AHerb Travis Handyman ServicesI was very pleased to receive a phone message this summer from Herb Travis of Herb Travis Handyman Services acknowledging that I had purchased some future labor time through Angie's List. I believe I returned his call and told him if we needed plumbing service at one of our rental houses that summer in Rhode Island that we would call him and use the Angie's List credit hours. However, the need did not arise for plumbing. No work was contracted nor started with Herb Travis so I am applying for a refund of the two credit hours I bought May 29, 2013 for his service. So far, I am impressed with the quick and friendly response of Angie's List for this refund application and would not hesitate to use Angie's list in the future. This company is very easy, consumer friendly and helpful to use. Thank you!- Alice F.

AEric Olson HandymanEric, is professional and a perfectionist in his work. He helped us figure out what we needed and was very patient with our lack of knowledge. He also helped with two small items gratis because he could see our lack of ability! LOL (we are talking hammer and nail here folks!) We are having him come back next week to install an additional step for our door. Great service good man to have for small projects that a contractor wont touch. He is also good with dogs. FThe women were nice enough but had to be asked to clean the mirror and the floor behind the toilet because the mirror had obvious spots and the floor was still dusty. The brass was not shined the shower stall was wiped but not cleaned. I had to redo the shower and cleaned the bright work. It looked really nice after I finished. The reason we asked for help with the bathroom is because we are in our 80’s and mostly unable to do deep cleaning. So I would never hire them again. They gave me 20$ on a future cleaning but I will never hire them again. I paid $99 for three hours. They left after 1 hour not asking if I wanted anything else done. Also it was impossible to talk with a live person to tell them my sad tale and got no satisfaction from the web sight. amen!
