    I was in the market for a new truck and since I had such a good experience with the service department at Toyota Town... I figured I would consider purchasing my new truck there. The experience with my Tacoma purchase was amazing. The numbers worked out and the truck was in stock. The whole process was relatively painless. The salesperson was absolutely astounding and a hard worker. After I purchased a new vehicle... the husband decided he wanted one too... so why not! We went back to the place where I got a good deal, hopefully to have another great experience! That my friend, is where my logic failed. Nearly the entire experience was nothing short of a disaster. After finally getting everything to work out number wise... we sign and walk out to our "brand-new" car... that someone crashed. Someone decided to back into something and damage the back bumper between the time we looked at and decided on it and when we signed the paperwork and went out to see our "brand-new" car. Well, things happen and we truly understand that. We decided against keeping that car, as it would need repair and I've had bad experiences at the shop that they use. The sales manager on duty was really pressuring us into taking the car with the crashed bumper, to the point I felt very uncomfortable. Had we not had such a great salesperson (Ashely De La Rosa), we would have walked out and been done with them. After some back and forth we agreed on coming back the next day or so to get another one. They didn't have the color/package that we wanted, so they had to get one from another dealer. I was impressed that they were going through all the hoops to make it right. Well never to be outdone, the bad luck continued. The numbers work out and all so we go back to finance again... and they jacked up the interest rate on us! Keep in mind we have absolute stellar credit and whatever down payment might be needed. The interest rate went from 2.99% to 4.19%, I mean that is quite a jump in less than two days. The finance guy tried to explain it away, and as it was our second meeting, not enjoying the first one, we were done. I understand things fluctuate and all... but we were the innocent victim here. We bought a car with every good intention a customer should have. We were given a brand-new car that was just crashed. We worked with them and came back again to STILL buy a car... and they jack up the rate after their issues caused us to go back through all of this again. In the end, they made it work... not quite the way we wanted... but we just wanted to get the deal done and get out of there. Having three Toyotas in the family, it would be nice to have a local dealer we could trust and continue going to for service and maybe sales... I don't really see myself coming back with this level of shoddy customer service. The only thing that salvaged this was our amazing salesperson Ashely, without her we would have walked. She did everything in her power to help us, she needs a raise! As for the experience, it left a lot to be desired. The deals made should be honored and the whole bait and switch by finance really made me question their integrity. Worst car buying experience in my recent memory. Now that my grandparents are looking to replace their aging Avalon... we will be looking at Elk Grove or Tracy Toyota. Hope they actually care about their customers.

    I never have to buy anything. Everything we do is under warranty. They call you back right away. That is what is good about them. When we go in, they really care about their customers. The quality of work they do for you. They always make sure I am fine. If the car has been there too long, they will shuttle you back, or give you a loaner car.

    I don't drive much so I don't need much service done. They were nice and very professional. I would recommend them. It didn't take very long and there were a couple of people ahead of me but I wasn't there very long.

    Tony, check it out, and saw that this was needing a new odometer. Had to order the part. did a fantastic job. You can also count on Tony to do a great job. You can trust him. We have been going to Tony for over 20 years.  He is someone you can trust to do a good job, and he is honest.

    They do whatever maintenance is required. I think we did have the radiator replaced and they did a beautiful job. They do excellent work. They did more than just the radiator. I think they only kept it overnight, but they do give a replacement. Reuben is just fabulous, he's one of the service managers, he's just wonderful. I would recommend them. You pay, but you get wonderful services, guaranteed. It's not a bargain place, but it's a quality place that they're worth their cost.

    They have great service and they give me a free loaner whenever I have the car fixed there. They're very friendly. They treat you well. They respect you because you're on the Lexus. They do charge a lot of money.

    They had my car for two weeks. The car went in on Friday no one called me until Wednesday of the following week. They told me they were looking for a part for the Air Conditioner unit and could not find one (2002). When I called about my car I was told that a service person would call me back and they never did. After another week of this and no call from them I went to the service department only to be told that they still had not found the part. And now would be sending the Air Condition unit out to be fixed. I WILL TAKE MY CAR TO THE OTHER SERVICE DEALER IN OUR AREA. I believe that when you choose to take your car to a dealer and you are paying the big bucks you deserve GOOD SERVICE.

    Sometimes they do really well and then sometimes we have to take the vehicle back 2 or 3 times before they get it right. They are always really great at their lube service. My husband had a leak recently and we have must have taken that car back 4 or 5 times before they actually got it right. It was not fun.

    Every time I have either had an appointment or walk in they take prompt care of my needs with a smile. Bottled water and coffee while you wait. They have knowledgeable and skilled workers that I trust completely. They will wheel and deal with you so you can get a good deal.

    They address you promptly. They have been honest with me since I began using them about a year ago and while they will advise you when air filters or wipers need to be changed they don't ask you if you want it done or pressure you in any way. They know if you want what they recommend that you will ask. They also let me know when it might be a good idea to change an air filter but when I asked if it needed to be done now or could wait with no adverse performance issues or damage to the engine they said it could easily go another oil change cycle. I get synthetic oil and they alter the recommended next oil change date by that fact and then tell me how long they'd wait if it were their car - AT the EXPENSE of their own income by telling me that it should go much farther before changing. I sincerely appreciated their candor and I did not have Angie's List then: I heard word of mouth that they were the best! They aren't the most cheap you can find but last time I went with a discount Oil and Lube that company emptied my oil and failed to remember to fill it back up fully so they endangered my engine life and had I not paid close attention it could have ruined my engine. So REMEMBER! You get what you pay for. With Bob's, you pay a reasonable price with what my experience has proven to me as the most trustworthy Oil change and servicing company in the entire area!
