    Ken's Air
Ken arrived a few minutes early, went right to work and explained what he was doing as he worked. I would not hesitate calling Ken again. He's very professional and gave me tips on keeping the unit clean and running. Thanks, Ken!!!!

DeHart Plumbing Heating & Air Inc
I found them on Angie's list on Tuesday, someone called me back the same day and gave me a quote for the repair I needed of $89. I made sure the person I spoke with knew exactly what I was asking for and he said yes $89. I schedule the appointment for Friday, I received a call on Wednesday to confirm my appointment. Friday comes and a lady(Adriana) or however you spell/say it, calls me 15 minutes before the Tech is to be out to my house and tells me that there is an $89 diagnostic fee and a $125 charge for him to do the repair. So because I really need this done I said sure whatever. I get to work and call her back to see if I didn't have the money where they just going to cancel my appointment last minute. She (Adriana)tells me No that they would work out a payment plan. Then she wants to make sure that I knew it was a $125 per hour for the repair not just a flat fee. We asked the Tech if they could fix the part that we called them out for, And the guy says yes but without doing all the other things that they recommend I would go through this all over again. Throughout all of this I was still willing to have the service done, And the guy just leaves without saying anything and not doing anything. Horrible Service!!!

    McLaughlin Heating and Air Conditioning
We have been using them for 50 years. They always do a god job on our air conditioning unit. Reasonable price with good quality service. They give a 2 hour window, and they come always on time, and calls before they come.

    Warren's Heating & Air Conditioning
We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed by Warren's Heating & Air Conditioning in February of 2018. We have been very pleased with what they did, and can strongly recommend them. Some of our reasons are listed below. 1) Of the four contractors we contacted, Warren's was the only one that mentioned a PG&E rebate that we were eligible to receive. 2) They were the only ones to say we really should have our 40+ year old duct work replaced. The others either did not mention it, or thought it not worth the trouble. When the independent tester did the mandatory pre-job duct test, he found that we were leaking "almost half" of our air. After the job was done, the post-job test showed that the leakage was less than 5%. 3) The workers were professional, polite, qualified, neat, and ready to explain what was being done. 4) The quality of the work was excellent. The Stockton inspector found no problems. We were one of those randomly selected for an inspection by a PG&E representative. She was also impressed with the workmanship. Her duct testing confirmed the previous post-job leakage. 5) The heating in our home is now a lot more uniform. We have not had a chance to test the air conditioning yet.

    The Solar Bros
Easy and seamless experience!! Financially, I never thought I was able to get solar and The Solar Bros were able to make that happen for me. I have solar on my roof and not a penny out of my pocket! Jacob was extremely helpful and was with me every step of the way. He made me feel like I was important. Thank you Solar Bros for helping me have cleaner better energy for my family and the earth!

    The Solar Bros
The Solar Bros are the best company! I found them online through the BBB and they seemed to have a great rating. I had gotten my fair share of quotes for Solar but figured I would give it one last chance. I called them last month. They were able to set an appointment within 2 days, which was very quick! Darin showed up on time and had a packet with all our savings, panel layout, and everything I needed to feel comfortable about making a decision. They work with a bunch of programs to get solar. Being retired with no income and not paying taxes, Darin showed me a program that didn't require any credit, requirement, income verification, or down payment. I can't claim the tax credit because I am retired but I still ended up saving 40% a month on my bill. The install was fast and the best part is I don't have any bill with PG&E!!!! If you are looking for solar go with THE SOLAR BROS!

    Eastwood Air
Our AC went out on June 17th, right before the big heat wave. I called our home warranty company and they assigned Eastwood Air to come out. To my surprise, the technician called me Sunday morning (the 18th) and said he would be out that day, awesome! But that's where awesome ended. He came out, looked at the unit (keep in mind it is super old), said the wiring was terrible and that it was so old that he didn't know how to fix it. He rigged it to where we could manually turn it on by plugging it in and turning on the thermostat, and said that he was going to put in for replacement of the unit, ok great. He said he would turn in the paperwork to his office and that it should be to the home warranty by Tuesday, great! Tuesday morning rolls around, the unit craps out completely, I call the home warranty company, they don't have any paperwork from Eastwood Air, ok, I call Eastwood Air, leave a message for Jeannette (I believe that's her name), telling her the unit is out completely, and basically begging her to submit our paperwork to the home warranty company, I received no call back. I then call her EVERY SINGLE DAY AFTER THAT last week, not once did she return my phone call. The home warranty company contacted them daily, no response, and so did my fianc, not one phone call was returned to any of us. Called the home warranty company this morning, still nothing from Eastwood Air, so I left yet another message for Jeannette this morning telling her if my paperwork isn't turned in today I WILL be leaving a bad review online. Well guess who decided to return my phone call at 4:30 this afternoon? That's right, Jeannette finally decided to call me back, but now she says the unit doesn't need to be replaced, it just needs a part. What? I tell her the technician that came out said he was putting in for replacement of the unit, now it just needs a part? How does that work? She says he spoke to the contractor and they decided it just needs a part, and that the technician can come out tomorrow and replace the part. Huh? So now someone who hasn't even looked at the unit says it just needs a part? How is that even possible?? I immediately called the home warranty company and asked them to transfer us to someone else, I don't trust a word they say, and I certainly don't want them anywhere near my home again. They were uncaring, and provided nothing but horrible customer service. I of course understand that they are super busy, but this was just completely unacceptable. We now have to wait another week for a new company to come out, just because every HVAC company is super busy. I'm not sure if we were treated this way because it was set up through the home warranty company, but beware of these people, especially if it's through your home warranty.

DeHart Plumbing Heating & Air Inc
I purchased the coupon last week of April. DeHart called and the soonest appt. they had was on Monday 5/29 (yes Memorial Day!). I confirmed twice with the service representative that they were working on Memorial Day because I didn't want to get a cancellation and then have to wait another 3 weeks. She stated that YES they were working. The Wednesday before my scheduled appt. I received a VM that they were going to be closed on Monday and to call to re-schedule. I immediately called and the soonest they had was 3 weeks out. The receptionist was very short with me. I told her that 3 weeks was unacceptable and then she said I could talk to the manager. I refused to be transferred and wait as I was already unhappy with the service. My neighbors A/C company, OAR, was able to come out same day, so I cancelled and had my coupon refunded. First impressions are lasting impressions. Will never us DeHart for any of my properties.

    Skyline Energy Savers Inc
A highly professional company that rapidly attended to my call. I'd gotten three different recommendations from a friend, a neighbor and even a stranger who'd used Skyline before. Their general opinion was rather glowing about the company, the installation and the follow-up service. This is truly a top rated standout organization.

    Airway Heating & Air Conditioning
New Year's eve I called several contractors but Scott was the only one actually working and even though working with a cold and almost done for the day, he agreed to stop buy and check the unit. Based on the info I gave him over the phone, he narrowed it down to the problem possibly being a relay on the circuit board requiring the circuit board being replaced. Scott then told me he had a board in his truck and if it was the right one for my unit (old Day & Night) he would have it installed for $450 out the door. Scott shows up on time and checks the unit, finding some work done by a company doing PG&E optimization and weatherization. He removed a small wiring device attached to the circuit board and and we tested the furnace. As I write this review the heater and fan are working fine and the quoted $450 will be going towards putting a dent on the holiday shopping. Scott is dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'll be calling him again in a couple of months for an A/C check. Thanks Scott.
