ATim's Mobile RepairMy lawn mower runs like new. If you are looking for someone that won't take advantage of you, Tim's Mobile Repair is the right call to make. He will come to you or you can bring it to him with a cost savings to you. I took my mower down to him. He made the repairs, he even rebuilt a part of my mower rather than put a new part on. That saved me money and it works great. HIs work is good and if he can save you money he will. This man is VERY nice and takes pride in his work. He will not take advantage of you. I am giving his number to my aunt who will be calling him today. I will recommend him every opportunity I get. It's hard to find someone you can trust.- Robyn E.

ATim's Mobile RepairTim has always been fair and honest. He spent a great deal of time and energy to be sure the dishwasher was installed just right, taking great care to tend to gaps along the edges and proper fit. He's always my first call for these types of services.- Steve C.

ATim's Mobile RepairWhen I called requesting service, they gave multiple suggestions of things I could try myself. I can't recall any repair service in the past trying to solve the problem over the phone! Tim arrived as scheduled fixed the mower quickly and only charged the service call fee! My first time using Tim's repair, and my only regret is that t it took me this long to find them.- Richard P.

ATim's Mobile RepairTim said that the shaft was bent so he was not able to fix it due to liability reasons. He did not charge anything to do the assessment.- Spencer T.

ATim's Mobile RepairTim provides a mobile repair service. When I initially spoke with Tim on the phone I described what had happened with my mower he attempted to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave me clear directions on how I could repair it myself (for no charge--Amazing). I followed his directions, but there was some other problem. I called Tim back and he came out to my house (this is a $30 flat fee). Once Tim arrived to my home he was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. Unfortunately, Tim did not have the part that failed with him and stated he had never seen this particular part fail before. He went back to his shop (which is all the way across town) found the part returned to my house and repaired my mower in just a few minutes, then checked it thoroughly to make sure it was running properly. He did all of this for no extra charge. Tim is very personable and professional. I would not hesitate to call on him again. Highly recommended!- Keith F.

AEvergreen Landscape MaintenanceWe met with Kevin, settled on what we wanted and the cost. Kevin came when he said he would start and worked with his employees till job was done. He explained things to us as he progressed and gave us lots of tips and info. He checked up on his work after the second week of completion and did the first mowing on the sod he laid. He also does yard maintenance- Gabrielle P.

ATim's Mobile RepairTim was right on time. He even closed my gate after entering, and didn't mind doing it so my dogs would not get out. He was friendly yet professional. Repaired the mower in no time flat. He checked out another mower and gave me his opinion should I decide to repair it. He brought the right parts and the cost was less than expected. After installing the parts, he tested the mower to make sure it was in working order, and finished the job in less than a half an hour. Wonderful person, great work and an excellent job. I highly recommend Tim's Mobil Repair. He has done other work (installation of a used dishwasher) for me before with the same excellent service and also I bought a used dryer from him many years ago and it is still in good running order. He guarantees his work and his appliances. He will definitely be the first on my list to call again when I need a repair, and I know it will be done right! The service charge is very reasonable and he applies it to the labor. It was well worth the cost to have a job done right! I even gave him a bit extra! If you need something done right...Call Tim!!! I know you will be glad you did!- Virginia T.

FQUALITY SAWS & MOWERSParts were purchased for my mower at Quality Saw & Lawn..(A blade and an adapter) I only needed a new adapter but was told that the adapter they had would not fit my old blade and so I was led to believe I needed a new blade as well. I had a retired mower repair person put them in at my home,(because I had no way of getting the mower into their shop at the time.) They were installed properly. One of the parts (the adapter) was evidently defective and cracked. I brought both parts back into Quality Saw & Lawn where they were purchased and the lady behind the counter was very rude and refused to give me a refund saying it was my fault the part broke and that... "You hit something!" I tried nicely to explain there was nothing to hit in just trying to start the mower, and she as much as called me a liar. At one point she even said I had to go to the manufacturer to get a refund. When I asked for a refund on the new blade that was never used, she insisted it WAS used. I showed her the paint was still on the edge of the blade and not a mark on the blade and it was only bolted on the mower for just enough time for the mower to start and that was when the adapter broke. She again said the blade was used and she was not authorized to refund my money. I asked who was authorized. (This was on a Thursday) She said no one would be able to do that until Monday. On Monday the 4th of April, 2011, I called first to make sure someone in authority would be there so I didn't make a wasted trip. The owner Joel Snow answered, and as I started to explain my situation, I barely got the words out when he verbally attacked me saying it was my fault the part broke and parts like that didn't just break. He would not let me talk always cutting me off and he continued to become more belligerent towards me. He would not give me a chance to talk and then insisted I bring in not just the parts but the mower as well. I explained I had no way of bringing in the mower and after many exchanges of words, (mostly on his part) I said OK when will you be there? Then he said he didn't know. This went back and forth and I said how can I come in if you will not tell me when you will be there? It just went down hill even more from then on ending with him being VERY sarcastic even to the point of him saying he was going to be there till midnight if I didn't stop talking and keeping him on the phone. He then started yelling saying he had customers to tend to and two other business to run and he didn't have time to be on the phone with me. I realized there was no talking to a man who was out of control and almost into a rage, so I ended by saying..."Sir you have not heard the last of me!" and I hung up. I have since written to Better Business Bureau to get this resolved. I am a female senior citizen. If the man was that much in a rage over the phone I don't want to find out what may happen in person. Therefore I am reporting this here so others like myself are aware of their business practices and can choose to go there or NOT!- Virginia T.
