"It has since broken. It's backed by a warranty, but they are refusing to honor it. After asking repeatedly for their corporate headquarter address, they refused" to give it. I finally ended up getting a supervisor with this company, and she didn't give me nothing. They don't make this particular model anymore. I told her I was going to , and that's when she wouldn't tell me where corporate's address is.

"My desktop computer was running very slowly, and web navigation had become a nightmare. , owner of Y.O.O.L., came to my house and performed" a variety of cleanup and malware removal activities, and he suggested that we purchase an SSD drive to house our operating system. He also tested our internet service and discovered we were having major packet loss problems. He correctly concluded that our modem was probably going bad, and I subsequently got Time to replace it. I purchased an SSD drive from Amazon that recommended, and he came to my house to pick it up so that he could install software on it including Windows 10 at my request (I had been using Windows 7). The next day he came back and installed it in my computer and spent about two hours with me helping me transition to the new operating system, setting up email, moving favorites, verifying printing worked correctly and setting up the WiFi network. He also showed me how to use some of the other programs he had installed. was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He came when he said he would and notified me if he was going to be late due to traffic. His price was very reasonable. He solved my computer’s problems; it is now healthy and running fast. is now my “computer guy,” any I would not hesitate to call him whenever I have an issue or to recommend him to all of my friends.

The entire experience was amazing. I thought I would be with the remove/install process for days and instead these two incredible guys had the entire ordeal taken care of in a few hours. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and even polite. - If you want prompt and courteous service in City, go to the at 4712 Broadway St. Do NOT go to the store in Leawood, KS. I contacted the Leawood to make an appointment for a foreign exchange student - the screen on her iPhone was shattered. The representative at the store said, ...More "We need to diagnose the problem" and scheduled an appointment five days later. I called the , explained I was sick, and asked if I could drop the phone off at the store. The representative who answered the phone said, "Yes, but we need your information." I asked, "What information?" She said, "Oh, your name and stuff like that so we can find out what's wrong with the phone." I explained, "The screen is shattered." She said, "Well, we still need to talk to you." I arrived at the store and stood in line for 15 minutes to check in at my scheduled time. I checked in with a service representative named . I had the flu, I was running a fever, and provided me with a trash can if I needed to vomit. I sat at stool with the trash can at a table next to for over an hour. I asked how long the wait would be - he said he didn't know. After an hour wait, I picked up the trash can and went to back of the store to ask one of the service representatives about the wait time. He said he'd let me know and walked away. I asked another service representative about the wait time, I explained I was sick and had been waiting over an hour. I called the foreign exchange student to let her know I had not checked in her phone yet, I waited over an hour - the customer service representative interrupted and said, "It's not been that long - it's only been a half hour." (Up until this point, he had not asked my name yet or the scheduled appointment time). He added, "Besides, you're early, so we're good." I told him my name and asked, "Do you mean I haven't been checked in yet?" He argued, "No, but I'm waiting on you now, so there's nothing to complain about." He asked for the iPhone ID information - I explained I was dropping off the phone because the screen was shattered. I also explained I was told when I called the store that I only needed to provide my contact information; I was not aware that "other stuff" included the iPhone ID information. The customer service representative handed the phone back to me and said, "I'm sorry. We can't help you."
I don't mind making an appointmentment. I do mind a wasted hour with rude customer employees.

Good Had a wire get knocked off of my system which I had to relocate to make my surround sound system work. New remote turns everything on but won't shut my Direct TV receiver off.

This the worst computer repair place in waupaca never take anything in to them. Last time I walked in to this store I went in a with a power supply issue. They charged me 75$-80$ to replace 120mm fan in my power supply and told me they found alot of malware and viruses in my computer. Before taking my computer to I did a system ...More wipe uninstalled everything and only installed my drivers and windows 7 there was no way I had alot of malware and viruses. Now today my CPU and motherboard are fried and I have to buy a new computer because last time I took my computer to they only clipped my CPU fan on half way. On top of that when I picked my computer up from after having the power supply fan fixed I found some random screws floating around in my computer case that could have caused a short they also claimed to install spybot on my computer to find any viruses but they never installed anything on my computer at all. Please do yourself a favor and never go to .

The first installer came a week earlier and realized that my system needed more time to install so he scheduled the second installer who did the work. He took me through my paces with the new equipment, explaining it thoroughly,and cleaned up any debris from the boxes. Great service! I will use them for all my it work in the future.

I purchased an HP 15-F305DX notebook for $239.99 on 08-24-2015. Offered with it was an HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one printer for $19.99. did not have the printer in stock, but I paid for everything at that time anyway. They said they would contact me when it arrived in the store. They never did! Approximately ten days later I ...More went to the store, and was told that when it arrived, they held it for four days, and then put it back on the shelves. It is now sold out. I would not have purchased this particular notebook, but because it was offered with this particular printer, I bought them together. Not contacting me is my complaint. When I returned to the store and talked with the , he said they tried to contact me via email and phone. This is highly unlikely because I check my email on a regular basis. Someone at dropped the ball. They did however, refund the $19.99 on my credit card.

Installation was scheduled six days in advance. No time window was provided other than "installer will
call approximately half an hour before arrival". We heard nothing by 4 pm so we called them. Customer service for installation checked and told us we were still on the schedule for that day and that installer would contact us as soon ...More as he finished his current appliance install. No one called. At 6:30 pm we called them again and this time we were told the installation had been rescheduled for two days later and nothing else could be done about it. The reason given was that they don't work in our area on Wednesday (the scheduled day). This is the worst service we have experienced from a major retailer. The installations are handled by a third party company, but that's no excuse for making a promise, having your customers waiting all day at home and then not showing up to do the job. We do NOT recommend BestBuy's appliance installation service.

I upgraded my PC to windows 10 from Windows 7 64bit operating software (OS) in early August, this caused my audio to stop working due to a software issue with Realtek Audio that is used in the M435T model PC. Normally I'm able to make repairs myself having a back ground in electronics, but being out of the industry and ...More expecting a professional would have more insight and resources to trouble shoot this problem, I took my PC to Microcenter on 8-17-15, I was informed that it wouldn't be worked on until 8-25-15 (which I understood and accepted) I had downloaded windows 10 on my M435T 1st gen i7cpu, 10GB of Ram, with two Hard Drives one a 2TB one a 750GB, also it had a 2GB AMD gaming video card installed which supported (3) 27" monitors. My audio stopped working after downloading my upgrade windows 10 from Microsoft, I explain to the tech I had reloaded the updated driver for my Realtek audio (attached to mother board) I assumed the tech would have more resources than me to correct the problem, also I wanted to install a 500GB SSD to improve my data transfer speed which kept my Windows Experience Index at 5.9 rating (shows how well your PC works "bench "). The service person stated I would get a call from the tech, when he/she started on 8-25-15 I never received a call so on or about 8-26 or 8-27 I contacted Microcenter on through their online repair status inquiry. I then received a call informing me he would start on it tomorrow... ok some time pasted no call so again using your online repair status inquiry, I emailed the tech no reply the next day I then emailed the supervisor and the tech called claimed he's working on it but no progressed... for about a week the tech then would call me every night telling me that he was working it, this went on until at some point he informed me that the M435T is incompatible with windows 10. At this point I informed the tech to just roll back to windows 7 OS and get my audio working again and place the OS on the SSD. He called me back either the next day or day after to inform me there were problems he had to reload windows 7... I ok’d it just wanting to get my PC back. The tech may have called me once or twice but after 9-9-15 I don't recall receiving any contact from Microcenter as to the status... so on 9-13-15 I went on line to check the repair status and it showed system ready for pick up. I arrived at the store 9-14-15 in the morning the tech came out and told me he had everything ready to go but he couldn’t see any data on the 2TB hard he tried everything even using his own Linux OS which according to him should show if it had any data… giving me the impression the data was corrupt so I ok’d him to format (easing everything cleaning the hard drive) the drive losing all my data. I then waited about 30 minutes (PC wasn't ready for pickup) took my PC home to hook up. I connected my PC… my it only showed 3GB of ram usable out of 10GB loaded, my video card now only showed VGA connection with no options for more than one monitor! I called the store and spoke with service department and she said just bring it back she will talk to the tech, I returned the PC that same evening on 9-14-15 the service person said she had spoken with the tech and he told her he failed to load some needed drivers so he would get it fixed right away and I didn’t need a new repair order. Again I waited with no contact from Microcenter on or about 9-21-15 tried to use the online status but my repair number would not work, so I connected Microcenter information through the chat line, he advised me to call the store and demanded to speak with the manager, they connected me to the service supervisor she stated the supervisor in the repair department was off work and she would contact him and have him call me before 6:00 on 9-22-15. Again no call by 6:00 pm... at 8:00pm I received a call from the tech (not the supervisor) he stated he had all the drivers loaded, made sure it would support more than one monitor, the reason I only had used of 3GB of Ram he loaded windows 7 32bit instead of 64bit... so he would load 64 bit windows and call me when it's ready. This may be why he couldn’t find the data on my hard drive that we ended up formatting, losing all my data (pictures, videos, movies and music) NO ONE CALLED! On 9-24-15 I went to with my paper work... the reason I was given about not calling this this time was they didn't have my contact information!!! The service person then gave me my paper work and the paper he gave me had all my contact information. I am not happy with this at all… all my data is gone because a 32bit OS was loaded on system and this took over a month! After getting home and connecting PC, once again the Windows Experience Index was now showing only 1.0 he still had not loaded the driver for the video card, so I had to open up the PC pulled the video card got the serial number went on line and downloaded the AMD driver which improved my Index up to 7.2. The absolute worst service I have seen, I shop the store but refuse to use their repair service, I informed microcenter about the service through their online survey but no one has ever contacted me... At least they're consistent...
