AFlood Solutions Inc.In the middle of replacing flooring in my hall bathroom I unfortunately discovered some mold issues and reached out to Flood Solutions for help. Immediately they responded by having Christian Acosta come to my home and assess the damage along with the necessary steps to remediate the problem. The next professional we dealt with was technician Jason Gutierrez and like Christian his professionalism, responsiveness, sense of urgency & friendliness all made what could have been a frightening experience a very reassuring one. I am extremely grateful for the professional approach by Flood Solutions and their management team of Daniel and Joey Montijo! AHometown RestorationThank god we called Hometown Restoration when we had a major leak at our home that caused mold in our kitchen. They did an amazing job. Not only was their team incredibly professional, their cabinet and flooring expert did an amazing job at repairing the damaged floor we had in our living and family room and the cabinets in our kitchen which had to be removed to address the mold. I have hired Optimal Solutions - William Walker in 4 remediation projects for my home restoration to include: water damage, black mold investigation and remediation/removal, black mastic under carpet and tile remediation and removal, asbestos remediation and removal in drywall and stucco abatement/removal. AI am so pleased with Hometown Restoration! They were reliable, easy to communicate with and quick to the job!! We ended up having a slab leak which was devastating. They got the right folks involved right away and worked diligently to remove all the affected areas in order to dry the areas properly. They did not mess around!! AThe job went really well. My house was built in 1969 and cast iron does not last for ever. The new pipes should last for sixty more years. This all started with a slow draining in the kitchen sink but when the company that I contacted through your advise arrived and checked under my house, they found the pipes in bad shape, after all who goes under their house for any reason?
