    Sonora Smiles charged me 275.00 for a repair to a denture that had a crack in it. Not broke just a hairline crack. They sent it off to someone that repaired and cracked in the same place less than 2 months later and they told me sorry but you will have to pay 275.00 again to get it repaired. They then said they would be happy to make me a new denture lol. When you charge people outrageous fees you should at least stand behind your product.

    While waiting for final fitting of appliance, Dr. Ronneburg proceeded to numb me.  I asked for an explanation.  He was actually starting to pull 5 of my teeth.  I stopped him as I had had a heart attack, was on several medications and knew from previous experiences that he should have asked about my allergies to medications, cautioned me about continuing any blood thinners, and administered a medication to help with bleeding.  The removal of my teeth was NOT scheduled for that day and I was anticipating his advice and precautions before the final day when the teeth would be removed.  He was alarmed that I had had a heart attack because I might have another one--in his office.  This was proof to me that my medical background (2 full pages) had not been reviewed by him.  He had over a month to review my medical records.  I got up and left office.  I am still appalled that a dentist performing this complex procedure would not review medical records of a patient.  I had clearly stated on my records that I had allergies to penicillin and sulfa drugs and that I was on several medications for my heart attack.  DO NOT SEE THIS DENTIST!

    My daughter dropped me off for my appointment and the Assistant told her to come back in about 45 min. I thought to myself there is no way I'm out of here in 45 min. To my delight, I sat in the waiting room for 10 min and was still done before my daughter returned! The staff is friendly and efficient and they were patient and helpful in dealing with my insurance.

    Something went wrong. The dentists and dental hygienists were good, but their system broke down and it took me five weeks to get the permanent cap put on and the temporary cap was falling off constantly. I had this exposed tooth I had to deal with and it was very painful for five weeks before I got the permanent one put on. I was really disappointed because I thought I had found a good dentist who was highly recommended. It was a nice group, but some how it all went wrong and so no I'm not going back. I've had a lot of bad dental experiences I guess.

    This dentist was recommended to me from a friend who thought he was wonderful.  I went to go see him and everyone seem pleasant.  He came in and did a complete set of x-rays and he said that I needed to do a list of procedures.  I told him that my main concern was this cavity.  He first did the over all cleaning and I felt that he was really harsh with doing this.  He then proceeded to drill and fill the tooth.  While he was doing this, I really felt that he was rushing through the procedure.  Once he was done he just got up real quick and just left the room. 

    After he left the hygienist used the heating lamp to set the filling and proceeded to floss my teeth.  She was unable get the floss through my teeth and I expressed my concern with the hygienist so she got the dentist.  He proceeded to finish the flossing and then quickly left again.  I was not use to having a dentist who was rushing. 

    The next day, I was eating a popsicle and started experiencing sharp pain.  I looked at my teeth and noticed that they had bonded two teeth together so I contacted them to let them know about this and the pain.  I went in on Monday and the dentist tried a few different procedures to break the bonding between the teeth.  He ended up having to use a drill and I felt like he was also taking off my enamel on my other tooth.  He said that he was trying to be over conservative and save me money, really he was just rushing.  He proceeds to finish with the rest of the procedure and says, "sorry, these things happen".  His attitude was disturbing and he completely botch this simple procedure twice.

    It was really bad dentistry, he rushed through the procedures and then acted like nothing happened.  At the end of all of this, my tooth still hurts and I have to see another dentist to fix this.  I would not recommend him to anyone.

    They do a great job. He is an excellent dentist. The office is excellent and I have referred at least a dozen people there in the past 20 years. He is kind, gentle and very thorough.
