    Arrived later than originally scheduled (but with phone notification of the delay). Estimate after measuring the square footage was higher than quoted over the phone ($0.70 per square foot instead of $0.60). Wanted to charge DOUBLE that amount for a small area rug, but then agreed to do it for free if we left a tip. Seemed to be in a hurry to finish, as the carpeting in the bedroom was done last and was extremely wet after they left.

    The process went exactly as promised. Arrived as scheduled and ready to work. Technician was professional and courteous. Clearly explained what he would do and how long it would take. Work was completed in the time predicted and left the kitchen exactly as he found it, except for the cleaned and sealed tile floor.

    Rich, from KleanRite, was very easy to work with and always returned my calls. He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. We were going to have only 3 carpets done, but needed the couch and another room taken care of as well. We have two 120lb dogs that track in all kinds of dirt. So our carpets were filthy. After seeing everything that needed to be done. Then with out hesitation he did it all and for a great lore price. Very nice, fun to talk with, and didn't take very long to get everything done. Very professional as well as a hard worker. Our carpets look Great!! The couch looks brand new. It really made a difference. We'll definitely hire him again as well as encourage others to use KleanRite.

    The first time I heard from the company was via email and was set an appointment for April 10th. I've never been called by the company at all - only emailed or texted, which I thought was unprofessional and weird. I got a text that morning saying that her daughter was sick and she needed to reschedule for the following week. I then received an email from a different person, named Joanne, that they could come on Sunday morning. I wasn't available Sunday. They stated they didn't have any weekdays available and could come Saturday at 9 am. It was my birthday weekend, but I decided to work with their availability. Saturday morning my husband let me know they were outside, but when I went to the window they were gone. No one had knocked or called us, so I sent an email to see what had happened. They responded that they had looked at our house and it was over the allowed square footage for the deal we had purchased. They stated that they would need to reschedule again and would be charging an addition fee for the house size. I explained that while my listed house size did exceed requirements, that includes my two-car garage - not my actual house. I also explained that I would have been happy to explain this if they had rang the doorbell or even texted me while they were here. They suggested that I get a refund and called me rude several times. I was nothing but respectful and accommodating to their frequent rescheduling and unprofessional mannerisms. I would not recommend this company to anyone, their level of unprofessional-ism is appalling!

    Smiley Maids House Cleaning
    This company has refused to service my home because I have collectible items. It is frustrating that because you have a home that you want to fill with nice items that you enjoy they will refuse to clean your house because of the risk associated with breaking at item. When choosing them I let them know I had these items and that I was selecting an agency that had insurance against breakage and they have cleaned my home three times. When calling to request service today they said they will never come clean again because they are afraid they will break something. This is ridiculous and unprofessional, why should I be penalized for having quality items in my home and expecting reasonable care/reimbursement if something does get accidentally broken. The service of cleaning is adequate and the mother/son team does an amazing job but I'm frustrated by this policy and the change in service standards after 3 different cleanings!

    Green Frog House Cleaning
    At first it went great I found them on Angie's List and I was thrilled to have them come to my home. The first time three women came out to get started. That day one of the women was completely substandard she hardly did anything it seem like she was allergic to something and it was not a good situation but the other two women were great. My favorite was Monique. I have them come on Saturday for the first time so I could see who was coming in to my home. I have to indoor kittens that will try and make a run for the outside so we have to be very careful with them. After that I started having a Monique come to my home every week it was wonderful. It wasn't really inexpensive but it was okay because she did a wonderful job. I've been changed to every other week. Things are going well and I was excited on the days when they would she would be there and I would come home. The last time they were here I just happened to be home sick that day when I got a knock on my door and a stranger was their starting to come in saying she was from Green Frog. I was surprised because I had explained to marry that I did not want strangers in my home that if something changed they need to make me aware of it prior to having them come in my home. Monique happened to be late that day and this woman told me that they sent her out and instead of the four hours they were going to do they were going to spend 2 hours together. No one had had informed me of any changes and that upset me. I called Mary to tell her that I wasn't happy with what happened and that no one spoke to me about it in advance. I've been received a call saying that any future visits that Monique was unable to do the four hours so they were going to send to people for 2 hours for the same money. At this point I was pretty upset they hadn't been honest with me and I wasn't going to pay the same amount for 2 people for 2 hours in my home so I asked him to return my key. Mary told me that Monique would return my key the next morning. The next two days came and went. I called Mary to ask what was going on with my key and she said They would be dropping it in the mail to me. I told her I didn't think it was appropriate to mail my house key but she said that's their protocol. I explained to marry that I was very upset I've been working with them for close to eight months always paid large tip no problems but all of a sudden they didn't have time for me it was cutting into someone else's house. Really poor customer service. I'm very very upset I really like having them at my house and it doesn't make sense that they took on another job and pushed me aside. It's more than $40 an hour to have them clean for 3 hours. Actually a hundred and $34 to have them here from 8 to 11. I'm just putting it out there because after all this time they couldn't even do what was right didn't talk to me in advance sent a stranger to my house everything that I asked them not to do they did. And I still have not received my house key back. Be careful unless you there you don't know who they're sending in your home. As I said I just happened to be home sick the day they sent that stranger to my home. At this point I don't even know if it was Monique coming to my house every week. Be careful because they're not very honest and I'm really upset about that. You would think they would try to keep a customer that they've had for over 8 months regular no problems with payment happy with the work only asked for a couple things. No strangers in my house and any changes make me aware in advance. Monique was awesome and I like to having her do the work and she was very mindful of my kittens. Oh well that's the way it is and now I don't have a maid service anymore and I'm really bummed out. The last time they were here was I believe the 8th of February. And that is the day that the stranger knocked on my door. My husband informed me that not only did they not clean under the couches but they arrived very late and left early so they didn't even do the three hours. Monique cleaned well to my knowledge. I'm really upset about this and they didn't appear to even care about my problem even after all this time and the good reviews that I had given them. The first time they were here one of the girls even broke my shower head and I didn't even make a big deal out of that it was an accident. As I said the biggest scale is they sent a stranger without telling me tried to send to people for 2 hours instead of the regular time for the same price and didn't even seem to try and make things work when I told them I really didn't want it that way. Customer service is bad communication horrible. And like I said I'm not even sure who was in my house. And no key which should be coming in the mail if it gets here. Not good definitely not in the best interest of the client.

    Technician showed up right on time. We have a lot of windows and I surprised that he was alone. It also was 95 degrees that day but he never complained. Very thorough with attention to detail. Would definitely use again

    Monique arrived on time and took care of everything I ask her to do. Excellent work great attitude works well with my pets. My one year old kitten follows her around very nosey putting a pot on her shoulder whenever the opportunity arises. Monique let me know that it kept her smiling all day. Very happy with the service going to have them come once a week. I'm hoping to keep Monique as the regular housekeeper as I feel comfortable with her in my home when I'm not there. It's really nice to come home from work to a clean house. Fabulous nothing better.

    Mona, Monica and Karen were great very friendly and hard working. Even though it is going to take more than one visit to get my house in order these ladies did a great job making a dent in it. Even with my nosy kittens trying to lend a hand, and the heat, they had a smile on their faces and did not make me feel judged due to the situation with my house. I am having them come back on a weekly basis started 4 days from the initial start date. Very helpful and through in a bad situation. For the first time in a long time I feel hipeful to have my house back. I have a three bedroom two bathroom, but kitchen, partial living room and one bathroom were worked on. I believe I will have the two woman for more h poo urs next time. But overall great work.
