  • Thomas removed structural supports without replacing them; Replaced 2x6 ceiling joyce with 2x4's causing numerous problems; Removed siding, insulation and drywall without replacing it before reroofing causing even more difficulties; Only partially reinstalled the roofing, and roofed over rotten plywood without giving me an opportunity to replace it. Installed rain gutters which were included but still tried to charge extra then _INTENTIONALLY_ did not install any downspouts prior to downpours in an attempt to cause even greater difficulties and never came back to install the downspouts after I'd called and written repeatedly.
Naturally Thomas charged me for 'overages' on items that were previously "included", and when I attempted to withhold an appropriate amount of the final payment due to the downspouts not having ever been installed, his agent Matthew Fanning physically came to my house and threatened my elderly destitute widowed mother whom I've been taking care of.
In order to resolve the work Thomas didn't finish and all some of the issues they created, I hired a 2nd highly reputable licensed roofing contractor and discovered how much he was overcharging me.. The quality of workmanship he performed was inferior to doing it myself or hiring day laborers and the price was greatly excessive as well, especially considering I had to hire someone else to finish and fix their mess which I'm still dealing with more then six months later.. So I'd say avoid my former 'friends friend' Thomas D'Angelo and all of his accomplices at all costs.

  • We were initially concerned about the "invasion" of our master bedroom and living area, however, John and his team were very conscientious of our belongings. They protected our furniture, walls, flooring and stairs. We were very impressed with the coordination of events that was necessary to complete the job in 3 weeks. The communication was good. They were on time everyday and cleaned the construction debris at the end of each day. The job was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. I continue to enjoy my beautiful walk in shower, walk in closet and the look of my living room. We would not hesitate to recommend Turnkey construction to anyone.

  • I love my new floor!  Randy completed the remodeling of my bathroom beautifully.  He dealt with challenges such as an uneven floor surface superbly.  He dealt with my "picky" requests without batting an eye.  I wanted a light switch moved over 6 " and the sink moved left a foot.  When the granite came in and I realized it had a green undertone to it, I needed to replace some blue oriented tile with something that went better with green -- he included this unforeseen change in the project.  He created the built-in shelving so it is exactly what I wanted -- it was so easy to communicate with him.  His tile work is really good.  I mentioned the floor -- it is beautiful, and the paint and the texture -- my new bathroom looks amazing!  Randy did the work efficiently and promptly.
