    They are a property management company. I always have problems when reporting situations even issues that "are" a CC & R violation. Although I did not individually hire the company, I pay HOA dues and that gives me the right to report them. I live upstairs and am the owner of a condo and there is a tree by the staircase that is so overgrown over the railing. I advised our manager at Golden West Prop that I need to hug the railing to my right when going downstairs as I am 65 yrs old and handicapped due to Fibromyalgia and it has been over a month and a half of my asking to have that tree trimmed, sending emails and pictures and nothing to date has been done. It is now severely overgrown over the railing and hinders my ability to grab the railing and hug it going down. I am in awe that something that is obviously a danger to me could be allowed with nothing being done. Tried to download photo but its on my phone and can't get it to the computer. However, if you pull up Golden West Prop and see their profile that comes up to the left of the computer and check reviews you will see a picture as that site allowed for me to pull up a photo directly off my phone.

    I placed a review earlier and don't see it so here goes again. I am a condo owner that they manage and for over a month and half I have request trimming of a tree that is next to my staircase that is so overgrown it is over the railing and into the steps. I am 65 years old and have severe Fibromyalgia and need to hug the railing to my right and lean on it to support me as I go down the stairs. I have contacted the manager of our complex twice for this last request and it goes ignored. I have asked her to oversee that the gardening company completes this job. Nothing. I am unable to provide a photo but if you search Golden West Property Management online under Google.com, to your right comes up a short profile of them and reviews. I am on there with a photo as that connection allowed me to download a photo from my phone. Nice. Since my HOA dues goes to the salary of the manager of this unit I have a right to complain. She is not only not providing the service she is being paid for but ignoring a safety issue.

    Horrible he was 2 hours late and I had to call and wake him up. Then he arrived and telling about he's going threw small claims. Who wants to hear that right? Then he sees the cctv he says oh it's a really simple job. He tries to quote me 585$. I said it's not for a bank why so much. So I ended up dropping it to 250$. Which is still extremely high for a plug and play type deal. He left cables loose everywhere and a huge hole in my living room. Smh just horrible!!

    We had a pesky leak that I kept trying to fix myself, only to have it start leaking again within a year or two ruining part of the ceiling in our family room. We were referred to Byer Roofing through a friend. Brian came out on a Thursday in November to look at our roof.

    He was on time and professional during his inspection and let us know that they were swamped with orders from people wanting to get a jump on El Nino and if we decided to use Byer, they might not be able to get to our roof for a month or so. He told us what he thought needed to be done, and even how long he thought the rest of our roof should serve before needing attention (which was longer than I expected - yay!). He said he'd have an estimate for the work we wanted done by the weekend, Monday at the latest. The estimate arrived on Monday, and we contracted with him to do the work, expecting to wait for a month or so like he said. A couple weeks later, Brian called and said they'd had a cancellation and could do our repair that day. We said okay! His crew was there within the hour, finished the job before by the afternoon, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.



    The bill matched the estimate--no upselling, no surprises. We got some rain around Christmas, then a real test soon after with a night of intense storm cells exactly like the kind that would've made our roof leak previously. Everything stayed nice and dry--no leaks whatsoever. We are happy customers, and recommend Tom Byer Roofing Service without hesitation!

    I purchased an order for tv repair. Within an hour Randy emailed me for a service call for the next day. He arrived ontime to look at the tv. He said he wasn't quite sure what the problem was and that he would need to take it to his shop. He said that it might take several days but that he would give us a loner (which I thought was way cool). That same evening when he returned with the loner he said that he knew what the problem was, had already ordered the part, and said he would have it back the next day. By 7:30 the next evening I had my tv back. Thanks Randy!

    The agitator in my washing was broken.  Simon is getting me a new one.  I'm writing this before the  work is actually done, But I know his work ethic and feel safe writing it early.
    Also, the door on my oven wasn't closing properly, on the right side.  So I thought  it might be off it's hinge.  He looked at it, removed the oven thermometer I had hanging from the shelf and lo-and-behold, the door closes all the way.  Quite a V-8 moment for me.  
    I got his name from my Mom.  She has used him on quite a few occasions and has always been treated with respect and good and fair service.

    The new owner was very helpful in determining the size and font for the towel initials. And she met the date requirements.
    The front of the towels was beautiful.
    My only issue is that the back of the towels revealed, inconsistently, a different bobbin (white) color.
    If I were to do this again -I would request the same color thread for the bobbin, so that the front and back match.
    When you embroider a piece of clothing, you typically do not see the underside. But a towel turns in use - and it would be more pleasing and professional to see the same color thread on the front and the back sides.

    I had a trust tax return from 2011 that needed to be filled. Mr. C. Amy Found several tax liabilities that we were not made aware of by our Trust Attorney . He researched our specific trust and educated us regarding better suited filing options. Mr. Amy consulted with our attorney and was kind enough to fax all of his findings to our attorneys office. Because of the errors this CPA found, we felt that it was necessary for our attorney to follow through and correct the errors found, At their expense. As a result we did not have Mr Amy file our taxes . We did, However insist on paying him in full for his work. Mr. Amy would not accept full payment. He reduced his fee significantly ! Mr. Amy did a great deal of research for us and ended up saving us thousands of dollars! I would suggest this office to anyone!

    Our 17 year old refrigerator was not keeping things cold anymore and it was time to replace or repair.  Hoping that our fridge was an oldie but a goodie and it having never been repaired before, we went with "repair".  We live in O.C. and decided on someone with a top rating (nothing but A's) and located in O.C.  I gave my husband four names to call and put him in charge :)  I asked him to get estimates from all four to find out what each repairman would charge if they were to make a service call only to recommend not repairing the refrigerator.  With that in mind, Mr. Baker was the winner with the lowest service call estimate ($45).  Now I guess on the phone Mr. Baker may have come across as a bit disinterested because he was very busy that day or what have you, and my husband actually wondered whether or not Mr. Baker was really interested in coming to do this job.  Do no let this discourage you!  Mr. Baker asked if he could call my husband back in 30 minutes and he did.  Mr. Baker stated he could be at our house in 2 to 4 hours and sure enough he was.  He was friendly, efficient, and oh so knowlegable.  He is a very nice man with 40 years experience.  40 years!  My husband is a techie and hard to impress but he loves this guy!  My husband was totally i-m-p-r-e-s-s-e-d!  Mr. Baker knew exactly what to do, was very thorough, and he had all the necessary parts with him.  So!  Our refrigerator was cleaned and repaired and we are happy campers.  We would not hesitate to recommend Bakers Appliance Service to friends, family or you.  And yes, absolutely we would use him again.  My only "don't" is to not be discouraged if he isn't necessarily an eager beaver on the telephone :D
