home the first day to supervise, then I felt safe enough to leave them here. They even let my dog hang out with them. Very neat clean up. At some point, I'll do some exterior lighting and I'll be using them again.

It was a great experience working with Construction Masters. They just completed my room addition and complete home remodel. I was really worried at the beginning of the project since this was the first time I hired someone for such a huge project. Moshe supervised the job from beginning to end. He was on top of the project and very helpful with suggestions as far as materials, flooring, fixtures, etc. I am really thankful and appreciate that his pricing was honest and according to my budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for an excellent contractor.

I needed some refreshing/updating to our house we hired bk electric after being referred to us by our neighbors. They updated our sub panel to handle a  higher load like our new dryer and LED lights throughout the house. The LED look amazing. New paint new lights new switches really gave the home the wow that I was looking for for a while. The guys have a great eye for design and where the lights should be place. They were very easy to work with and very friendly. The secretary ordered the crews lunch and even offered to order me some which was very kind of her. Wonderful company.

My whole experience with Fairway was terrific from the first call to throwing out the boxes of my newly installed fans.
I called Paul on a Wednesday afternoon and by evening - he emailed that someone would be at my place at 7am the next day.
Oscar showed up on the dot at 7am (I'm not a morning person so was hoping he would be late. ha!)
Oscar looked at my kitchen fixture and determined it was the transformer - I've had two other electricians try to fix it and they thought it was the dimmer switch (which I've purchased twice!).
Anyway, Oscar had to run to another appt and said he would be back to install the fans - which I knew about upfront.  Which gave me time to run and purchase the correct ballast.
He came back a few hours later and installed the ballast and both fans, he was very conscientious and neat and did not cut corners. I live in a condo and however the beams were running - installing the fan braces was a task!
He was a wiz at assembling the fan, very knowledgeable and didn't mind that I asked a ton of questions.  He had great suggestions but always left the final decisions up to me.  I'm a very Happy customer.
I highly recommend using this company for their prompt customer service, no hidden surprises, reasonable costs, friendly and knowledgeable techs.  Ask for Oscar if your installing a fan!

I recently downsized from a two bed/two bath condo to one half the size. This ordinary, 650 SF, 45-year-old condo needed a bit of TLC. I reached out to Angie's List for six referrals, which I narrowed down to three. I made appointments with each contractor, Gino Henn of Imperial Remodeling being the first one. Gino and I walked through each area of the condo. As I pointed out my likes/dislikes of the existing "decor," Gino took notes and suggested what he would do if hired for the project. He showed me photos of his past work and credentials, impressive no doubt. For the kitchen remodel, I knew it wasn't going to be cheap. I wanted my dream kitchen and had to put my faith, trust (and money) into Gino's hands. I reluctantly decided to cancel the other two appointments and handed Gino my house keys and a deposit.  Was I crazy for not getting at least a second estimate? Four weeks later, no, I wasn't crazy. Gino was true to his word. I have my dream kitchen and more.

Gino and his crew worked quickly with minimal disturbance to the other condo residents. The job was completed a day before I was scheduled to move in. Gino and I kept in touch mostly by text, but he was always responsive and stayed on top of things. We worked together on lights, paint colors, tile, granite, faucets and fixtures. He seemed to understand my design style without me having to show him what I liked. Almost every sample he suggested was one I would've picked on my own.

At first I was nervous about this financial undertaking, whether or not I made the right decision. As the job progressed, Gino would text me photos of the kitchen, lighting, or something else that had been completed. Gino would say, "Don't worry, everything for you." There are so many extra things he did "just because." He did an amazing tile backsplash that continued into the kitchen window? very stylish and unique? or the night he drove in evening rush hour traffic to pick up an oversized medicine cabinet that wouldn't fit in my car? helping me shop for faucets via text as I was in the hardware store alone, completely clueless on what to buy? modifying an outdated air conditioning compartment that didn't pass home inspection? finding the perfect heater/light for a very small bathroom. Gino did everything I asked to make my little condo functional, livable, and most importantly, home.

There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing that couldn't be worked around. Honestly, I suppose I could've paid less? gotten a second or third estimate? I'm cringing at how much money I spent? but would I have gotten the same quality and service? Maybe, maybe not. Gino's customers come first, and he's not happy unless they are. This customer is very happy. Thank you, Gino and Imperial for a job very well done.

Brad is awesome. He's a no nonsense guy, who knows what he's doing. Brad was quick to return my call and make an appointment to a****. He sent a thorough and professional estimate the following day. We needed to schedule the work for two weeks later (he was busy as a good electrician would be!). The day of the work, he showed up bright and early with another worker. They got right to it. Brad was quick to ask any questions to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted, rather than assuming and taking the chance of going against our wishes. It was a full day of work and he did an amazing job. We will definitely use him again when we do our next round of electrical upgrades. Thank you, Brad!

To do this work right, I really needed someone who would tolerate a high degree of attention to detail.  I had had another electrician install a light fixture, which he (the other guy) did without reference to the vanity cabinet beneath it.  I wanted someone who would work with me to get the vanity cabinet, the mirror and the light fixture into harmony.  I also wanted to remove some door hinges that had been carelessly painted over and replace them with something attractive.  I was looking for someone who would support me in these details, work with me to really get it right.  Arnold provided that and more.  In each case he listened carefully to what I wanted (it helps to think it through and write it down--that's something I learned along the way).  Then he approached the work exactly as I wanted him to, pointing things out in a helpful way, and taking care to show me how he had solved each problem according to my guidelines.  We are fussy about the house, and we really pleased to find someone who would accept that rather than cut corners or make assumptions.  When there was a part of the job for which someone else was better suited, he brought that person in.  I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely use him in the future.  He's a gem.

One of our tenants needed a new ceiling fan and I got a coupon from El Electric to install a ceiling fan for $99 which was a very good price from others I looked at on Angie's List.  They were fantastic!   Unfortunately the fan they installed wound up being defective.  They removed it and I purchased a new fan for them to install a few days later.  They came out again and did not charge to install the second fan!  The guy was very nice and professional.  I will definitely use them again in the future!  Very happy customer!!!

Javier was Fabulous!  Showed up a few minutes early, examined the room where the ceiling fan was going to be installed and then he explained everything to me in detail so that I understood it.  His work was great and he cleaned up after himself so that I could barely tell  I had had work done in the room.
