  • We dropped the car off at 9 a.m. and picked it up at 1 p.m.   The car sparkled.  We were instructed to leave the windows opened slightly to allow the interior to dry completely overnight.  To preserve the wax finish we were instructed to hand wash the car in the future.  This would preserve the wax finish for about a year.

  • I’ve had good experience with them but they are too far away. I go there once a year. Overall and for the past years, they are satisfactory. They have good records on my car. They check the rates stuff. They find problems before they occur. They are timely. They are reasonably good of being there when I show up and pleading the past at the time expected. Scheduling for the service is easy. Usually, you just call to established dealerships and they set up the time. I have no complaints about them except that it's 20 or 25 miles to get there.

  • I used their Quick service lane which meant that I did not have to have an appointment. This was my first time using this service and I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness. The service adviser was polite and professional. They charged me the advertised price and no add-ons were attempted.

  • They did mechanical tune-ups, brakes, and everything that is top to bottom in the car. We've been rebuilding engines with them and things like that. We went really from top to bottom for car maintenance. They are 100% honest, they don't push up prices, they will call you and tell you exactly what they think, they're kind of an old-fashioned type of mechanic, and they don't overprice. Specifically they replaced a spark plug in my car, they failed, I brought it in and they've replaced them and everything and it was free, no extra charge or anything. Anytime that they failed on their part, they will accept responsibility. They're on time on what they tell you, they're going to be a little bit slow and they may be a little bit faster but if you're willing to wait for a day, then it would definitely worth the money. I've been dealing with them for 10 years.

  • Got a good deal on a 2014 Subaru Outback, negotiation of the price was very professional and straightforward. I have little patience for the automobile purchase experience, and the folks at Elk Grove Subaru spared me most of the politics involved in a new car purchase. I would easily recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchase of a new (or used) Subaru.

  • Bruce is a service technician and lives in our community. He offers the residents of the community a free pick and delivery of their vehicle for service and there no minimum for the normal routine service and it is very convenient. We have utilized him when we needed service for the car which is works very well. He picks up the car in the morning and leaves his car here, not for us to use, so he can get to our house and pick up the vehicle. He delivers it back that night, fully serviced. We paid $19.00 for the last service. More people have come to know about him, so now you need to schedule and appointment 2 or 3 weeks in advance because he is already 3 weeks behind.

  • The warranty there is great as when you get your car fixed it automatically comes with a two year warranty or every 24000 miles. There prices are very reasonable but I go there for the warranty alone as it kind of pays for the work that was done. The company is just great as they really came up with a good idea when they opened it.

  • They did a great job. I took my car to another place and they told me that they couldn't get the taillight cover off, but I brought it them and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Since they only replaced the bulb, they didn't charge me anything, which I totally appreciated. They also have a really nice waiting room which makes waiting for your car so much more comfortable than other places.

  • I hated working with them. The service was misleading and I ended up paying a lot more than I expected, it was just horrible. I truly don't think they are not honest at all and they don't keep the promises that they make to their customers. I don't trust them and I will never buy a vehicle from them ever again.
