ARoyal PlumbingI spoke with Jason and wanted to get a quote to repair a water line and 2 leaks inside my house. He said he could have someone right out there early in the morning. Paul showed up and quoted me an acceptable price and I gave the go ahead. I thought they would be quick fixes but he found some issues that needed to be taken care of. He spent an additional several hours completing the repair. Even with all the parts and time he spent; he still honored the quote. Also he showed me all the parts he replaced. Overall, Paul did an outstanding job and very much appreciate his professionalism and communication. Do yourselves a favor and hire this company first!- dwight r.

AEarl's Performance Plumbingthey replaced it without the anti siphon value , said we didn't need it because we don't normally get freezing weather in our area that warrants one of those kind of faucets. ARoyal PlumbingExcellent!! They were able to come out today and fix the problems. Jason cleaned and serviced the unit and I have hot water!!!! Many people don't want to come all the way to Whitmore, but they were willing and able. I truly appreciate these people! I will definitely call on them again if needed. They arrived about 3:10pm (more or less) and stayed and worked hard until 4:55pm before heading back to Redding. They did a lot of stuff in that time frame. They gave me an Angies List discount and the total was $237.60. That was two men, Jason and his helper, and maybe a trip charge (normal here). I highly recommend them. Nice and competent! FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
