The work was done very quickly, basically just a couple of days, and they secured the fence and property overnight. Nisim is easy to work with and very responsive, with lots of great suggestions. A5 Star Wrought IronHad a great experience with 5 Star Wrought Iron -- they responded quickly, showed up the next day to take a look at the area that needed work, gave me a very reasonable quote the same day, offered some suggestions on how to improve things in ways we hadn't thought of, and then showed up that afternoon to perform the work. The contractor that showed up was very friendly and communicative. It was a small job, but I think from the time I contacted them to the time the work was completed was around 48 hours, and we are very satisfied with the results. AJ P GENERAL BUILDING INCJP Building was great. What I liked the most was that they were very responsive. I gave feedback on some minor details that weren't to my liking--for example pencil marks on the installed quartz counters, and they quickly sent someone out to adjust the work. Additionally, there was a lot of "mission creep" on my part. It seemed like I was finding more around the house for them to repair, and with little notice they took care of things--caulking, patching holes in the wall, adding grout in a bathroom, and more. The toilet install was a last minute, same day notice and repair type of thing, they were finishing up the kitchen and I asked if they could install a toilet. Jesus was great in helping us find a way to update the kitchen without doing a full remodel--for example, they resurfaced and painted cabinets but also added a few new custom cabinets to match. They were also pretty true to the original work schedule. The project was completed a week late, but considering all the additional work they did, it was a relatively short period of time--three weeks in total. I think at times the communication with the office could have been clearer, regarding when workers would be coming to the house (or not). However, overall, I would definitely use them again, and I have recommended them to many friends already.- Eileen K.

AFernando and Go Green not only built our dream home, but became a part of our family. He and his team worked daily with care, compassion and were always professional and respectful to our living space and our neighbors. The original portion of our home was built in 1925. Fernando and his crew added a home on the back of our home, a swimming pool, two additional bathrooms and much more, all while my family of 4 lived in the original space. Construction can be very stressful but Fernando and his team always made us feel at ease. We knew we were in good hands. The best part is that all construction was completed and permits were signed off just before the pandemic. We felt like we were the luckiest family on earth living in this beautiful home while working and doing online school. AA major remodel is a huge commitment and something to not be taken lightly when planned for in advance. We were in the unfortunate situation of needing the remodel after weather damage. While our experience with our homeowners insurance company was anything but pleasant, our experience with Excel construction was top notch. The team led by Eyal was helpful in answering all our questions about dealing with an insurance claim. Meanwhile the day-to-day contact onsite and work lead Audel was an excellent communicator and did impeccable work. Of particular note, the staff at Excel made us feel safe and secure doing work in our house during COVID. After the entire experience, the end result and new kitchen was even better than hoped for. While this was not a renovation we were planning on initially, we couldn't have chosen a better company to execute the work done. We highly recommend them for home renovation projects.
