  • ;[The job was advertised as a deep cleaning. They did not clean the frig inside, as advertised, they dusted around objects, they advertised that things were moved to clean. I am still finding dust where there shouldn't be. They only spent a couple of hours, so all in all they were making over $50/hour. I told Mabel of Molly Maids how disappointed I was and instead of a refund, she said she'd give me a discount on future service, as I will never use them again, this did not help. I was looking for a service that would help me get my house ready to sell. I am 75 and have arthritis so can't do the jobs myself. The only positive thing I can say is that two of the women were very nice and friendly. The supervisor spent all her time in the kitchen, talking on the phone, and did not  do all the cleaning I expected.

Update: I want to let everyone know that I talked with a gentleman who stressed that they wanted to make me happy, they work very hard to get their teams to do a good job, etc. and they did refund my money. The fact that they reached out to me, tried to fix the problem, made me re-evaluate their service. So I would say that if you use their service be very specific about needs, keep your eye on what they are doing, and let them know how you feel.

  • Mr. Alwill is very rude; after leaving him a voice-mail one morning, and not hearing back from him before the end of the second day, a follow up phone call was made.  When he answered, I tried to introduce myself and he cut me off,  saying he wasn't interested, and literally hung up the phone.
First impressions are always lasting impressions; be careful with this guy.

  • I am very happy to say everything went well with this project.  I was satisfied with the finished product, the eagerness of the serviceman to get the job done and the price of service.. although we all know plumbing services are always pricey.

  • Adam is a true professional. First off, I contacted them after 10:00 PM on a Friday night via Angie’s List.  Within 5 minutes I had a callback.  The scope of work was discussed, and a clear description of what would be done and how much it would cost was communicated.  We set a time for noon on Saturday.  At 11:35 AM Adam calls and states that he is in route, but the GPS says he will be running 10-minutes behind.  I really appreciated the heads up.  Adam shows up and was very cordial, polite, informative and efficient.  It took him about 20 minutes and the job was done.  All-in-all, I don’t think I could expect any better service from a locksmith.  Keep up the great work!

  • Home Depot Inc. subcontract out the orders. When we ordered the carpet they do have subcontractors that come in and install. Same thing with the window covers. They subcontracted it out. Then the work is done. There were all kinds of mix up. I had to go a few times. We would get messages on our phone telling us for instance about our carpeting. The messages said that they had received our orders. All we had to do was go back to Home Depot. We are about a half an hour from home and Salinas. When we did get there, they did not have it on their computer. First time let it pass; I had other things to do. It was a wasted trip. The second time I went up there they again did not have the information. This is not a happy camper. We got the carpets. That finally got taken care of, but the window covers; I had to finally go to the actual people that were going to have to install the window covers. I had to explain to them that I had not got any phone calls and it was taking a while. They faxed Home Depot. I finally talked to the supervisor to come to know that they had the measurements for over a week and nobody had contacted me. Then when I did go up to make the final decision on the color and so on and so forth. They did not have it in their computer. I finally had to tell them; it was ridiculous and I may have to just cancel all the dollars. May be $3000 is not a lot of money to some people but they are a good chunk of thing. I was not terribly happy. I have been working on the workforce for a long time. I am retired. All of the jobs I have had were dealing with the public and I know that customer service is paramount. When I came across that kind of service; I did not appreciate it. That is just not the way to do business. We finally got it all done and everything. Their price was reasonable. The punctuality was alright because the subcontractors with them were not the problem. I would not use them again for home improvement.
