    The guys had a nice white van. It was clean and full of equipment. 
    They arrive 5 minutes earlier but wait for the right time. They were super nice and polite. They explained me everything they were about to do in my car.
    it lasted 1H and a half. the outcome was awesome. 
    And i discovered a fresh bottle of water in the cup holder after they left.
    Super experience! I will use these guys again.

    They came on Thursday to do the auto detailing. I was not there when they did the work. It took them about 2 hours, which is what they told me that they would spend. It was hard to get them initially, since they were so busy, but after they did the detailing, I was very happy. I could tell quite an amazing difference. It was an old car and they did a really good job.

    Courteous, friendly techs arrived early. They worked on the vehicles in my driveway for over 2 hours. They brought all their own equipment. I don't think they even asked for a power or hose hookup. Great work. Will hire again in a few months.

    What a rip-off!  Maybe they do a better job when you pay full price, but the Angie?s List deal turned out not to be a deal with all of their add-ons after they arrive.  This is not a reflection on Angie's List, but the company.  I?m sure Mark will comment on this, as I see he does with all the other negative comments, but I have yet to see him take responsibility for the rip-off practices of his company and continue to blame the consumer.
     
    My assistant set up the appointment as I have a difficult time speaking since surgery.  I was in the room at the time of the phone call.  She talked to the owner, Mark, who was very personable and nice with the initial set-up.  I had her ask him about an extra charge for an SUV as the fine print said an extra charge for a large SUV.  I have a small SUV - the Lexus RX330, compared to an Escalade or a larger Lexus SUV or other monster SUV.  She told Mark about my SUV and he said no problem, it?s the same price as a car then, and I won't be charged extra. I had her verify with him two more times during the conversation that I would not be charged extra.

    The appointment was set up for 2:00 p.m.  The day of the appointment I get a call from Mark asking if they can arrive earlier.  I stated I would not be home and could we actually make it for 2:30 as I knew I would hit traffic.  He said ?no problem? and they would be there at 2:30 on the dot.   I arrived home at 2:10.  2:30 comes around and no one shows up.  Finally at 3:30 I receive a call from Mike that his guys were stuck in traffic on the freeway and would be there soon.  Ten minutes later they show up and tell me ?oh we were here waiting for you but got hungry and went up the street to get something to eat.?  So not only are they late, but Mark lied about them being stuck on the freeway because of traffic, and they lied as well because I was home by 2:10 and no one was waiting. Then they tell me I have to pay an additional $50 because it?s an SUV.  I called Mark and said you told my assistant there would be no additional fee.  In a condescending tone he said ?look dear I don?t want to start off on a bad foot with you, so I?ll just charge you half that, $25, since it is a smaller SUV.?  Right then I should have turned them away and gotten my money back from Angie?s List, but unfortunately I didn?t.  And I didn?t appreciate being talked to in this manner.

    Then after they start to work on the car, one of the guys said, ?oh, I can get rid of those paint marks where you scraped the front/side bumper and side windows, and make the scratches disappear with buffing, have it looking like new for you, but it?ll cost you another $65."  Which he let me know was a low price as it would normally be a higher price to also do the side mirrors.  I thought for $65 let?s do it.  I was going to take my dog out for a walk, and didn?t know if I?d be back by the time they finished, so I gave them $90 cash for the SUV charge and the buffing charge.  Big mistake on my part and a lesson learned.
     
    I did get back before they left.  There was some paper (trash) littered around my car, the paint and the scratches were still there (although I did see them working on those areas as I left for the walk), and the floor carpet mats were soaking wet and had large 4? lines down the front ones.  One of the guys said, "oh look, I got some of the paint but you can?t really expect it all to come off." This was after he told me he would get it all off easily.   It was obvious most of the paint did not come off, none of the scratches were buffed out, and they did not return my money.  They put the sopping wet mats back in my car, left the litter around my car, packed up and left.  I had to pick up the litter they left and throw out other small things they left out on my lawn.   By that time I wasn?t even thinking about the wet mats.

    I'm giving them a "C" on Quality because although my car looked nice and shiny, it looked no better than after a great car wash.   Additionally, the inside detail would have garnished them a better grade, except that after the wet mats sat in my car, my car smelled awful for over a week and the passenger side mat now has a permanent 4? mark on it that I have to see every time I drive. It won't come out.  They should have dried those mats before placing them back in the car.  Bottom line, they all act personable and friendly, however, they don?t live up to what they say they will do.  I'm giving them a "B" grade on responsiveness simply because Mark was always available on the phone, but my overall experience was a "F."

    Went perfectly... The staff arrived early. Went right to work. Worked with a plan. They were methodical, worked hard, they were neat, clean and cleaned up the area when finished. Very courteous and professional. Great job!

    Javier is amazing. This was our first experience with this company and "waterless" detailing in general. The results were fantastic. Took him our 10-year old Honda Accord, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Quick turnaround, polite, professional service. The car felt practically new. He took out some tricky coffee stains in the floor carpeting and left not a trace behind! We are very budget/value conscious, and this was some of the best spent dollars in a long time. And the "green" aspect is just great. I would not hesitate to use this service again, and in fact I am looking forward to booking the same service on our 2004 Prius.

    At the estimate stage I was encouraged to compare prices with other businesses. I felt that I was dealing with honest people, so I did not do this. All work was done at a very fair price and fast! All in all, super service! I will go back for complete seat re-upholstery as well as repair of window openers and other work. Highly recommended!

    I contacted Brian on a Wednesday, and he was at my place on a Thursday, bright and early. For an amazing $240, I had a complete detail of my 2005 Mazda MPV minivan - y'know the type, the one that has had twins essentially LIVING in it since August of 2005?  Oh man, all those cracker crumbs, and drink stains. Indentations in the leather seats, the tracks of the seats were so plugged up with pens and other assorted kid stuff, the seats could barely slide back and forth.  Also, did I mention my headlights were so fogged over they were ready to crack?  Well, Brian did an AMAZING job.  He spent six hours on my car - SIX HOURS! - and now the interior is spotless, the exterior gleams, and the headlights are completely clear.  Brian is responsible, punctual, detail oriented, and an all-around nice guy.  BONUS:  the next day I had a problem with my coil packs ( a known issue that had nothing to do with the work done) and Brian checked on my three times to make sure everything was okay with the car.  Seriously? That's service!  I'll be using him once a year, no question.

    They were prompt and did an incredible job. They got out stains that had been there when she bought the car. They were so amazing that I asked them to come back and do my car, which they did, with equally good results. On top of that, they were extremely courteous and nice.
