    Timberwood Landscape
First of all the owner Jonathan Bolin, headed me off for making a very poor choice of how to color coat my driveway . Taking his advice, for reasons he explained in detail, I went with a product he directed me to and the end result is amazing. I was happy with the stucco patching on my house. My stucco is eight years old and using the original color, the patching color is more than I expected was possible. They also laid a new tile entryway for me at my front door . But they first had to demo it and take out the blacktop driveway that was underneath it originally they did a beautiful job leveling it out and making a new foundation to set the new tiles it's beautiful. The other project was putting a new foundation under my backyard storage shed minutes approximately 10 x 12 . Delayed cement concrete pavers put a new wood floor down reinstalled the shed all went very well. I would highly recommend Timberwood landscaping and Mr. Bolin and his crew they were respectful of my property they left it clean as could be all evidence of them being here is gone . All I'm left with is a beautiful house a beautiful entryway a beautiful driveway and a very sturdy new shed.

Aero Patio & Home Improvements Inc
First part of job they spent digging and pouring footings for patio cover posts and walls for seating area, followed by constructing the cement block walls. They were very helpful and worked with me in determining the position and height of the walls. Second part of job was spent installing the patio trellis, which they did in one day! All parts were plumb and true and evenly spaced. Third part of job they worked with me in selecting the stone veneer and cap for the walls surrounding the seating area. They poured the concrete slab, sloped it appropriately for drainage, and applied a nice broom finish. They did an excelled job applying the stone veneer to the block walls (takes artistic eye to do this successfully). The square posts holding up the trellis were embedded in one wall so when installing the wall caps they cut square holes in two cap pieces and lowered them down the posts to make a very nice finish where the wall and trellis meet. Overall, very impressed.

So far I have David to do me 3 more jobs but the next project is running electricity from my front room to the breaker box in the 2nd bedroom of my mobile home. I have a 1961 mobile home that is not equipped to handle todays technologies when David is thru with this job it will be up to par and the worries of burning my house down will be a thing of the past. He will start this job this week for me. Then next project I will have David do is build me a front and back porch with awning over head to keep out rain and dirt. These things have to be done a little at a time because I do not have a lot of money but David is willing to wait he's not pushing no I feel no pressure I want these things done and I know they can be done but I can't expect him to work for free. So when I get the money together he does the job. or jobs I want, or think I need. In the near future plans are for him and his crew to tear down a church and recreation hall and re level the land then put up a new church and school/recreation area for the families here in San Diego.

    Paving Stone Of San Diego
I ran into Bill from Paving Stone of San Diego at a home and garden show. I had spoke to several other paver companies, but they were not very interested in my project as it was a rather small scale job. At the time I did not tell any of the vendors I was planning to expand and add on to project at a later date. Bill was the last vendor I spoke with, and he had no problem taking on a job of my size. I checked him out on Angie's List, and had him come out and give me a quote. Besides the installation of the pavers, Bill also suggested that some repairs be made to the stairs leading down from the new patio area. I knew this had to be done and asked him to add it in his quote. His crew showed up about three weeks later to do the work. They did get off to a rocky start with their forklift got a flat tire, forcing them to transport the pavers and other materials by hand from the street to my backyard. His crew did an excellent job, and the patio was laid out exactly as I had planned it. They did offer to haul away the dirt that was excavated during the process, but I asked them to deposit it in an area behind a storage shed as I planned on using it on another project.

    Tru-Block Masonry
Mike (owner) was very punctual and responsive to our call. He listened to our needs, examined our wall, and provided us with a fair estimate quickly. He started work when he said he would and did not exceed his estimate. He was very personable and really knows his craft. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the results. This is the 3rd time we have had to repair the wall and we believe our last - as it was finally done properly.

Great.  Sarahi Sweiss worked with us on creating a stairway leading from the driveway to our front patio that has curved steps and flared from 12 ft at bottom to 8 ft at top.  The workers carried out the plan beautifully.  The work was done quickly and professionally.  We are proud to have the new entry to our home. We have used this company before, and plan to use them again.
