    RVR Handyman
Ricardo did a great job in laying the wood flooring, painting, and the miscellaneous items in getting a house ready as a rental. His price was fair and quickly got the job done in under 2 weeks. He was responsive when communicating and sent pictures of his work frequently. He had great ideas on how to fix something economically. He understood there are 3 types of homes, your home, a rental, and the one you are selling. I was very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely use him again.

I did not use them, I was not contacted in a timely manner or I could not navigate back to them online. No connection back to them in email or on your site. Really poor. There should be an audit trail for everyone that gives you an email address showing a way to navigate into your site for those you have produced for us. I used a handyman thru you that did a good job without any damage. Rough work, but accomplished.

There's nothing he can't do, he seems very knowledgeable, and he's always on time. He works hard to get things done, and he lets you know if there are any issues. He also sticks by his bid. I've been very, very pleased with all of his work

We are very pleased with the new addition Ray and his crew completed for us. They built our new structure from the ground up. This new addition includes the cement foundation, plumbing (connection to our well and septic tank), air conditioner unit, electrical, framing, gutters, roof, insulation, windows, shower/bathroom installation and patio doors. You name it, they installed it. Ray had quick responses and suggestions any time we had questions. We will definitely keep his number for future work. We would hire him again and plan on doing so in the future. I have recommended him to family members as well as co-workers.

    Mr. & Mrs. Handyman
Payment was an issue. Did not inform me until nearing completion that they required cash, which I wish they would have told me upfront so I didn't have to rush to go to the bank. But they were both very pleasant and accommodating to what I needed to have completed. I'd definitely hire again.

what should have been a max 2 hr job took 5 plus hours to complete. I think the gentlemen was a very nice person but I think he may have been a bit over his head. He should have in my opinion had an additional person helping him or someone that was more experienced. Again as a person very nice and pleasant. He really did his best and I do appreciate his efforts, just took an extra long time.

I have used him for awhile. He does everything very well, not sloppy. He is clean, neat and polite and I feel comfortable having him do work in my home since I am alone. He has put hardwood floor in my master bedroom which was a good job. I can call him and he is very responsive.

    Miguel's Handyman
I called Miguel and we discussed what we needed. He asked me to text him the particulars and our address. I did so. He said he would come to the house between 6:30 and 7:30 PM to look at it and give us an estimate. At 7:45 he called me again to be sure that I knew that moving a shed like this would cost more than $200 to $300. I told him I expected to pay almost $1000 for it. He agreed to come right over. At 9PM I finally gave up on him. He never called or tried to reschedule. I feel he had no intention of coming over and should have just told me so rather just stringing me along. Very unprofessional. I'd not hire him now if he offered to do the job for free. I should have believed all the similar reviews here on Angie's list. Don't try to hire this man. You'll be disappointed.

Contacted provider week of 1/11/16 to quote for painting 2 bathrooms and installing slide out shelves in 4 kitchen cabinets.  Was quoted $425  on 1/16/16 for the work and accepted his bid.  He said had other jobs to finish, but could fit me in on 'rain days' as my work was inside and would call me with dates he could do the work.
On 1/21/16 I e-mailed him to ask if he was still interested to do the work I needed. He e-mailed back that he needed 1 more week to get back to me.  On 1/25/16 he e-mailed me and said "Thursday morning at 8:30am would work best".  I responded "Thursday is good".
January 26th I received his e-mail that his wife had fallen, had broken her jaw, and he was "tied up until I can get her back home".  He said he would "keep in touch"
First,  let me say I hope his wife is doing well and has recovered from her injury.  Second, I was willing to wait as I had much sympathy for what he must be going through.   Last, it has been over 3 weeks, I have not heard from him for the 2nd time and therefore cannot give a good review.
(All e-mails with dates and times are on file)

    Jf And Sons Handyman Services
Josh Franks talks a good game. He Is very convincing and can acquire your trust. The projects were completed however the work was shotty at best. Some of the tile that was installed would pop when walked on. Upon inspection by another handyman, the backer board that was placed under wasnt screwed in all the way so it lifted the tile. He did not grout all of the tile either by here were several spots that lacked the grout and there were a few times that created "toe stubbers" because they were not level. The recessed lighting that was installed was supposed to be caulked, which it wasn't. The cabinets were painted mediocre and were supposed to be distressed but that was never accomplished. The doors were well painted however many of the holes in the door frames were stripped so the doors fell off of the hinges. The fan that was installed was not wired to the light switch I wanted it wired to so it needed to be controlled manually by the pull chains. The fan also wobbled when on high. He was supposed to make sure that one of the doors was filed down so that it wouldn't run on the newly tiled floor which he did but it still makes a scraping sound.
Needless to say, he asked for the final payment so that he could pay his crew which I gave to him and said he would return to do a final walk through. I contacted him several times afterward which he responded once but never responded again. Lesson learned. Please do not trustt Josh Franks.
