    Our overall experience with JVP construction mainly Shawn was fantastic. Shawn made us feel comfort with no stress at all during the time frame of the kitchen remodeling project by keeping us informed all the time what they were doing or planning to do at the end of each working day at our house. We felt (me mainly) very happy and we trusted Shawn and his working team with our house when we left for work or any other errands. The kitchen remodeling project was finished a bit later then the promised 4 weeks which was completely normal due to several things that appeared during the work. We do recommend JVP construction, Shawn and his team for any home improvement project mainly a kitchen remodeling project like ours.

    Best builders group delivered us a functional, beautiful kitchen and master bathroom remodeling that was priced within our budget. The remodeling made our house updated and ready for our new tenant! Before we contacted Best builders group, we met with two other big construction companies, which at the end, we decided not to hire them due to several reasons. From phone calls to final inspection off all the small touches, Best builders Group staff were professional, quick and responsive more than we thought they will be. Our project manager Zohar walked us through the whole process, guiding us of things that could affect the progress of the work and also the cost. His team of excellent people were not only skilled, but also provided us with many important ideas based on their experience. We are very pleased and we won���t hesitate to contact Best Builders Group again for any home remodeling projects!

    We had found IND Construction at a home show when we lived in Pasadena and were thinking about remodeling the kitchen in our condo. Plans for us changed and we recently purchased a multi family dwelling with my Mother in Law in a nearby town. Shortly after purchasing we decided to remodel the kitchen and bathroom in my Mother In Law's house and completely redesign the back 2 bedrooms and bath into one master and bath in the main house. We contacted IND and met with the owner, David. He came out and reviewed everything we wanted to do. He was very quick to give a us a detailed proposal along. You hear a lot of horror stories about contractors and them asking for money up front and disappearing, but with IND The contract and payment schedule is laid out very clearly. After the small deposit, payments were only due when project milestones were completed. It's not easy to go through a remodel while your living in your house, but David and his crew did a great job with everything. He assigned a project manager to our project that took care of the day to day, but David made himself available to us anytime we had a question The project was completed almost a year ago now and there have been some minor things that have needed repair. David is quick to respond and works with you to get someone out there to fix. It's nice to know that they are there for you even once the project is completed. . We're very happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to hire IND for future projects.

    The short version of this review is that Gil Palatin and Palatin Remodeling are the best in the business and you should hire them immediately. Gil is honest, fair, proud of his work, committed to his time line and a good person. The long version is this: My wife and I needed to remodel our home. We had a second baby on the way and needed more space. We didn't know what we wanted to do or how to go about doing it. We called and met with 3 different contractors. The first 2 we met were good but didn't have any ideas or suggestions that stuck out to us. When we met Gil from Palatin Remodeling, we knew that he was the contractor with whom we wanted to work. He immediately had great ideas (move the kitchen from side of house to center of house), talked us out of our expensive bad ideas (no second floor), showed genuine enthusiasm for the project, was exceedingly honest about what we would have to do (move out, pricing, timing) and his pricing was fair. Additionally, he told us he could do the job in 4 months or less. This was exciting for us because we wanted to spend the least possible amount of time out of our home. After my wife and I discussed our options, we went with Gil. He immediately got to work with the design and planning portions of the project. His communication during this period was excellent (as it was during the whole project). He would call, text and email us updates as they occurred. We had never dealt with this type of project and his communication while the city dragged its feet on approving everything kept us calm. Once the plans were approved and a start date was set, Palatin got to work! I've heard horror stories about contractors starting a project and then leaving for weeks/months at a time while the house was uninhabitable and the customer could do nothing but wait. That was not the case for us! On the first day of work, a crew showed up and begin construction. Not a couple guys kicking around and pointing aimlessly; these guys came ready to get the job started and completed. It seemed as though Gil had let them know that they had 4 months to completely tear down my house and rebuild it. They got the message and responded by showing up every day and working very efficiently. The demo and rebuild went as smoothly as these things can go. There were unforeseen issues that came up (old plumbing line that needed to be completely replaced and a portion of the roof that was crumbling) but Gil always notified us immediately and explained everything. We never felt as though we were being misled or taken advantage of. This level of trust is very important when dealing with contractors because they have you in a very precarious situation. My family and I moved out at the beginning of August which meant Palatin would need to complete the job by November 30 to keep to the four month schedule. We moved back in to our home the day before Thanksgiving! Gil not only kept his word but finished ahead of schedule. I can't express how much this meant to us and how important it is to have a contractor that can hold firm to their deadlines. We used to live in a home that was built in 1948, had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a small kitchen and separate living and dining rooms. It was a nice home with good charm but there was a lot of wasted space and it was a bit crammed. We now live in a home that was built in 2016 (on a 1948 frame), kept and increased the charm, really increased space (4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom), has all the amenities of a brand new home and is a total joy to live in. I can't speak highly enough about Gil and his business. Everyone said, "they tell you 4 months but it'll really be 6 or 8," or "they tell you 1 amount and hit you with hidden/surprise costs." We didn't experience any of that! Through and through Gil is an honest contractor whose pride and excitement in his work will not allow him to leave you with anything less than outstanding. Our quality of life has been improved incredibly because of this remodel and we have Gil, his vision and his crews to thank for that. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to use him as additional needs surface. I apologize if I sound overly enthusiastic but good work deserves good praise.     My husband and I highly recommend MF Construction & Design Inc. for any home remodeling or new home construction. Mike Maman made our remodeling project so easy. First of all Mike really listens. He understood what we wanted and gave us a quote (which he followed!) that was at least $10,000.00 under a quote we had been given last year ��� and he offered a larger project. He gave us a starting date and then followed thru ��� starting and finishing on time. Mike was also very professional when dealing our city for work permits and inspections. We appreciated how simple he made this step for us. Mike���s work crew is terrific. They are careful, precise and are proud of what they do. The painter who took care of our two new window units and our new French doors took extra time and did an amazing job. We were never overwhelmed by too many workers or loud noises ��� or the mess associated with a construction project. Everyone arrived early and everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. Our house is beautiful. My husband is so pleased because it is just what he envisioned! Mike never tried to change our minds about what we wanted ��� he just made our ideas come to life. Everyone in our neighborhood is very impressed ��� not just because our home is beautiful but because of what a small impact this project made on there lives. It���s good to keep the neighbors happy too.

    We would like to begin by saying we are both super happy with our new kitchen and half bath! We are very impressed with the fact that Regal Construction finished everything within the estimated time of 5 to 6 weeks. They worked until the last day of the 6th week and it turned out fantastic! We both have limited experience with construction, but from what we've heard from friends, finishing in a timely fashion is rare among contractors. Asaf was responsive when we expressed concerns. Having said that, if you expect a certain level of finesse and detail you have to be on top of it. Meaning, we did catch a few mistakes here and there, like an ill-fitting cabinet, or the electrical outlets put in the wrong place, things like these, which, while easy enough to fix, took extra steps and time to do over, and might have been worse if we hadn’t noticed. But we think that this would probably be the case with any contractor and again, there was never a problem that they didn’t promptly address. We thought Mike and Ivan from the cabinet shop and Alfredo from the countertop fabricators were exceptional — they really took their time to make sure everything was just right. We had our moments of doubt along the way, and I’m sure we drove Asaf and his crew crazy at times, but we are ultimately very happy with the result! We are grateful for Mike’s and Asaf's aesthetic input and feel their suggestions were just what we needed to make this the kitchen of our dreams! Also, we feel the price was fair, so we would definitely recommend considering Regal to any friends remodeling their kitchen or bath.
