ABalke's RoofingThe crew with Balke’s Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. The job was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up after each day. Other than the obvious progress on our roof, you wouldn’t have known they had even been there by looking around on the ground outside our home and garage. The crew was courteous and friendly and the owner, Johnathon Balke, was very accommodating and easy to work with. They returned all my calls and showed up on time when they said they would. In our area that’s an uncommon trait with many other contractors. I don’t hesitate at all recommending Balke’s Roofing. It was amazing to deal with an honest and on-time contractor who also delivered the best quality work.- Rob J.

ABalke's RoofingThe job went perfectly for me. They showed up, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of the day, and when they were done, I had a beautiful new roof. It rained really hard the very next day, and there were no problems. The inspector came out today and it passed with flying colors. The inspector told me that these guys always do a good job. ABalke's RoofingIt was no stress for me and my elderly Mom. Her insurance company was going to cancel her home owners policy cause the roof was 22 years old and I think fire danger. Balke's roofing was doing a job across the street and they came by after work and gave us a quote with a color chart of what we wanted and next thing you know a delivery was made and time was of the essence. I'm happy with the work and happy to say Mom and I our insured for another year thanks to Balke's roofing. Jdm- John M.

Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed.

AI have owned many homes and worked with many contractors and Rob of Sunrise roofing is one of the best I have worked with. He is honest, reliable, and good at what he does. When I asked for a quote to replace our roof he got back to me quickly with a clearly written statement of what they would do and for how much. Despite being in tremendous demand, he is very responsive to questions and very clear about their availability and the timing of when the work will be done. Most important to me, he does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. In my case, I had to delay the work for a number of months and was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to honor his initial quote despite the delay and a significant increase in the demand for their services. I am also very grateful for the extra work they did repairing some problems that were found as part of an inspection. Many contractors would have used that work as an opportunity to increase their bid significantly but Rob and Sunrise did it as part of the job and refused to accept any additional payment; despite my offering to pay them extra multiple times. Finally, the roof looks great and I’m very happy I hired Rob and Sunrise roofing to do the job.
